The apartment in good location, the owner very helpful good price comparing to others
The apartment very small and the bathroom is small too
Everything about the hotel is up to standard, the reception was friendly and helpful despite the a bit of language barrier , the room was clean and comfortable as I stayed in a single room. The dining hall had a small terrace so you could enjoy the moutain view which was parallel to the Black Sea .
In general, hotels in trabzon is a bit pricey in comparison to other areas in Turkey. It would be nice if they could lower the rate. And I think if anyone wants to come here, they should brush up their turkish as it will be a bit hard to communicate with anyone there
Simple clean hotel rooms in a good location.
Staff couldn't have been more helpful and even made extra little gestures like bringing us bowls of fresh fruit. Nice breakfast on top floor with views over to Black Sea
Room a little small but otherwise nothing to complain about
Location is very good
staff, location in the center in the front of Masjed.
the appartment doesnt have living room or kitchen. but the staff provide us with what we need for small cocking
Nothing, it was like nightmare sleeping there, I was counting the hours to go out from this hotel really it was a bad experience for me for the first time in my life
Everything and it should not be call as hotel
Staff and breakfast
Rooms; next to very loud mosque
Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean bed sheets and towels. The terrace on the rooftop is great - for breakfast or when you want to have a tea (or beer, if you can find the booze shop on the street behind the hotel) in the evening. Overall, a pleasant experience. With some comments, see below.
The room I got (201) has seen better days... It needs a bit of refurbishment. Also, the wifi was full signal at the door and zero signal in bed...
- close to city center - good staf - good break fast
Location Friendly staff Great breakfast
Dead fish in a very dirty tank before you go into breakfast Small and tired room
Small spaces specially WC Breakfast limited items
El poco espacio de las habitaciones
Staffs always willing to help. Location is great. Near the happening square.
Room is small.
Location is ok although it's in a backyard alley, staff was ok, good wifi
Very small bathroom with a small sink that you cannot put your utensils on (such as shaving utensils), the handle of the shower could not be hanged, and no place to hang your clothes. there is no mirror in the room.
Location; small but pleasant room with good view; helpful staff; good service when we needed to get to the airport; helpful when we needed to park our rental car and get it returned to agency.
Nothing too serious: towel rails far too high in bathroom; impossible to use fridge as bed was in the way and could not be moved.
An old hotel but still good and clean compared to the surrounding hotels. Very good location near to maydan park. Restaurants, laundry, market are close to the hotel. Staff were very helpful especially Mr. Ala'a o'deen(owner of the hotel), he is a very good and generous man.
Only one English speaker in the reception. Strong sewage smell in the bathroom. Only Four parking lines at a narrow place in front of the hotel but it is manageable by the hotel. Only one woman (or two) working as a house keeper for the hotel. Kind of small rooms. They took the amount of the first night from my credit card while my booking is "Free Cancelation and Pay Later"!
Polite service, some English spoken, great view from the rooftop cafe.
Stairs at lobby just a minor issue.
The rooms were really small and breakfast was very poor and the same daily
The staff were very helpful I've requested a baby cot when I booked and was there when we arrived! The place is quite Great breakfast view Booking Sumela Monastry tour was fairly easy Right next to a mosque/masjid Very close to shops & restaurants
The only bad English speaker is the girl, the others speak no English at all The room smelled like smoke! Miniature hotel, like litterally, the elevator can fit no more than 2 people with backbags, and they have to hug if they're big! No kittle in the room No slippers either No net on the windows so you can enjoy the weather without worrying about bugs flying in Pricy for such a tiny room
The welcome offered to my wife's guide dog. Central location. Roof terrace. The fact that we were moved to a nicer room when one became available. Pleasant and helpful staff.
Always having to fight for a car parking space!
Location is a 5 minute walk to the town square which makes the hotel a budget price option as a place to stay. Market is next door for snacks and drinks.
Small rooms with a staff that does not speak very much English. The slot to put your room card to get the lights and a/c to work was taped in place to hold your card in place. This type of electrical problem is not only a hazard; but, also an easy fix to make if the management wanted to fix it.
A very good location in the middle of the city. A beautiful view from the breakfast room on the top floor overlooking the Black Sea. The staff were very kind and friendly. The single room was too small although all the comfort was there.
The night staff didn't speak English but he was very kind. I had to wait for someone who speaks English.
good air conditioning clean and great location
wifi kept going out
room was ideal size for solo traveller who spent much of the day exploring the city. breakfast room, choices and service were a good way to start the day. reception service friendly upon check in as well as coming and going.
receptionists' knowledge of English was more limited than past reviews let on. little to no info about outsourced tour to Sumela monastery... and that company spoke only Turkish though most guests were non-Turkish. Also there was an active construction site across from hotel... and the street / alley could be better lit.
