Built in a classical style with Greek columns, this beachfront hotel offers rooms with a private balcony and Mediterranean Sea views. There is a private beach and a swimming pool.
Score from 71 reviews Review score
Decorated with palms, bougainvilleas and dry-stone walls, this hotel resembles an authentic Turkish village. It features a saltwater pool with uninterrupted views over the Bay of Kas.
Score from 121 reviews Wonderful
Medusa Hotel is situated at Kas, one of the most beautiful villages on the Mediterranean coast, overlooking Small Pebble Beach, 110 yards away from the center of town.
Score from 223 reviews Good
With its own beach, this hotel is on a rocky cliff in Kaş. Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, it features an outdoor pool and hot tub. All rooms have balconies.

Friendly and helpful personnel, fantastic food, relaxing atmosphere, lovely spot at the sea
We loved this new hotel -- although the room was small, there was a balcony and the bathroom was spacious and very nice. Onsite restaurant/bar is nice as they are not within walking distance of the city centre. Loved the exclusive Mediterranean access. Would definitely stay here again.
Wireless signal was weak once you were outside the building (dropped off in the pool area). Wishing it was a bit closer (walking distance) to shops & restaurants.
We LOVED our deluxe room on the top floor and the quietness and location.
A standard room was just that! Too small for the money.
a very good hotel, would go back. peaceful location, fresh décor, good food, helpful and accommodating staff.
Beautiful location about 15 minutes from Kas looking down on the sea. Easy drive to Kas if desire to drive. Very nice pool with comfortable lounges about. Staff was very helpful. Arranged a good day trip to the sunken city. Restaurant was surprising good given not many customers other than hotel guests. Highly recommend
Location on peninsula, attractive building and pool area, top floor rooms with sea view, buses stop outside to go into Kas.
Staff at breakfast rather slow to replenish food drink and crockery.
We travelled here for our honeymoon and enjoyed our stay very much. The surroundings of the hotel are amazing! We very much enjoyed the beach which was very well preserved and arranged on the cliffs beneath the hotel. There is a very romantic road towards the beach through a tunnel of olive trees. Snorkelling is very much advised, as in the area near the beach there was a variety of fish species. The food was extremely tasty and fresh and the personnel was always helpful and very friendly. We would definitely return to this hotel in case we come back to Kas!
The hotel is situated on the peninsula which is the nicest place to stay on that part of coast- it has outstanding views of Meis island- my room was on the entrance level and a family room although I was alone as it was the only room availible two weeks before my arrival. It was modern and luxurious- with nice terrace- the furnishings were chic- the staff are exceptionally nice and helpful- it is real ed but efficient- the pool is lovely and the swimming platform by the seas edge is very nice- the sea is clean and good for snorkelling- I was alone and yet I felt very safe and well cared for- it is a hotel well placed for visiting the area and the hotel is happy to arrange trips- the food is fresh- often from their own small vegetable garden - I would readily recommend this efficient boutique hotel to friends.
I personally like the path down to the sea but it is it suited for anyone with walking difficulties
Everything, food delicious, excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Evening meals home cooked food with fresh produce Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant all the time. Pool area spotlessly clean and well maintained with endless supply of towels. nothing was too much trouble
Excellent building quality, modern architechture inexperienced but very kind staff Good selection of food in menus
There is a horribily long and steep stairway to the sea side, if you have hypertension , cardiovascular diseases or any kind of knee problems, going down to the beach can be like hell. It is a pity that neither on their web site nor on booking.com you cannot find any hint of this important fact.
A very welcoming, calm and well managed Hotel.... Quality furnishings, great food and great value for food and drinks. We had a car with us and so were able to go into Kas Town when we wanted, however, there is a Dolmus (local Bus service) that runs around this peninsula, so no problem. The staff really couldn't do enough for us, Thank you.
Tissues in room... an idea?
I tend to be a perfectionist when it comes to booking holidays but inevitably there are often surprises along the way. However this certainly wasn't the case with this hotel, it was idyllic. Upon my return to the UK everyone asked how my stay at Olea Nova was and after running out of superlatives to describe this charming boutique hotel I was asked what the faults were. Quite simply, there aren't any. Rooms are clean, food was delicious, staff were attentive and the private beach was beautiful and peaceful. I will definitely return next year. 5 stars.
Front of house staff very friendly, especially manager . A different home baked cake every day at breakfast. Manager organised a day room for us after checkout due to late afternoon departure. This was very much appreciated.
Indifferent bar staff. No complimentary water in rooms. I believe this should be standard for a hotel of this level and price. Bottled water at the bar very expensive.
Amazing ! Really lovely pool and beach area, not too busy, you can easily get bus or taxi into town so that is not a problem, we had a great stay.
Awesome view, quiet beach, incredible clear and warm water, nice and affordable meals, very nice staff, quiet village, not crowded with tourists.
Peaceful. Ocean view.
Great place. I would not like others to discover this amazing place but i should be fair!! The hotel is very calm and relaxing, beautifully furnished. Great beach (platform). And the food is great, especially the breakfast. You have to eat dinner at the hotel since the town is kind of far away but the prices are reasonable. The staff os incredibly helpful. They went out of their ways to cater for our needs. We really appreciated it. Lovely people from the manager to the staff.
Quiet and peaceful setting, beautiful view, great breakfasts, kind staff, very nice room
Swimming pool was cold
Bedroom was small, but very clean and new. For us it was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. We came by car, so although the hotel is not in the city center, the view and the piece full neighborhood was worth it.
The balconies are very close to each other, so sometimes the noise coming from the neighbor talk may bother. But we didn't have major problems.
staff is very friendly nice personal touch to the hotel (personalized)
A few suggestions: 1) build a strong partnership with rental car or pick up service from Antalya airport (which includes some water and other refreshments during 3hr drive) 2) more international food during breakfast (some good egg meals, croissants, etc..) 3) heating devices in restaurant outside (makes it a bit cosier and more people would stay in bar then and enjoy the lovely view outside)
This is a great little boutique hotel and the staff is fantastic. We will definitely return!
Great location, beautiful view, friendly (yet unexperienced) staff, newly built, atmosphere, good food
Too expensive for what you get. Staff is friendly and very well intentioned but unexperienced. Some don't know how to handle a situation because they haven't spend enough time in the business.
Very nice relaxing atmosphere. A very good pool and sea area (no beach available but a very good terrace with sea access available). The hotel is calm. Good options for hiking and jogging. A rental car is an advantage but not necessary. There are good and cheap alternatives via minibus.
The hotel restaurant should have more local Turkish dishes.
This hotel is about a 10 minute bus journey (good bus service every 30 minutes) 'out of town'. Kas is hardly a metropolis, so that wasn't a big deal, but it does mean that you have to be content to enjoy the relative seclusion of the hotel: which we did. It's clean, quiet, has a really pleasant pool area, and a decent restaurant. My son and I really enjoyed it there because we can entertain ourselves, or make our own entertainment. If you want something more lively then this isn't the place for you.
The room (twin beds) was a bit small, and the access to the sea wasn't particularly pleasant - a steep and grubby path.
The pool and sea-side facilities are beautiful. The Penninsula, where the hotel is located, is 7km from Kas which is not that convenient if you are going to Kas for dinner. Unless you have a car we would not recommend this hotel. Also, try the Diva Restaurant next door to hotel and down the road for a very nice dinner with view.
Rooms are very small, but comfortable. Great shower in bathroom. Restaurant has limited menu with relatively high prices, but the food is better than we expected. Free breakfast OK, not that extensive, but fresh and satisfactory with a nice view.
