This luxurious hotel is less than a 5 minute walk from Istanbul’s Grand Bazar, and half a mile from the historic Sultanahmet district. Rooms at Tilia Hotel are climate-controlled and soundproof.

The staff was very nice and the rooms were clean.
The bed is uncomfortable, the TV has no English channels, the breakfast was not good and the rooms were not noise proof.
Cleanless, food and location
The refregirator wasn't working and they said that all refregirators in the hotel not working. Food menu was the same everyday. Rooms are not isolated.. I was hearing people voice in room.

Location Staff Cleanliness
Location is good. Staff are helpful. Rooms are secure and quiet.
Gym and spa facilities were not as described nor depicted on web. Room was small and quite old- holes underneath carpet in several places. Tv channels did not work properly.
i liked every thing
We arrived in the middle of the night and the staff were friendly and spoke English. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. The biggest upside to this hotel is that it is walking distance to the Hagia sophia, the blue mosque, the Grand Bazaar as well as numerous other places.
The rooms were incredibly small smaller than rooms in Hong Kong. The first room we were shown was a twin which would have been better served as a double, and when we explained we want a double bed we were then shown a double that was a single room with a double bed. There was no floor space to open our cases.
Very good location, clean, excellent breakfast, value of money
A little small room
bed was comfortable, good location and bathroom roomy.
Front desk was terrible, it says it is 4 star but it is defentily not! Their credit card machine wouldnt work and they bullied us to pay cash but we refused to. They hardly spoke any English and the breakfast room is very disppointing with no panaoramic views unless satelittle dishes is counted. Street was a bit sleazy.
Room is small but nice. Location is very good. Its 10 min. Walk to grand bazzar.
When I was there, hotel is almost empty, but we have someone in room next to us. They wasn't too much noisy, but I heard everything (bad isolation). Actually there was lots of noisy from everywhere. Staff was nice only when we check in. After it, it was only few times I saw them in the recep. Desk. Very often there was group of staff in reception and they talked together or none was there. And If I was lucky and asked something, he couldn't understand me or helped me badly. When I was check out they told me I took 2 cokes but I didn'T. After he double check my room, because first time he didn't look which room is mine (2 rooms check out at same time) he said only ok you can go. No apology, nothing. At breakfast is many kind of food but some of the food is after expiration day. Some of drinks wasnt good for example tea I tried it in city many times and there was excellent but in hotel it was bitter and ugly. I think this hotel could be nice if the staff in the hotel will behave like they work in 4* hotel. I wouldn't stay there again even if it cost 25 euro for night.
The stuff eran and ferhat and omar and all of them more than perfect and very big rooms very good cleaning very good location I can give this hotel 10 / 10
The location was good and the staff also. the breakfast was good and served in the panoramic place looking to the city and sea. The ambience was quiet although located in the mega city of Istanbul.
There was no parking area and we had to park the car in a 300 m distanced parking and pay for it.
pool is very small sauna is not free of charge slow internet
The hotel is located in quite area , clean , and the breakfast was delicious with many options , is not far away from city center, lallely tram station is about only 200'm away where you can go every where , many shops and restaurants are close to it , some services are free of charge like turkish bath and indoor small size pool and daily morning coffee and water inside the room. Room was clean with flat screen . Minibar. Safe box. Air conditioning.
The Room and the beds were small in size , the walls are very thin so you can hear noises from other rooms I didn't like the staff , they do'nt even smile.
Wonderful, helpful staff and a great location.
Location Breakfast Price not too bad but could be better Guest security very good. In all the staff are very good @ what they do.
Spend 2$ for half glass of milk on my first night. Not happy, if the hotel is providing Tea in the room then the should milk as well.
Very poor service and rooms for a four star hotel.
- Good location, near centre Istanbul
Location was good
Matters were too hard to sleep on.
The concierge and staff were helpful friendly ad couldn't have cared and looked after us better. Nothing was too much trouble and it is a hotel I will highly recommend and look forward to returning to.
Really I can not think of a thing I did not like, the service was excellent it was clean the beds were comfortable and the verity of breakfast choice was great.
Really i liked a breakfast it was a delicious and good food.
I have no positive feelings from my stay in Oran hotel!
There is a big difference between written information on Bookig website an reality in Oran Hotel. 2 Hours from my stay, I spend on the reception to improve my rest in the hotel. So, we are three people have to sleep on 2 bads. An this is not the worst fact - I booked for two families except me and they have the same problem. It's not my first booking and cross-border travell, even though in Istanbul, but it's the worst. I'll never visit this hotel again. Bad management decision of Oran Hotel Director and so on. I feel myself such get a diabet. So, who will pay for my lost nerves and bad feelings! Enjoy in Istanbul, but, pls, do not in this hotel!
excellent staff, delicious breakfast, byo very comfortable and cozy
