The food was OK,nothing else. Durty plates,glasses evry day durty carpet in the room,worn out beach tawers.The hotel should be offer for 3 stars not 5 luxe category. .I will never go back ,I been to ather places in Antalia never seen such a badly run resort.Mrs. Minchev p/s the one that write a good reviews they probably have not seen how 5* resort shuld look. |

Staff were generally friendly and helpful, Food was very good with plenty of choice. In fact better than it's A la carte restaurants. I was the only English person in the hotel (mostly Dutch and Russian) but I did not find this a problem. |

The design of the hotel. Facilities. The service staff was terrible. They hired just you people as waiters, and every time we asked something they felt very offended and irritated. The food in the specialty restaurants was very bad and we had to wait for almost 90 minutes to get served. |

It is a funny hotel.it has a good disco and bar. Hotel staff were not helpful and their deed were so bad.E.G.we Did not use minibar but at time of checkout,they told us you have eaten from minibar,and you must pay!!.i said to the staff "I spend so money here,and the small bill of mini bar is nothing,but it is a just lie."i explained several time.but they told to me you have eaten chochlate in the bathroom and you must pay!!.finally I was forced to pay money for eating nothing from minibar to prmit checkout. The lift speed was very so low. Food qulity was very low. |

The place itself was very nice. The lady from Moldova at the reception was with out doubt an asset to your organisation. Friendly and Helpful. Yes, a number of things. 1. Other Staff I met in the complex seemed unhelpful, e.g. guest relations guy. Other staff when asked where could reserve a restaurant all (3 of them) passed the problem to someone else. With the end result in getting me so frustrated walking up and down the complex that we just ate in the buffet. 2. Menus for the restaurants should have been posted outside. 3. Poor explanation of what was in China Town Restaurant and what would actually turn up on your plate, not to mention your staff could not tell me either. For Example what is "Emergency Chicken" no other explanation. C'mon guys this is not 5 star. 4. Italian Restaurant had a poor choice of main dishes Pizza!! again come on guys you can do better. |

Hotel architecture is fantastic. Swimming pool is also gorgeous. It is not a hotel, it is like a city. Eveyone should try this hotel. It is in the center of Kemer. Walk distance to any shop. Food could be better. |

Очень комфортный отель, тематика отеля, расположение в 10 минутах от центра города, чистое море, отзывчивость персонала, сотрудники в мини клубе. В ночное время очень шумно на территории отеля. |

Понравилась оригинальная идея отеля - сделан под Амстердам. Понравились номера и здание отеля - уютные Сервис очень не понравился - официанты работали плохо, уборка номера - пару дней из 7 не делалась. А когда была, то горничная убиралась не до конца. Было бы хорошо, если бы интернет был доступен в номере, а не только в лобби и в кафе. |

receptiepersoneel deed erg zijn best. mooie kamers. weinig geluidsoverlast op de kamer. annelies (mini club chef) was erg behulpzaam en wij hebben niet eens kinderen. kwaliteit van het eten was niet geweldig. personeel spreekt niet tot nauwelijks engels. enorm druk aan het zwembad en strand/pier. je lag echt bedje aan bedje en er waren om half 10 's morgens al geen bedjes meer vrij. geen balkon op de kamer. van een 5 sterren hotel mag je meer verwachten. |

все замечательно кроме хамского отношения персонала в барах и не достаточно продуман вопрос заезда и выезда.... я имею ввиду ранний заезд до чек аута и поздний выезд..... в дни больиших выездов не успевают убраться в номерах тренировать официантов нацелить команду анимации на отдыхающих больше их вовлекать |

Etkinlikler, animasyon ekibi, bar ve içki servisleri bölümü, gündüz hizmetleri, otelin görünümü harika, havuz çok iyi, çalışanlar genelde güleryüzlü ve yardımsever.. Kahvaltı çeşitleri marka olmalı(peynir, salam , sucuk, zeytin vs..,), özellikle şaraplar daha iyi olmalı(marka iyi ama şaraplar berbat).Hatta sizin paralı şaraplarınızdan servis yaptırdım. |
