Hotel architecture is fantastic. Swimming pool is also gorgeous. It is not a hotel, it is like a city. Eveyone should try this hotel. It is in the center of Kemer. Walk distance to any shop. Food could be better. |

Staff were hospitable and nice. Animation team was bad. They are using guests for their shows without informing the content of the show. We are regretful joining their show. |

Food was great! If you go towards the end of the season, i.e. end of October, it may be hard to find animation team all the time. |

In general hotel is very nice and a cool concept. Food is good. The restaurant options are good , except Mexican. Sushi restaurant was very good. Rooms decoration is good. Sea is nice...Cafe's are nice.Bar options are good. The carpet all over the hotel and in the room has worn and stained, needs to be replaced. Does not look clean anymore.The dock is extended and big, but the finish of dock was not good, splinters all along which may hurt your feet. Needs polishing, it is rough. A number of Russian single man looking at other man's wifes, a bit disturbing. WiFi available only at lobby and not free, year 2008... |

evening entertainment was very good staff incredibly rude,had to change key every night-faulty,additions to room bills laughable,e.g.3meals in space of 5minutes on bill...€200 for cocktails and champagne when people were at work not even at the hotel.and many many drinks no one had ,Its a shambles. |

Etkinlikler, animasyon ekibi, bar ve içki servisleri bölümü, gündüz hizmetleri, otelin görünümü harika, havuz çok iyi, çalışanlar genelde güleryüzlü ve yardımsever.. Kahvaltı çeşitleri marka olmalı(peynir, salam , sucuk, zeytin vs..,), özellikle şaraplar daha iyi olmalı(marka iyi ama şaraplar berbat).Hatta sizin paralı şaraplarınızdan servis yaptırdım. |

Один из лучших концептуальных отелей в Турции. Идеология и антураж продуманы до мелочей. Лучшее место для отдыха компанией. Наверное был не сезон, но центральное кондиционирование включалось редко, было душно даже на ресепшн холле. |

Otelin konumu, otelin tema oteli oluşu, küçük ve bütün mekanların biribirine çok yakın oluşu,çocuklu aileler için uygun oluşu. Özellikle ana restaurant da çalışan elemanların az olduğunu düşünüyorum. Servis elemanları bir yandan masaları toplamaya çalışıyorlardı bir yandan da müşterilerin taleplerini karşılamaya çalışıyorlardı. Bir de aynı şekilde odalar geç temizleniyor. Sanırım eleman azlığı buna sebep. |

bar ve restaurantlardaki personelin yakın ilgisi ve yardımcı olma çabası çok iyi, dış görünüşü güzel, bar dekorasyonları çok sıcak çok iyi. pazar kahvaltısının saat 10 da bitmesi kötü, ince bir dillim peynir ve dometesle diğer restorantta verilen geç kahvaltı çok kötü. |
