The manager made the effort to be nice but the other staff didnt share the same enthusiasm, in fairness all the staff were really very polite to my fiance so i want to make that clear, i just felt a bit excluded, I'l explain why during the review. We stayed in one of the ground floor rooms, it was tidey and spacious enough and represented value for money, we were also happy with the shower/bath/jacuzzi and the size of the bathroom. The main negetive regarding the room was that it was very cold at night (mid may) so be prepared to ask for extra covers if you go in May. The pool area was very nice, quite small and compact, its definately an ideal pool area for an off-season holiday. İ skipped all breakfasts, my fiance tells me they were nice, so il take her word on that one. The hotel was infact visually very nice and clean, with beautiful views from all sides, the location is really amazing. It's situated a very short walk away from the beautiful beach, gorgeous blue sea and incredible mountains. The staff actually were very good ın the sense they treated my fiance professionally and respectfully, i have no complaints in that respect but I didn't feel as welcomed as my fiance did, the reason was because I couldn't understand Turkish well enough and the problem was that 99% of the time any staff spoke to us, they spoke in turkish, even though they can speak fluent english. İ made it clear on day one that i dont speak or understand turkish very well but they continued to speak Turkish to us (well to my fiance).
