bell boy, taxi services for free from the airport to the hotel. Nice gym. there could be more variety introduced to buffet breakfast. Also if it is a 4 star hotel, why do you have to pay for sports facilities? very small swimming pool |

Center location for visiting historical places. Description of facilities offered should state what is free and what is not. Except for the pocket size swimming pool (3x2 m. approximately), everything else is at cost (ridiculous heavy cost!), Internet connection poor. Environment not adequate for a 4 stars hotel, |

Roof top terace and swimming pool were good. Good views of the cty from here. The gym - you had to pay 10 euros a day for the use of the gym. We booked this hotel as we wanted gym facilities but we didn,t know we would have to pay - so obviously we didn,t use this as this would have cost us an extra 140 euros!!!! Also our room overlooked a car wash which opened at 7am and closed at 9pm - very noisey. |

Comfortable corner room with balcony and many amenities. Expensive room not offering much more than what other hotels offer for a lot less. You pay for amenities here that you probably won't use. Noisy construction project across the street. Professional staff but not a real friendly crowd. |

Orsep Royal Hotel is situated near all of cultural sights, so you can go everywhere by foot. Hotel was very clean. Hotel staff were very kind. |
