The stuffs were very helpful and the Hotel was very clean. I like the breakfast it was very delicious and if you need quit area, you can stay at this hotel The out side area was destructed so you may feel that the place is unsafe. |

What I liked was the fact that we were so close to all the major sites to be seen, everything was within walking distance and the staff were all very helpful. |

The rooftop swimming pool - small, but a great place to relax after a busy day sightseeing! Hotel location - close to all main tourist attractions, shops, bars & restaurants. Good airport shuttle transfer (one-way). Triple-bedded room very small. Not particularly comfortable for 3 people. Mini bar/fridge not working, lights not working, very noisy plumbing from next-door-room. Poor quality breakfast. |

I liked the room because it was nicely decorated, it had all it was needed and it was cleaned every day. The staff was wonderful, the restaurant had good choices of food and it was close to the centre of the city, restaurants, supermarkets (basically everything we needed). |

The location of the hotel is excellent with the major tourist attractions all within walking distance. The views from the roof-top pool area are stunning. |

Handy to Sultanahmet district. Noisy on Saturday night with wedding above. Reception staff could've been more helpful at times. |

My family like our stay in 6th floor we was neer to the outdoor pool and see the near by area from above the way the front desk people deal with us , the supervisor of the restaurante also. the size of my room was too small for me and my family in comparison with other hotel 4 stars in Istanbul. |

Excellent location, close to historical centre. Taxi (airport to hotel one way) included in price of the room : don't forget to ask for this taxi ride. Hotel staff professional and correct. |

Hotel position; very central position (but not a nice view); very quiet zone. Wi-fi in all rooms. Excellent fitness, massage, swimming pool, etc in the relax zone. The breakfast should be much better for a 4 star hotel. Not a nice view even if in good and central position. |

The service was really nice, they let us in the room earlier then regular check in time. Room was small but comfortable. Water in the swiming pool was too cold. Breakfast could have been more varyable. |

Rooms are well equiped and maintaned and clean. Hotel staff really try to meet your needs. Position of the hotel in old part of the town is very good for tourists who want to be near city important places. The variety of food for breakfast could be improved - only two type of salami, no yogurt, etc. |

Everything was ok. We were satisfied. By the way, did you find in the 602 Room a pair of blue sports shoes, size 37 ? If it's yes, we would very much appreciate if you could keep them. We will pick them up on a proxy occasion. Thank you. We should have had more free access to all of the hotel facilities, as we were not guests but clients of you. |

Location Weak wifi signal in rooms. Showers have a terrible design. You can't take a 5 minutes shower without literally flooding the bathroom. |

bell boy, taxi services for free from the airport to the hotel. Nice gym. there could be more variety introduced to buffet breakfast. Also if it is a 4 star hotel, why do you have to pay for sports facilities? very small swimming pool |

De ligging van het hotel is perfect tov de bekende toeristische zaken. Het ligt midden in de oude stad,maar toch rustig Een absoluut minpunt vormde het ontbijt. Dat was eigenlijk nauwelijks te pruimen helaas. We gingen dan ook maar 'om de hoek' ontbijten. |
