The location is excellent if you have an early flight on the following day. It's right beside the airport.

Nothing to fault

Efficiency of the staff was excellent. Comfort was superb Position for the airport could not be much better

The hotel was only a 5 minute walk from the airport (although in the evening our walk was not entirely lit.) There are very convenient shuttle vans between the airport and hotel, though. Although we thought that noise from the airplanes would be an issue, we didn't hear a sound in the room. Good soundproofing! Also, the room was well decorated.

The first room had a very bad smell (not sure if someone smoked before us there although it was a non-smoking room). We asked to change rooms, which was not a problem. The second room also had an odor, but was relatively minor comparison. Since the breakfast was unreasonably expensive and not included, we took a pass on it.

The hotel shuttle bus to and from the airport/rail station was always available to us and this was a big plus. The staff were always most helpful.

Great location if you need to take an early plane/arrive late at night, just 5 min walking and they also provide free transfer. Brand new facilities and very clean. Very friendly personnel.

It is a well-placed airport hotel, with excellent facilities, and exactly what you need when you arrive on a late flight in Izmir!

Next to airport, high standard in restaurant without sacrificing the size of portions, rooms very clean and good design.

We asked about places to eat at the airport and staff didn´t have much knwledge of the places there. We went at 10 pm and all food locals were closed. It would be good if staff knew basic information like closing time for food places, so that could have saved us a lot of time. Breakfast not included, and lack many things. By the way, if you want things like natural juice or hot chocolate (because they don´t ahve powder chocolate for milk), you have to pay extra. I guess they should learn a bit from brazilian hotels in this matter.

Hotel is in a great location and has all that is needed if you need to stay close to the airport. Read notes on problem with adjusting air conditioning in rooms.

This hotel was is supposed to have air-conditioning. This is not really accurate. The heating/airconditioning is set to an overall setting for the whole hotel building.This means if the hotel is set to heating and you want cooling then you cannot do this, it is not adjustable in that way. We needed cooling in a hot and stuffy room so had to open the windows to get fresh cool air. This in turn meant we did not have a sound proof room and every plane that departed/landed we heard. As well we had booked a non-smoking room but having an open window meant we were subjected to other guests cigarette smoke coming from their open windows. I will say that the staff tried to make our stay very comfortable but needing a good nights sleep in a hot and noisy room was always going to fail!

Location. Staff empathysed and helped with a problem we had with a local rent a car agencyand never stopped smiling.

A bit expensive but is very convenient.

The close proximity to the airport was wonderful as I was able to collect my hire car and then relax for the night before my trip south to Didim. The accomodation was superb and the friendliness of the staff was welcoming.

We were checked in promptly and were made to feel welcome. The room was beautifully decorated. As we were tired after our flight, it was great to be able to make a cup of tea in our room. We would definitely stay again when we next fly into Izmir.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was a great night stay with a shuttle to the airport for our early morning flight.

Next to the airport with free shuttle bus: best place for early flight! Extremely nice rooms, clean and cosy.

It was close to airport

Great place to stay after a flight into Turkey arriving late evening, before onward travel to final destination in the morning. Also convenient before flight leaving adb in the morning. Staff are great.

Air conditioning for cooling isn't available before mid April, only heating option until then

Too noisy being close to the airport and the roads around. They could install better noise-proof windows.

A car waiting for us in the airport to take us to hotel. We have send e-mail before when we arrive. Very friendly staff and nice hotel .

The bed was really comfortable. The shower was great and the room was spotless!
