    Good location

I was given a room without a/c eventhough it stated on that the rooms had a/c. I was given different stories as to why the room didn't have a/c, but eventually they changed the room for me. The front desk staff had a problem figuring out how much I was supposed to pay eventhough it was clearly printed on my printout. This resulted in me being bothered on three separate occasions by the hotel staff to discuss how much I owed. It seemed to be one hassle after another with this place. AVOID!!!!

Location is right in the heart of the town center. Easily reachable by dolmuş (minibus) for 1.75 TL from the otogar to the intersection near the hotel (about a 10-minute ride). Lots of restaurants near the hotel. Staff was helpful.

I did not like the checkout warning phone call I received the morning I was supposed to check out, especially since it they called the room about 30 minutes before the official checkout time. When asked if I could have a later checkout (1 hour later), they said No, the hotel was full, which I honestly did not believe. They could have said, "No, but we'll give you an extra 20 minutes for you get get ready." Any decent hotel could easily accommodate a few extra minutes. Also, if they had wanted to remind the guest of the upcoming checkout time, they could have easily done so the night before as a gentle reminder, along with the reminder of the total cost of the stay, so that the guest could have ample time to get cash from the ATM, if necessary. I was not late getting out of my room. I easily had another 5 minutes to spare, but when I came down and exited the elevator in the lobby, the housekeeping guy was standing there waiting for me to turn the key in, as if to tell me, "Hurry up and leave." Did not appreciate that. Again, I was not late. I hate minutes to spare before the actual checkout time of 12:00 noon.

It is an ordinary hotel with nothing to be highlighted.

Payment: when I checked out I was badly surprised because I paid more than the real local cost of the room. I paid 100 TL when the official hotel price was 90TL. Reason, when booked the room via the estimated price was over the hotel official price and in the hotel the applied me the reservation Price, much higher. From my point of view this is neither ethic nor honest. Be careful with that because it seems that it is worse to reserve via than directly with the hotel.
