We have wonderful memories of our stay at the Kalkan Park Hotel. Our apartment was very spacious and imaculately clean and we had great views out towards Kalamar bay. The hotel staff could not be more courteous, and helpful, even going over the road to the supermarket to fetch us drinks that were not on their menu!l was situated just far enough out of town for peace and quiet, yet still within walking distance. We would thoroughly recommend it.

Beautiful hotel. Had a big suite, with great bathroom (the best we've had in our 6 hotels around Turkey). Very modern and spacious, we loved this hotel. Not very close to the main strip, however not too far either. We loved being outside of it, but we had a car. Staff's English was not amazing, but was very helpful and obliging nonetheless.

We thought it was excellent value for money. Our appartment was of a good level of cleanliness, the beds were comfy, the breakfast very good. It would have been helpful to have been shown where the water heater was situated, but otherwise we have no complaints at all. We would recommend it to those wanting good value budget accommodation on holiday.

Delightful hotel at first glance, but a few additions would be a huge improvement - see below. Pool area lovely & very helpful staff. Everything spotlessly clean. So - nice hotel spoilt for lack of a few small additions/changes No bedside lights, no mirrors in bedrooms, advertised as double + twin bedrooms but in fact 2 doubles. (Not a problem for 1 night, but would have been for a longer hol.) No window at all in one bedroom - very claustrophobic. New kitchen with kettle etc., but no jug to make coffee. Breakfast:- no choice, just very turkish breakfast. Yes, I know we were in Turkey but some europeans just want toast & jam rather than the full turkish olives, cheese, eggs etc. Wasteful for the hotel more than anything.

Nice and clen, the staff was always very friendly and paid special attention in understanding and resolving any minor problem quickly. The structure is relatively new and well maintained, about 1km from downtown Kalkan and it is specially suitable for families with children. Rooms are equipped with kitchen and fridge. Some of the rooms (not all) have windows directly on the patio, thus making it difficult to keep windows open for privacy. This area of Turkey is particularly hot in summer, thermal insulation of the rooms could be improved, even though every room has air conditioning.

The only good thing about this hotel was the size of the room, it was more like an apartment than a hotel room which was nice and it was clean (even though we did have to ask for clean towels) There were many things this hotel lacked!! Admittedly I didn't realise it was only a 2 star so maybe my expectations were too high, but the breakfast was a joke!! I have been going to turkey for many years and what they tried to pass off as a Turkish breakfast was a disgrace!! The swimming pool is the size of a big bath and didn't look very inviting. A few other things you should bear in mind if you are thinking of booking this hotel, you will be woken up at 4 o'clock every morning by the neighbours cockerels (so don't expect a relaxing nights sleep) and the hotel is at the top of a couple of very steep hills. Kalkan itself is lovely with amazing restaurants but there are much better hotels you can find.
