The staff was very very helpful, they accommodated everything we have asked for.
The rooms were small and cramped.
The Location, the design, good breakfast, warm room, comfortable and clean beds.
so small rooms, a room for a lobby, they forgot to clean the bathroom and take garbage, the water of shower was almost cold the first day, my friend wanted a wake up call at 6h30, they forgot to call him he almost missed the train. They called a taxi for us saying it will be maximum 24 euros, when we arrived to airport the taxi driver (who knows them well) asked for 28euros, while we know that everywhere the tariff is 55 Turkish liras!
Service, rate, attitude, staff, area, food I guess everything....
Good location and friendly staff. Very neat and modern room. Rooms really look classy
No coffee or tea facilities in room
calm, quiet not far from sultanahmet main street newly, clean
It is little difficult to find this hotel. First day, actually I wandered about road for 40 minutes. So, a native man helped me to find hotel. Even native people didn't know this hotel. We were hard. But if you once master how to go to hotel, you will feel easy next..
This is the best hotel located near grand bazaar, this hotel it was very good price I was stay and there is very easy to find everything like food..shopping,.etc I LIKE TO RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AND IN FUTURE IF I TRAVEL TURKEY I LIKE TO STAY AGAIN IN THIS HOTEL.
There is no option to say negative , ONLY WIFE SPEED VERY SLOW IN THIS HOTEL.
not so clean small rooms as it's next to the market it's noisy in the early hours of morning
The staff was not speaking english .
Perfectly situated hotel close to the main sights, yet quiet at nights. The personnel was very helpful.
There was mold on the walls and on the ceiling in some rooms
Location to Grand Bazar & Blue Mosque Good value
Slow - no Wifi Small rooms
I liked the decor in the room, and the service was good. As for the location, I wouldn't recommend it for a girl traveling alone.
I didn't like that the comforter had some yellow mistery stains, and some of the pillow cases had hair on them. This is coming from someone who's pretty laid back and doesn't make a big deal about small things.
Location was the only good thing
-The hotel room was too small -The room was not very clean -The lights in bathroom were not working -The breakfast was very ordinary -The quilt was not clean which we got changed
room was a bit small
Location is excellent
Maintenance on the hotel is dismal. We had power failures, non-functioning wifi, no lights, no air conditioning, broken toilet seat, broken curtain rail and no water halfway through the shower or only boiling hot water. Issues were mentioned to staff several times, to no avail!
they didn't gave me the right room that I ORDER
Staff were helpful.
Hot water was not always available. Breakfast was not served with all items
the reception staff (Tulga and Kassim) are good..
location is not the best. house keeping is very poor, general atmosphere is not very welcoming...
Very friendly & helpful staff. Room comfortable & air conditioned. Breakfast good variety & plentiful. Dinner at sister hotel, Enim, about 7 min walk away, was excellent with good value for money menu. Tea & coffee available all hours. Luggage storage available.
Street noise very early in the morning and clothing factory opposite had workers who spoke loudly and communicated with people in the street below until early hours of the morning.
Good location, newly renovated, good, but narrow beds, good breakfast, although second day they were out of youghurt (negligent!)
Rooms very small, bathroom small, bad shower, tiny elevator. Service from good to indifferent depending on person.
The hotel was really close to the main sightseeings of the city. The personal was really kind with us, helping us with any doubt that we had. The breakfast was ok, as a Turkish style.
It was difficult to arrive. We took a taxi from the shuttle bus stop, and he was more than an hour to find the hotel. The taxi drivers don't know well the streets. The worst was that we couldn't pay with credit card the hotel nights, and it was not a problem of my bank because i could use it in others stores. We tried with almost 3 different cards. So I had to pay with cash, which I didn't have to much. The pictures of the rooms looks better than they are.
Extremely near to grand bazaar, aya sofya and top kapi. Very polite and helpful staff. 24h reception. Nice room. English tv also. Value for money
We did not like the neighborhood. We were sometimes afraid at night when returning. Really bad view to ugly suspicious buildings. Wifi did not work well (4th floor) except for a special spot in the room. Some mold in bathroom
Fridge didn't work Toilet roll holder kept falling off the wall. Wifi only connect in hallway Light over hand basin would not work Bathroom tiny - hand basin in cavity behind door 1 staff member agreed to get laundry done but in the morning another staff member said they wouldn't do it! Stayed in another Istanbul called Sunlife which was better quality and 40 TL cheaper!
Very good location to the city sites.
Air conditioner was not working well in our room. Parking is not at the hotel but 3 minutes walk away.
the worst hotel ever....
Great behaviour of the staff when we had a problem with our lost wallet.
Noisy building in front of our room because of the ironing work they do.
