We had a free upgrade in the superior room (501). Large and comfortable room with sea sight. The breakfast room is on the top of the building with a fantastic 360"view. Free internet. Very nice staff. I'll definetly go back ;) |

When the Ottoman Hotel Park found I was pregnant, they went out of their way to provide a courtesy taxi to Sultanahmet for me. The staff overall was very kind and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was served on a rooftop terrace which had a beautiful view of Istanbul. |

The design of the rooms and the breakfast were great. Very nice care of the details. The cleaning did not add more consumers goods (shampoo. shower gel, etc.) during the whole stay. The cleaning could have been better. |

Nice & very helpful staff; good food & nice restaurant. Excelent view over Bosphorus. Even if it's located in old city center close to many objectives, the buildings and streets around look awful. Not all the rooms look exactly like in the pictures; some are smaller, yet nice. |

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, beautiful, comfortable and clean recently renovated rooms, good location near the sights (although getting to the sights would involve a steep uphill walk or a cab ride - cabs were abundant and cheap), sea view from the breakfast room. The heating was on too hot and not adjustable from the room - I found this wasteful. The only way to lower the temperature was to switch on the air-conditioning, which I found doubly wasteful. |

We liked everything about the hotel. The hotel was only about 2 months old when we stayed in November 2009, so the room and the facility was totally in top condition. Spacious room with ottoman fusion decoration, very big size bed with very fluffy douvet, The rooftop terrace was wonderful, and there are heaps of breakfast selection which varied slightly from day to day (we stayed for 4 nights). Mostly, all the staffs were all very helpful and friendly, as we were there for our anniversary (with a 9 months old baby), they even hand-decorated our room with glitter pieces and rose pedals.. full of surprise and personal touch. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. No question about it! |

I want to say thank you for the staff being so nice right from the start. And want to wish the hotel personnel to stay like this - You are great! Secondly, the place is very lovely, all little details of room decoration, the colors, the comfort. Thirdly, we were recommended by the staff to visit Dervishes' performance and found it interesting. Fourthly, the hotel location gives an opportunity to do great sightseeing. We were very happy at this place! |

Wonderful view from superior room on marmara sea, new and very clean hotel, situated in front of a small park in an ancient part of istanbul close to the major monuments. very interesting and authentic neighborhood, friendly people there. perfect for sight-seeing. if you want to party in taksim, you need a taxi back at night, easy done, takes 10 min ride. |

We enjoyed our stay in Ottoman Hotel. We benefited from a winter prix promotion and the quality/price relation was excellent. The hotel provides a free airport transfer if you stay max 3 days. At our arrival we were served a welcome drink. Further we got a couple of tips and recommandation for our journey in Istanbul. (restaurants, Turkish bath, Derwish dancers,..). The hotel staff is always very friendly and courteous. The service just perfect! We used their assistance to make restaurant reservations or call a taxi. The rooms are nicely decorated and proper. The breakfast is served on the terrace of the hotel that has a very beautiful sea view. The hotel is located in a safe aera only 10 minutes walking distance from the blue mosque. The bathroom design is very nice and modern but not always very practical. At the beginning we had a problem with the heating of our room. But we were given an upgraded room immediately. |

The hotel is brandnew,opened in September.Therefore the rooms are still great,luxurious with comfortable beds,beautifull bathroom,flatscreen tv and spacious.Personel is very guestminded,extremely friendly and very willing to assist in many area's.Great breakfast on the roofterrace with beautifull views over the marmara sea.We would defenitely come back! some inevitable praying noise of the nearby mosque early in the morning. |
