Score from 77 reviews Wonderful
This hotel is in an excellent location for exploring the amazing and vibrant city of Istanbul, while also providing top of the range service and an inviting atmosphere.
Score from 293 reviews Very good
Only 500 metres from Sultanahmet area with Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace, Sunlife Oldcity is 200 metres from Sultanahmet Tram Station, offering easy access to other sites in the city.
Score from 71 reviews Very good
In a historic building, Manesol Galata is located just under a quarter of a mile from the iconic Galata Tower. It features a terrace with panoramic views of Marmara Sea and Old City.
Score from 852 reviews Very good
Everything was great and we had a great time here! :)
The location is excellent. The room is clean and the bathroom very functional. This hotel is very reasonably priced. You get what you pay for. A substantial (though not delicious) breakfast is included.
The bedroom would have been great if it weren't for lighting is so obnoxious we ended up reading with the light from the bathroom, seeing almost nothing in other words. There also was a very unpleasant stench emanating from the bathroom which made an otherwise nice room very displeasing.
location to the office very comfortable room great staff, taking care from the first moment
location to the city, only possibility to get there is taxi or by foot poor wifi, it was unable to connect, or the pages were frozen every second.
Highly recommend !! This is a very good hotel in a good location good service , good Apple tea ( it's free ) very nice staff and breakfast too nice ı hope come again this hotel..
this place is great and confortable...we stay the re just one night but it was wonderful!!
Big Suit with good view to Bosporus. Excellent Wi-Fi.
Additional payment for 12-14 check out difference although Booking was showing availability to check out at 14. Facility just refurbished, smell on fresh painting.
Very friendly staff and close to everything!!
The neighborhood,all is great
Very small rooms for married couples
Friendly staff, delicious food for breakfast.
Quite close to historical center; Good bathroom and new construction.
Not as close to historical center as I thought and some "hills" to go up till
Very nice staff, polite and helpful. Good location, only 500 meters to the Blue Mosque! The owner is a handsome and friendly guy too. good breakfast, though the lounge is small but cozy and enough for rest.
when first come it is better to phone the hotel, otherwise, a little bit hard to find. there is a tram track outside the room, can hear the tram at night.
Decent location and decent/good price.
The staff at the front desk is clearly trying to take advantage in every way. (Not the younger guy but the older 30-40 year old, tried to double charge for the room, the cab, the hotel pick up and drop off. Be careful, he is absolutely a cook!!!
Our room... The suite on the top floor has no bathroom curtain and when I asked about it the manager said... &Quot; It's no problem, you are high enough nobody can see U." yes... They could!! The bathroom has a very strong sewage smell, it was unpleasant to smell. The breakfast was good but not what we had expected by what was described. No elevator and the stairs were narrow and winding. Hard time carrying our luggage down. Do not take the offered driver from the airport, much more expensive than a taxi. The shuttle bus to the airport took a long time to get there as for picking up so many others on the way... Take s taxi for the little more u will pay. Location was good for the price... But the price was a high for what was described ... Our stay was short, otherwise I would not have stayed there for what I paid!!!
The wide squarish shower head. The partial sea view.
There was no coffee/tea accommodation in the room. No couch or seat beside the bed.
Excellent location, in the heart of old city, with nice restaurants and shops around, close to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque. Good breakfast with some Turkish specialities. Good WiFi internet. Very clean room.
The transportation organized by hotel was bad. I didn't manage to find the driver who should have met me in the airport with my name printed out and had to catch taxi myself. On the way back to the airport the taxi called by reception guy was 20 minutes late. The room looks recently renovated, but the renovation was so cheap that everything gets out of order quite easily. The shower and wardrobe doors were already broken. No elevator and very steep stairs. Overall the location is quiet, but be ready to be woke up by muezzin at 5:30 or so. It gives you a local flavour though.
well.i stayed just one nite there, overall everything was fine....nothing to complain about. friendly people...nice location.....a very narrow street.quiet!
The hotel is clean and comfortable. Nice staff.
The breakfast hall was small and terrible. The hotel was not fully open. Location of the hotel is awkward.
The location is fine . The breakfast is very good and well served by a lovely lady.
Our room was not available on first night and we were put in a small noisy room below the street level in a different hotel next door. Some training is required in the hospitality industry.
The property is more like a home than a hotel so you feel like you are getting a wonderful Turkish experience, the view from our room was stunning overlooking the Bosphorus
Nothing really, just dont expect a western style hotel
Value for the money is excellent
Hard to find but they say the sign is going up soon.
Everything about this hotel was marvellous. Staff and the smiling faces were everywhere. Price is really good for its location and attraction points was really close to hotel like steps away. Hotel is clean and rooms are big enough for a couple.
The location is amazing , very close to sultan ahmed mousq , and the stuff is helpful ,the hotel is clean ,i recommend it
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and they even gave us an upgrade to their largest room for the last night. The rooms were clean and breakfast was good, although the selection was not very large. The location in Sultanahmet is only 5 minutes away from Hagia Sofia.
Our room was really small but since we visited Istanbul to see the city and not the hotel room it was not a big deal for us.
Really nice building, clean, very friendly staff and great breakfast
