Ozmen Pension  

Very good position of the pension, in the old town city, near the clock tower and five minutes walking to the private beach which is very suggestive. The owners are very kind and always at your disposal. Rooms are homely, and whenever you need it they clean them up for you. They also organize, if you are intrested, daily trips in the neighbour area of Antalya, which are amaizing places. We visited a couple and we found them marvelous. Also the breakfast is very good and rich. Breafly, we suggest this pension to every one, pears or families. In fact, if we ever decide to come back to Antalya, we surely gonna choose this place again!!!

The staff was very friendly and they also arranged with a tour and car transport to the airport. The breakfast on the roof garden was good and provided also a nice view over the sea, We had a double room with balcony and sea view as well, but all rooms do not have sea view.

I liked the location in the beautiful old town and the views from the terrace of the sea and mountains. The hotel is surrounded by quirky shops and good places to eat and is only a 5 minute walk to the bazaars, 2 minutes to the harbour and just 5-10 minutes from Hadrian's gate and the tram. All of the staff were helpful and very friendly and gave us a great start to our holiday - thank you very much!

I forgot to mention that breakfast on the terrace was to die for. Plates of fresh fruit, cheese, bread, olives, veg, cereal, jams. The rooms were clean but the bathroom was a little small.

We were given a double room with view on the sea. The breakfast on the open terrasse is just great with fresh vegetables, fruits, yoghourt, wheat and white bread, etc the friendliness of the all staff. The silence and peace around özmen pension, its location in the centre of the old city and all kind of nice little restaurants to be found all around. The car-renting possibility through them or just the pension across.

The watertank of the toilet was leeking, we had to ask Mr. Baris to have someone to fix it and we put a towel on the floor to drain the water in the meantime. It was fixed the next morning. I had to ask for the room to be cleaned (as it is actually requested and mentioned), did Mr. Baris forgot to forward the message to his houselady or did she forgot about it???? Who knows!I I think the fact that he got married while we were there he might have had too much on his shoulders! I mentioned to his wife that E.G. the washing bassin should be once cleaned more deeply! These are all kind of little details which didn't take anything away from our enjoying the place.I Would surely go back there.

We received a very bad treatment regarding the payment: first of all they tell us that we could not pay with credit card, which was not true. They tried to let us pay with cash (loosing one morning going around to withdraw money) just because they didn't want to pay commission to the bank, so they wanted US to pay it, and they applied a wrong exchange rate euro-lt (2.6 while everywhere was 2.45). At the end the lady was even upset because she didn't manage to cheat us. They also proposed us some day tours around, but the fee was more or less the double we could find in every travel agency in Antalya. The same for taxis for and to the airport (they asked 20eu we paied 13). We felt like they were trying to get as much money as they could from us but not in a clear way, not really customer friendly. Even if the facilities are pretty nice, we didn't feel comfortable staying there.

Le personnel est très accueillant et chaleureux! Nous recommandons cet établissement à 100%, spécialement pour ses petits déjeuners sur le toit- terrasse. Notre chambre avait la vue sur un joli jardin.

Fantastisk hyggelig personale og god service. Dejligt at kunne inta morgenmad på takterrassen med super udsigt over middelhavet. Billigt og godt hotell, med kun 5 min gange til bystranden og til shopping. Ingen støy på eller rundt hotellet. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbake på våres næste tur til Antalya!

La ubicación. Muy cerca del puerto de Antalya y el desayuno y, por supuesto, la amabilidad del personal.

Uns hat die Aussicht auf der Dachterrasse sehr gefallen. Der Blick aufs Meer war sehr schön. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Sanitäranlagen sahen widerlich aus. Toilettendeckel voll verfärbt, - schüssel mit schwarzem Schmutzrand, Waschbecken und Dusche sehr sehr alt und dementsprechend abgenutzt, unsauber und stellenweise abgebrochen. Seifen- oder Duschablagen rostig und man sah den Schmutz schon kriechen. Ich bin nicht für agressive Reiniger, aber hier hilft wohl nur domestos & Co.
