view (!) location cleanliness (!) value for money
The view of room was perfect Good accessbility to public transportation Frindly staffs Nice neighborhood
No routin room cleaning
Great view of the Bosphorus bridge from my room window
Not having the room cleaned out regulary Also serving the same breakfast daily with very little options
View from my room. It was sea view room and I could watch the sea for hours as it was amazing.
Breakfast is terrible, room cleaning once a week only, the location of the residence itself was good but in order to reach the residence you have to go for about 100 stairs, it is not comfortable if you have luggage and need to go with that through these endless stairs.
- Location - distance to Ferry station - Transportation pro-actively offered - Waking up with Bosporus view
- 50-60 stray-cats in the alley - Height differences with 2travelling bags
Our room was bright, clean with amazing views over the Boshorous. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was tasty and plentiful. Again the views really set this apart
We took a taxi from Taksim Square to the hotel. It took forty five minutes for what should have been a five minute journey. Poor driver was demented. It is really difficult to find as the entrance is up a grotty side alley. You have a choice of walking up about 90 steps or walking down around 30 steps. Either way access was difficult. This felt less like a hotel and more like a serviced apartment. There was little atmosphere. This was the last place we were staying after travelling around Turkey and were really looking forward to staying there. It was quite disappointing really. Paid less for far more interesting places to stay both in and out with Istanbul.
in the morning when you move the curtains and the sunlight goes to the room and sea view is amazing if you don't have problem to walk up to small hill then go
nothing the fix every thing direct from the time you call reception
close to tram station very nice view cleanliness staff
Everything is perfect,, the best one is the view.
the long lader. there is another way is shorter around 25 steps but even the taxi sent by hotel does not know
Great view and location, friendly service, and made a very nice arrangement for our Honeymoon.
To reach the Hotel need to climb the stairs very long and got over tired.
The view from the room
You have to pass 100 stairs from the main street to reach to the hotel
The view from the room was superb, both int the evening and morning, and this is the reason we stayed here. Note that this is a residence not a hotel, so knowing what to expect is essential to your satisfaction. I recommend staying in a room with Bosporus view. The staff were all very nice. The breakfast was modest but no complaints as this a small residence so not too many people will be there for breakfast.
The only down thing, as many mentioned, is the long flight of stairs you have to climb to reach the hotel. It is a problem when you have luggage or at the end of the day after long walks.....
The room was ok
The stairs to go there, for persons with lots of luggage, or with mobility problems, it would be a nightmare
The location is great. Close to taxim while on the posphohorus. The terrace is breath taking. I really liked it. The stuff specially in the reception were very nice nad helpful and make u feel home especially ibrahem. Thank you ibrahim for the bottle of water ;)
The location is ok, as it stands near to Kaatas tram station and walking distance from Taklsim. From Kabatas you can visit the Princes islands..The room offers basic services and free coffee/tea.
They did not change my sheets on my second night , nor my toilets. As it stands on the uphill going to Taksim, if you have luggages you may find the last 170 meters to the hotel really challenging. Specially if it rains. Very poor breakfast.
Attitude of its personnel was fantastic, the room was clean with great view, located in a quiet and relaxing area. Having a lovely trace with great view.
Quality of the breakfast material was not satisfactory.
GREAT LOCATION, CLEAN ROOMS, good enough breakfast.
Economy rooms are too small You have to climb steep stairs to get to the hotel. Very tiring in case you have a baby or luggages. Breakfast is poor.
The view from our room was exceptional, the room was very clean and nicely decorated, we slept very comfortably and the staff were extremely friendly.
Staffs are very nice, GREAT sea view.
View was breath taking and the staff of the hotel absolutely the best
Breakfest on the roof top. Wonderful view. Kitchen in the room. Excellent location, close to Taksim, very close to Tram. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet
Room in the first floor rather dark. Upstairs would be better.
I liked the comfortable bed and the fact that the hotel is near to the tramway station. I was happy to have breakfast with that amazing view from the terrace and drink a turkish coffee every day.
I didn't like that cleaning service is not on a daily basis, it is every three days and also, the breakfast is always served with boiled egg which is not my favorite, anyways you can ask for cleaning or the eggs you may like I they sure please you.
The warm welcoming by staff, cleanliness, quiet atmosphere, and near to many vital areas in Istanbul ...
