All of the staff are excellent! Mehmet was eager to provide help planning our time in Cappadocia, including free lifts to the local trailheads. He also paired us with another couple to share a rental car on a day trip. The other staff were very courteous and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast views from the terrace. Our room was clean, roomy, and nicely decorated.

Not having AC in the heat of the summer made late afternoons after a long hike difficult. There was no separate shower stall in the bathroom, which made the entire floor wet.

The staff is really nice, they are very helpfull and kind. The room is really good, and the beds much more. Perfect, on of the best hostel that i have ever gone.

The only problem was the bathroom, that the shower wasn't separated.

It was in a great location, easy to get to from the bus station. No bunk beds in the dorm which was a bonus.

The hotel owner was very nice and helpful with all the tourist attraction and city map. We reserved the mixed dorm for 3 people but when we went there, the room was accidentally unavailable. However, the owner offered us the private room but same price as mixed dorm =D it was so fantastic!! The room was very clean and comfy. He even allowed us to wash all our cloths in the hotel. Additionally, he let us take a shower when we came back to get our luggage after we already checked out in the morning; it was very nice of him! I really do recommend this hotel for everyone =D !!

    nothing !

Breakfast Location People The cave The price The staff Owner are very clever and experienced - you can ask him about every thing around and he will give you the best suggestion without any interest .

The shower was outside the cave ... But it's still o.k.

Very central located and nice view from terrace! Good breakfast and wifi works well in 10 beds dorm room. Staff were helpful and friendly!

They said there is no wifi in 3 and 4 beds dorm. There were only 2 powerpoints in 10 beds dorm.

Muk, Omar and the rest of the staff are absolutely top notch. They helped us figure out what to do, gave an awesome breakfast, and even upgraded our room when we realized we'd made a booking mistake.

Our stay at Paradise was delightful! Family owned- everyone was so informative and accommodating. They have been in the business for a while and their knowledge of the area and the available activities was invaluable. The cave suite is so cosy and the view from the terrace divine. Highly recommended!

The price is perfect, if you're travelling on a budget, thus you also shouldn't expect a 5 star hotel. You have a clean place to sleep and take a shower. The best of all is the owner, Muk, he's really friendly, speaks perfect english and helps you with everything without trying to sell you something.

The could easily upgrade their bathroom facilities with no big effort and thus make a gem of a hostel out of it... And be carefull only the 10 (or 11?) bed dorm has an ensuit bathroom, the others share only one and to get there you have to cross the courtyard, which is a bit uncomfortable if the weather is bed.

Great hosts, even better personal treatment. The owner and his son were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, very light and filling at the same time.

The bathroom. Toilet and shower were at the same wide open space, no divider or curtain to prevent it all from getting wet. Otherwise, everything was great.

Me and my husband stayed there for three days.. and yes the cave room was beautiful. we booked our room at paradise but it was under renovation so we were asked to stay at Emily . owned by family only! it was a beautiful cave room.. spacious and comfortable. Breakfast by Abdullah (from Pakistan ) was amazing. The best part of our stay was the breakfast. You can stay at paradise hotel BUT you better book your own hot Air balloon. don't trust them fully. Though the green tour was good with excellent guide as mehmat recommended.

There was no house cleaning for all 3 days. Mehmat .. owner of paradise was a very nice guide.. but one thing which we didn't like was He told us the price of hot air baloon(WHICH IS EXPENSIVE THAN THE PRICE I ASK FROM THE AGENCY Outside ). we were told that it's 120 for you people.. but for others it is 150. when we went for dinner outside .. we saw many agents dealing with baloon. we asked the cost of the same hot air balloon which he told.. and it was 100 euros. when we further negotiated we got in 90 euros.

The owner of the hotel was very helpful and friendly. Whatever time you come back in the evening, they would offer tea. They helped me arrange shuttle to airport, told me about local roads around. Fresh bread for breakfast in the morning was amazing. I booked a cave dorm room, the bed was comfortable and even in the cold weather the room was just rightly warm.
