Stuf hospitalit ..nice approach vary helpfull ..
Our only regret was that we only had one night to stay here this year. This was our second stay at Paradise Garden and we were welcomed back like family. Our room was beautiful and the bathtub a real treat. This is a magical property amid amazing gardens and beautiful stone walls, pools, and incredible views of Oludeniz and the Mediterranean. We will come back again to be here in this wonderful place and see Rosie again!
beautiful location and nice setting, friendly staff
basic breakfast, hotel bit rundown especially bathroom, smelly not clean and insufficient shower, didnt like the openness of the hotel terrain; no securrity what so ever
It's the most outstanding hotel in all 10 hotels of my TR. trip, besides the outstand bird view of Oludeniz beach and staff's careful service.Because I didn't buy the ticket to Feithya on schedule and one day late arrive hotel, hotel manager was very considerable that only charge me one day not charge me no show fee. And hotles can pick up you from Feithya bus station, which is 30 mins bus to hotel, and if you wanna go to the beach hotel also can send you here.
We received the warmest welcome of all the hotels we stayed at in Turkey at this hotel. Rosie went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed or wanted. The room was very large and well equipped with sitting area, etc. The gardens are very nice. While the hotel is about 2 kms from the beach and main townsite, we were offered a free shuttle service back and forth (at our convenience) which was very much appreciated as it was all uphill from town. The view from the restaurant area is wonderful. Water pressure in the shower was enough to blow your socks off (if you still had them on for some reason). In other words, it was very powerful.
The steepness of the hill into town and the fact that the road was the main thoroughfare into town meant walking was almost inconceivable. The bathroom was somewhat dated and could have used a reno. The tablecloths in the restaurant were a bit soiled and the breakfast offerings were not great, but it was the end of the season and they were due to close for the season in short order, so perhaps that fact played a part.
Lovely views. Helpful and friendly staff, willing to help at any time. Lovely gardens. Has so much potential!
Stained sheets. Poor bathroom, bath side didn't fit. Only a french balcony when the description said balcony or terrace. Parts of the hotel and grounds look dangerously dilapidated. You can access some areas that are hazardous, should be fenced off. Really cold pool and temp and cleanliness checks weren't done for our whole stay. Arranged pick up from airport that didn't show up (but they did kindly make up for this). This hotel needs a lot of tlc and attention to detail. It could be amazing with a little more effort! No email for cost breakdown as promised.
The property is amazing without a doubt, but what makes this place special is the service! Thanks to everyone working there and I only wish i could be back there very soon!
- free upgrade to room with direct seaview
Very friendly, kind and attentive staff Good swimming-pools with nice view Beautiful garden with a lot of flowers Internet wifi was ok during all the stay (even if not allways quick)
Personnaly as I'm allergic to wasps and bees, and very frightened by them, I didn't go to breakfast and restaurant. But for persons who are not afraid, this is not a problem of course.
The location was stunning. Rosie on reception was so helpful and friendly. Away from the hubub of Oludeniz, but near enough.
Choice at meal times could have larger. The bedrooms could do with a refurb, but quite ok for the money.
friendly and helpful staff in the hotel . quiet and beautiful view in the resturant.
A hidden treasure in Turkey. The staff make this a true Turkish delight.gulistan a member off staff rosie, and manager cengiz were the most wonderful people.true from the heart .who would go out there way to help you.only booked in for two nights, but decided to stay rather than your big five stars hotels.when you get five star treatment at this beautiful paradise hotel.
Every thing was done for our comfort and enjoyment.which made our holiday perfect
View from the room and garden setting
The place needs a massive renovation. We had a massive room with a sea view that wasn't very clean, broken window handle, sewage smell in the bathroom, and no amenities. The road is below and very noisy. The food was also sub standard and most of the day you are plagued by bees.
We booked a 4-star hotel for our stay in Oludeniz but couldn't stand the cheesy tourist games they play and changed to Paraside Garden. The best idea ever! We absolutely loved the place, extended our stay, and enjoyed that amazing view they have at the restaurant area. This facility is huge, it allows you to have a peaceful afternoon by the pool without loud music and offers a free shuttle service to the downtown which takes 3-5 mins. The buffet food was authentic and delicious Turkish food, it was affordable and everything tasted so fresh. I'm Turkish and my husband is American, we didn't want to have sausage and beans for breakfast, which the other hotel was offering. Oludeniz is like a British colony, things are priced in pounds and Brits are everywhere. This spot was the best option to stay away from big flocks of British families with loud kids. The only issue we had was the amount of bees in the restaurant area, I think they need to find a solution for that as my husband was running around a bit :) The staff was super friendly, went over the top to make sure we enjoyed our stay, they even gave us a free ride to the bus station in Fethiye! Thank you, again! If we go to Oludeniz again, this is definitely the only place we will stay at.
The location was brilliant, the view was stunning. We got a choice of room location, we were 2 girls on holiday our pick was 2 rooms with joining front door perfect for us, our own space with table and loungers if we wanted to sunbathe. The pool area was so peaceful, had a hammock too. The free bus shuttle to and from the hotel was such a nice touch, anytime we wanted a lift they were so happy to helps us. It was a great choice of hotel. Will definitely go there again. Rose and Jengus create a wonderful atmosphere, they make a great team, well done.
too many bee in the restaurant
Beautiful gardens and amazing views. Well maintained swimming pool and good shuttle service to town.
First two rooms we were shown. Dirty table cloths. Buffet food covered in flies and wasps. Run down condition of the rooms and buildings. Lazy unfriendly restaurant staff.
Amazing views, exceptional welcome, friendly & helpful staff, beautiful gardens, full of character, quiet.
Very welcoming and helpful staff. Wonderful grounds. Stunning views. Very large room! Comfortable with a wonderful terrace.
Bees too plentiful at breakfast. A/C took a while to cool down the room.
The few is excellent, a shuttle drive to town any time till 22:30. Eco friendly.
Gülistan in particular, all staff were very welcoming and helpful. They made us very comfortable. Seemed to be popular especially among conservative Turkish families which is not what I would normally go for but I guess it helps the quietness and peace. Views and the pools were fantastic! Breakfast was really good compared to many other hotels. Overall we were very pleased with our choice. Value for money.
The staff was really helpful and asked on many occasions if there was anything they could do to make our stay more comfortable. All the plants, trees and flowers on the grounds were beautiful. The view at breakfast and from the room was amazing.
My wife and I went there to celebrste our anniversary, and it was an amazing experience! Beautiful location snd surroundings, excellent, friendly and helpfull staff. The manager is most helpful and always made sure everything is great.
Honestly, there was nothing to dislike!
The staff when out of there way to accommodate us . The Hotel grounds where amassing and i loved that it close enough to the beach but far enough removed to escape the noise and busyness of the town in season. The meals where also amazing and very reasonably priced . We had a fantastic stay . Thanks a mill !!!!
