Good sized room
There was a funny smell in the common areas but thankfully not in the room.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
There was a very strong cabbage like odour that permeated the stairwell plus guests smoking in the stairwell. Depending on the other guests, can be noisy in the halls.
location, it was near the bus station free wifi on each floor
poor breakfast staff not very helpful and trying to make us pay more money due to conversion
The receptionist was very welcoming, could speak proper english, the breakfast was super, the hot water system in the shower was good too.and the heating system in the room.
The blankets were not so warm that should be lookd at,they must put telephones for room service ,en also for important communication purposes, the room i was in had a tv dat does not work and no room shoes, hair dryer, shampoo, soap.this should be looked at.
Right across the street and a parking lot from the bus station, pleasant and easy 3km walk to Ephesus, room was a good size, given time to warm up the shower was nice and hot, room had A/C and heating and a little balcony.
Some might mind the semi-sheer curtain over the glass half of the door to the balcony, but it wasn't near the beds and didn't bother us at all.
Good breakfast Great location, close to St John Basilica, a lot of restaurants & stores nearby
Small room for 4 people Bathroom looks old
The owner was warm and helpful. We could not take his tour but he gave us great suggestions as to where to go in our limited time there.
Great location, very close to train station and to bus station, all sights were in walking distance, when we checked in the owner offered us a tour but didn't pressure us, central location for the weekly Saturday market, good heat and wifi, hot (well, really warm) water available, the price was very good when compared to similar places we have stayed in Turkey
Everything is ok but nothing is extraordinary. Good value for money in low season, but no thrills.
Cold, damp and dismal.
We had a spacious room with bathroom and a balcony. The room was clean, wifi was also working fine. The hotel is located close to the central bus station, very convenient for people going for a trip to Ephesus.
The bathroom was dirty and the breakfast was small, although quite tasty. It was very cold in the room at night (arrived in the middle of October). No elevator.
It's really value for money
It was Saturday and we could not park our car near the hotel because of market day. the reception guy advised us a poor place to eat.
Good location close to the railway station and the bus terminal. Staff is very friendly
The room was dirty and uncomfortable
Very comfy bed. Hot water available all the time.
No hair dryer readily available.
- large, spacious rooms - balcony - books available to borrow - great, central location - answers in english and french to all questions we asked
- They tried to sell us all possible kinds of tours when we arrived, before even letting us go to our room - no free transfer to ephesus (like announced on their website)
Behind Bus station Very reasonable package for tour was offered by hotel staff Around 200mtrs from train station for going to Izmir airport
At the price I got here room, I do not have any complaints with them. Only thing which I felt could improve them is by offering breakfast before 8 a.m. like around 7 a.m.
It's very close to bus terminal, 2-min walk. The room is quite big and with balcony! Provide free and very simple breakfast. Value for money!!
Toilet and blanket are required deep clean.
Cleanliness steep steps
Patchy wi-fi. Breakfast was small - no olives - very unusual in Turkey.
- Breakfast - Cleanliness - Hotel furniture
- Staff is very friendly and didn't bother you with unnecessary question. - Room was absolutely basic, but with all what you need there. - There was a balcony in the room, which was a big plus. - Breakfast was nice. - Every evening we asked for a tea and were given it absolutely for free - Nice location, from where we walked right to the Ephesus
Close to the railway station and very close to the bus terminal. Right next to the Saturday market.. We arrived on Saturday and found it to be a very exciting experience. Room was basic but spacious and clean. The Owner was flexible and pragmatic in assisting us with issues such as travel plans, language, and laundry that an average foreign tourist would need to attend to. Great price for all this!
Bathroom plumbing seemed a little bit dodgy but did not amount to a major problem.
breakfast is good
poorly equipped bathroom
Good wi-fi, great view from balcony
Breakfast was merely OK and the staff were a little surly.
