I like the location of this hotel. Breakfast is also decent. Room is huge n price is very cheap. It is a great placd for budget travelers that just wants a place to sleep
Overall the hotel feels pretty rundown. No lift so if u have alot luggage then this is not the place.
A good value for the price, clean and comfortable. Helpful staff
location, space, value
it is an old property. that's understandable
only 2-3 minutes walking from bus terminal. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
The value for money.
Bathrooms need a bit more maintenance.
Very cheap hotel in the center
Toilette very dirty
Although we made the reservation through booking, he was trying to negotiate the price!!! This uncivilized guy has to be fired for that!
Staffs were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is a great location to explore Selçuc and the ancient city of Ephesus. The manager is really helpful. But the best part is the cafeteria in the corner near the hotel where local people will be more than happy to teach you how to play "Okay", a typical Turkish game. We had a great time there trying to communicate with them (not a word of English), it was a nice experience.
The hotel is a little bit old.
Good position, all you need for some rest during a road-trip
Staff not so kind, minimal cleaning level.
the location was excellent and the staff was very friendly.
the rooms are slightly small
It's very near the bus station. Since there's basically no public transportation in Selcuk, it's really convenient.
I want to explain something really annoying. It may not be the hotel's fault but the booking.com's but I felt really bad at this. At about 6pm, at that time we had already checked out, I received an e-mail from booking saying the hotel claimed that we left the hotel without paying and they hoped that we could come back to hotel and pay our bills. That's really ridiculous and a bit humiliating. We paid by cash at the time we checked in and when we returned the room key, the holder said nothing about this. So I wrote to booking.com immediately and expressed my doubt that if it's because we denied the holder's invitation to his one-day tour that he distorted the truth. The booking.com replied that the holder felt sorry about recommending tours to us but said nothing about why we received such an e-mail and the subsequent trouble. I felt really bad being accused of not paying but nobody ever explained about this.
Goof position and friendly staff
Boss show his impatience when you do not want join his organized tours to Efes or Kusadasi, and not very friendly compare with other boss as well.
everythıng was perfect, the breakfast great all ready made up on your plate so everyone got the same, we got a traın from Izmır for 6 lıra,great locatıon for everythıng, wıll go back soon
The location is very good, walking distance to bus station and train station. Although the facility is basic, for the price we are paying, its ok.
The chek in staff tried vey hard to sell us the package tour in Selcuk (40 euro per person), when I told him we intend to walk and use bus to every where, he told us its very inconvenient, which is not true. Also, the breakfast doesn't start until 8 am, which is too late if you want to depart early, so you might as well forget about the breakfast.
the place is very close to the city centre and all attractions, staff is helpful
the bed linens were dirty, bathroom was awful
Good location. Right next to bus station. Nice, simple breakfast.
Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, nothing major though.
Near the bus station you can go easily in a lot of place with bus/domus
It was not really clean. The wc was black and the water tooks hours before flowing down...
The only good thing about this hotel is the location close to the bus station. But the town is small so you can get eternal option for the same price. Other than that this hotel was the worst experience in turkey.
Everything was bad. I got one of those booking.com deals and when we arrived the "manager" talked a lot about some kind of discount that he gave us but he didn't meant to gave us and blah blah blah that we didn't understand and we ended up paying twice the price we had book before. He was greedy and not nice. He was trying all the time to sell us his tours saying that he was giving us the "deal" on those things and when we didn't want them he didn't helped us with more information about how to get to places by ourselfs. The rooms were soooo dirty and very smelly. The bathroom was terrible. The shower was broken and the mirror was put up so high that my tall husband couldn't even look at himself. He won't even give you a glass of water for breakfast. If you want some buy it from him but he won't bring the water to you... You have to stand up and go were he is seated to pay for it. It was a horrible hotel. There are many other nice options there.
Really close from bus station and city center. We had a big room with 4 bed even if we were only two.
The owner was really pushy to sell us tour and his prices were really too expensive.
Bathroom dirty, with mud on the floor, bed linen not clean and not change.
Very rude behaviour of the owner. He only tries to sell the day tour at very high price. Please stay away from the hotel and don't get attracted by its cheap price.
It is in a really convenient location and the price was good.
Price was proven to be too good to be true and the place is being oversold as a hotel. If you are looking for backpacker accommodation then it is for you. Do not have any high expectations.
Location - easy to find and near the otogar; room (simple but the bathroom and the ac were good)
excelent value for money, great location, only a block away from Otogar where you get dolmus and taxis to site. big room with a balcony, big bathroom, hot water. many restaurant options nearby but also a super market for supplies
although breakfast is included its mediocre, pushy owner when it comes to suggest his tours and extend your stay there.
