Good bathroom: sufficient place to take a shower for relaxing. Very kind service personnel. Free parking facility. Central location in town. Satellite TV with many channels. Very very very clean. Map of nearby streets is available in rooms. |

Staff super OK. When I arrived I was wandering where to park (the street is very narrow) bat they park the car in an elevator. They gave us better rooms for the money we paid. Very very OK. |

Big room, friendly staff even if their english skills are pretty low. Good internet wireless in the rooms, and for free!! No restaurant in the hotel. |

Excellent facilities room luxurious attentive staff situated in the centre of the old town close to the bazaars and shops and sea front We had great two days there and will be back I could find the hotel again but as a first time visitor to Izmir driving was a nightmare not the hotels fault though.A shop 4km volunteered us a staff member who guided us as we drove what lovely people friends went before typical of our stay go on and try it |

Excellent location in city center. Most staff members in foreign hotels have a good knowledge of English. These did not. It was hard to communicate with them. |

The hotel was very elegant and luxurious. From our arrival the staff where attentive and very helpful at all times. The rooms were well appointed and extremely comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with the standard of the hotel and its facilities and its location which was a short walk from the waterfront, shops and restaurtants. |

Service and facilities where very good and hotel staff friendly and helpful. I strong recomend this hotel for families who are in round trip in Turkey. In the same time you can enjoy to shop a lot of goods around boutiks of hotel. But be carreful with taxis, they don't use "device" and add more because involve tax for bridge or else. |

The best hotel I had during my trip. Cozy, very nice, pleasant service staff. It was a surprise for me, but the hotel appeared to be of the very good level. Closer to 5* rather than to 4*. Even though it is located on the small street, the hotel has a nice parking lot and if you come by car it is not a problem with parking (though in Izmir it is a problem). |

This is really a luxury hotel for a cheap price. We also asked for food in room and service was perfect. Rooms are clean e cared. Common areas are very nice with aquariums, reproductions of paintings and a model of the Clock Tower of Izmir. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. |
