Nice and helpful staff beautiful and lovely desgin hotel sweet and pretty choice of colors very good breakfast

The staff stood out as exceptionally helpful and kind. They were smiling and friendly too. The breakfast was magnificent

We were in sightseeing in Ephesus and had an early flight the next morning from Izmir so this hotel works for us as it is close enough to the airport.

No heater in winter. Light switch not working. The staff told me the heater is not working and I asked for an additional blanket, but he never came back to bring me any. I was staying for the night, only to catch an early morning flight so I didn't bother make a big deal of it. But it was cold at night (below 10 deg C in Izmir in late Oct) so not having a heater is unacceptable. The lights on the bedside tables cannot be turned off, the only way was to remove the key card!!! I couldn't sleep with two bright lights like that on, so I had to remove the key card and sleep with no power (the heater is broken anyway)! Really inconvenient!

We chose the hotel for price and location [vis-a-vis the train station], and were pleasantly surprised. We were welcomed very genially; the hotel lobby was impressive and the room spacious and comfortable; free wireless as flawless; the bath was a bit dimly lit but in all other ways excellent (great shower). We had been travelling for two weeks to various archeological sites and were exhausted, wanting just a good meal and a good sleep. We decided to eat in the hotel's dining room and were were impressed by the quality of the meal and the price: excellent on both counts. We took breakfast when they opened at 0700 and while not lavish, it was more than satisfying. We were quite pleased in every way and without hesitation would stay here again.

Not a complaint, actually, but a there were a few quirks. The key card was difficult to get to work. It did, but it took some guessing and a lot of effort. As well, we could not figure out how to turn the tv off and keep it off, or to get all the lights out. I finally pulled the key card from the slot and all the power went off. No problem, no complaint. But, it was "quirky."

the hotel is in fine lokation and i surprised with the qualitty of the staff . The breakfast is exlend. I recomment this hotel for everyone who wants to stay in Izmir senter. Its realy a very good place.

Location was good and it had car parking, which was very useful. Staff were among the friendliest I have met in Turkey. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to family and friends. A free hot drink whenever you needed one was very welcome.

The evening meal in the restaurant was not bad, but in my opinion could have been better. The meal prices were very reasonable and the restaurant clean and well equipped.

Excellent, and friendly staff, very good location in the city, and very good cuisine. Parking place inside is big advantage for travellers with car. Generally speaking - it´s good value for money . Interior looks little kitshy, but cosy as well.

There are plenty of hotels in this area of Izmir. However, I do believe Park Hotel tries their best to distinguish their place from the competition. Little touches like free coffee, original pleasant design throughout the hotel, friendly welcoming staff, make one mark this place as a good candidate for returning.

I actually did appreciate how the staff handled a problem. There was no wake-up call at 6am as requested, but they did call 30 mins later, and the whole process of check-out, possible arrangement of taxi, advice, etc was processed as efficiently as could have been done.

Caring Staff, calm and cleam

We have been patronising this hotel a few times already and will continue to do so each time we visit Izmir. Location is excellent; a stone's throw away from restaurants and shops, and a pleasant walk to the sea. Staff work hard to please customers, and the hotel facilities are in good working order. Breakfast spread is excellent.

The hotel has a good central location and easy access. Although we don´t have visit the city it´s a good start to explore the region. The staff is very attentive/kindly and the rooms are comfortable and good breakfast. Recommended.
