The eagerness of the staff to make you feel comfortable in a foreign land.
Very bad internet connection
Breakfast was good with lots of selection. The room was large and with good amenities
The wifi was very poor. The sheets and a towel were stained. The room was an interior room with a window that opened up to a stairway.
Everything! Lovely breakfast! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay
We had a slight hiccup with our booking which was quickly resolved
Good clean hotel. Staff went out of their way to help.
It's in a rather strange location for a hotel. The sights aren't too far away but there isn't much in the immediate area. Not all staff spoke English and those who did struggled. But this is typical of the city.

personal touch, some staff members were not very likable (also to other staff members), Konya
It's a very ordinary business hotel. Cleanness at the room is okay.Room is big.
Normally i don't complaint too much, but i was really not happy about my experience there. *The reception area had very strong smell of cigarrette. *Staff could not understand even basic English. But i could have lived up with above. However, when i was there, there was an ceremony of Rumi's death.Entrance ticket was a must (but normally the ceremony was for free). So i asked reception manger to book me a ticket. At the beginning he said it's very difficult to get one bcz it was high season but he would try. Finally he charged me for Euro25 for the ticket. But the day later,i figured out that normal price should be only TL25(less than Euro10)!!! In order to make sure this was the right price,i checked with another 3 hotels,2 local agents and people who was sitting next to me during the ceremony. So i was questioning different staff at reception, they gave me different explanations like "it's difficult to get ticket,so you have to pay a bit more for it"(but all other hotels have enough tickets to sell!)..."because your seat was at a good area, very close to the platform.different seats cost differently" (but even people sitting in front of me or other better area paid the same amount TL25!) and i was also told by some local friends that the ticket price was fixed!! The reception manager eventually claimed face-to-face with me that it's none of his business,he got the ticket from his friend. However,no matter what happened,he as a 3 star hotel manager should be responsible for the information authenticity and best available resource, making sure his guests won't be cheated and willing to uphold the responsibility for complaint. But if he intended to overcharge for the ticket from the very beginning, that would be another story. I didn't care about getting back the price difference, but i could not tolerant such behavior. He himself and the hotel management should feel ashamed about his reckless behavior.
Nicely designed facilities
Poor service at reception
