Breakfast. Neither expresso nor frenchpress. Juste nescafé!

This is a very comfortable hotel. I booked a double bed, which was very nice, and the room was very spacious. It also had block-out curtains, as it was pretty sunny. The interior is very contemporary, but appealing. In terms of location, it's a little farther from the Mevlana Museum than some of the others, but honestly, it's not too far, and since I was eating too much excellent food, it was good to have a little extra walk. Breakfast was a nice array of fresh fruits and vegetables, börek, and even some Turkish soup. The only thing it lacked was good coffee. What really made my experience was the bathtub. When I traveled to Turkey, I accidentally pulled a back muscle. I didn't realise that I had booked a room with a jacuzzi tub. The tub was so big, I could lie down in it comfortable (I'm 5'8"). I was able to get some Epsom salts (Ask for "magnesium Sülfat" at the pharmacy) and some lavender and rosemary oils from a local Aktar (Mısır Çarşı on Aziziye Caddesi), and SOAK every day, so I felt 1,000 times better. I didn't book a massage, but they do bill themselves as a spa with many different types of massage available. I probably should have done that.

My only complaint was that laundry services were expensive, but they generally are in Turkey. I found a laundry near the corner of Istanbul Caddesi and Mevlana Caddesi called "Dolphin", which was ready in a day and much cheaper. Also, they only had Nescafé for coffee at breakfast.

Clean room bad.. But that's it!

First, they said its only 400m from museum but it is more then 2km! From museum I have to take a taxi!! And staff so so rude it's such annoying. If you have car and speak Turkish then you can go. Otherwise don't take here.

The room was quite pleasantly appointed with wonderful linens, too bad about the overwhelming cigarette smell.

The staff are quite surly and curt. The room reeked of cigarettes, in spite of advertising as non smoking, there ash trays in the rooms. It makes an otherwise quite nice room into one that you find difficult to sleep in.

Good location. Nice rooms. Good value for an mid-upper class hotel.

Poor Internet in rooms-could only use one device at a time. Konya doesn't have much interest for tourists. We just used it to break up the drive.

Liked that it was a modern hotel. Staff very helpful. I would stay here again if I were to return to Konya.

Location wasn't great but close enough to where we wanted to go. It is an old city after all.

Food was great at the restaurant. Very comfortable bed and amazing shower! We only stayed there one night on our way to Cappadocia but it was perfect. Staff was very helpful and could park right outside. Valet parking and they were very helpful with our bags. Very nice hotel!!!

Spa bath in our Corner Room was a bonus and a welcome treat from all the driving. Walking distance to attractions such as Mevlana Museum.

New and clean, with friendly staff. Very central.

Noise from neighboring rooms --- the rooms could have thicker walls.

Lovely rooms. Spa was wonderful. Tuba is a great therapist. Hamam is fantastic.

I came to visit Konya for Mevlana and Shems I Tabarsi tombs, museums, park, gardens, and mosques. I like their poetry and spiritual writings. This hotel was very close to walk to both places.

Very new hotel with modern well appointed room, Excellent value for the money with a very good breakfast. Location was good with a nice gym and spa we did not use. Be sure to go see Catalhoyuk

More of a business hotel with a front desk with very weak English. Street parking

We booked here very late having crashed our hire car so that we were too late to get to our intended destination. The police had explained the situation to the hotel staff who were very kind to us and upgraded us to a deluxe room - very James Bond with a round bed and huge jacuzzi bath. We ordered room service at well gone midnight and promptly received lovely Turkish meat balls, rice and salad. We slept so well that we missed breakfast. The staff were very helpful in arranging a replacement hire car.

It is a modern hotel and not the sort we would normally pick to stay in but I can't fault it.

The hotel and the room were fantastic and very modern.

The staff is non existant. We decided to eat in our room and tried to call room service and the reception several times around 8p.m but no reply so had to go down to order. Problem with internet still no reply to our calls so back down to reception. We eventually received our meal but they forget the dessert so back down to the reception!!!! The next day we asked to see the manager. They kept us waiting for about 15 minutes and then explained that it would not be possible to see the manager and that maybe he would be there in a couple of hours. The standard of english in this 4 star hotel is very poor.

Great interior design all around pleases you. They care about resources and kind reminders can be found about towels, showers, water etc. Contrarily, we had a jakuzi in our room which we enjoyed after a tiring driving. It has a central location so external view is limited with the regular buildings around the hotel however they co-work with a private auto park which is 24h watched, insured, etc. Mevlana museum is just 10 min by walking. Great price/performance rate in my opinion. Nice and optimally rich breakfast in a great lounge. We stayed only one day thus have no idea about additional facilities.

A smooth music ( like sufi sound or mercan dede genre) would be better in the breakfast lounge.

Comfortable, clean, efficient, located within walking distance of most tourist attractions in town. Not far from public tramway and minibus routes.

Doesn't have any attractive views out of most guest windows.

Very nice. Actually I was planned to Stay in another hotel called Rumi. But they did bad bad thing. Just like in song and my reservation was canceled 2 days before arrival. I have started to search for another hotel. And found Pasapark even cheaper that Rumi hotel and better that Rumi hotel.

Everything was perfect.
