Unforgetable holiday made perfect by our wonderful host Sergio for whom nothing was too much trouble from arranging trips,suggestions where to eat to sharing his knowledge of the area with such enthusiasm,that we will return Nothing

The hotel is at the very centre of the town. The conditions are nice. The most valuable of the hotel is the owner Sedat (Sergio) - extremley friendly and helpful. We are charmed and will visit it again for sure.

We liked everything. The hotel and staff were amazing!! Everyone was so helpful, enjoyable and fun. They advised an itinerary for places to visit and places to eat for our family and never turned us wrong. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The owner Sedat Bey aka Sergio was very sincere, friendly and helpful during our stay. Göreme is the place to stay if you want to explore Cappadoccia and Pasha Han is the place to check in there if you are satisfied with friendship in stead of luxury.

The Pasha Han Hotel was one of the delightful highlights of our trip to Cappadocia. Our host Sergio was wonderful in the way he embraced our family. He went out of his way to provide information, both on a local level and on a higher level to help us to understand more about the Turkish religion and culture. He took us to things that were on in the local community in his own car. At the end of the trip we loved our beautiful handmade turkish bedcover so much that he allowed us to buy it as a reminder of our time there. By the way, there is a very large rug & gift shop on the corner next to the Hotel that is owned by Sergio's family. He made sure they knew us and gave us a generous discount.

Excellent place to stay. Good location, just near the otogar, very closed to everywhere you need. The room is clean and well decorated. The hot water helps to relax. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

A really beautifully decorated hotel in traditional turkish style in a historic building. We stayed in the cave room which was naturally airconditioned which was really cool at night when it was so hot outside. The room was very spacious with a small seating area and lots of room for the children. Sergio the owner is a super friendly and charming guy who welcomed us immensely to his hotel, our kids loved him and his card tricks lots. The hotel is in a great location, breakfast was really good too on the roof terrace with views of the hot air balloons drifitng over goreme. P..S Avoid the shops nearest the hotel, they charge twice the price as the ones across the square at the end of town away from the bus station.

Good location in Goreme. Eclectic Turkish decor. Nice view from the terrace. Accommodating host. Cool cave room. Good value.

Owner/host was nice, but loved to talk about himself and how everything was the "best." Came off as salesman-like. Arrived early morning and sat in lobby in the dark for over an hour before someone came down to check us in. His assistant gave us a room we didn't book and really tried talking us into keeping it, before we finally insisted on getting what we booked. He mentioned several times he was a professional chef, but breakfast quality was average at best, certainly nothing special. Shower in our room was broken and had no shower curtain. Lightbulbs burnt out. Tours/experiences he booked us on were mostly average. I wish he would put more attention on fixing little things to make the hotel better, and less time talking. With a little more attention, this could be a great hotel - instead it's just "eh." For the money, however, it is a good value.

big and beautiful family room (4 beds) in a cave, with great decoration, very clean perfect temperature, very very quiet, various self-service breakfast (many kind of fruit, also if in quite little portion) on terrace, nice common spaces, cleaning room (and towels changed) also after 1 only day. surely the best choice in goreme for this cheap target of price

like every hotel in goreme, they sell expensive tour of the agencies(but they just give you a fast presentation)

The hospitality of the owner (Sergio) was excellent, he does everything for you. He arranged a guide, Mehmet, for us who walked with us through the beautiful valleys of Göreme for 2 days. This was a really great experience! The pension has nice typical furnished cave rooms. It has a great terrace with a nice view. On the site it looks like Pasha Han is located out of the centre of Göreme, but it is in the heart of the town with everything nearby.

The cave rooms can be a bit cold and humid but there is heating.

Excellent stay. Highly recommend it.

The location is very good and easy to find - short walking distance from the city bus station. The hotel owner is very friendly and offers you useful information about local tours. We booked all our tours - red, green and hot air balloon through him. A rather nice stay!

Sérgio, the owner, is a great guy, he gives you his full attention wher you arrive!

The best part of Pasha Han was the host/owner, Sergio. He went out of his way to recommend activities and make the bookings for us. He also arranged to take us all around Cappadocia through a personalized tour. My mother and I had a blast because of his outstanding knowledge, expertise, and friendliness. He obviously really loves his job and the area he lives and we really appreciated it! We loved our time at Pasha Han!

Hotel muito mal conservado. Café da manha frutas cortadas,(maça e bananas pretas)por estar cortadas. I tipo só de pão,falta 1 torradeira que custa 20 us Não tinha tv no quarto conforme anuncio. Preço do passeio de balão arranjado pelo hotel começou em 170.00 euros E chegou a 120.00 euros Que mesmo assim é um assalto.

O Dono do hotel, é super simpático , e nos faz sentir em casa.

Localização central em Goreme, bom ponto de partida para visitar Capadoccia, próximo de restaurantes e comércio - tudo acessivel pé a poucos minutos. O Sergio, proprietário, é especialmente simpático, dá-nos todas as indicações necessárias e assegura-nos todos os serviços que necessitamos para uma visita à magnifica região (tours, balão, rent a car...). O preço é excelente!

O pequeno almoço é modesto, mas em linha com o preço.

Otel sahibi ve işleticileri çok tatlılardı. Kesinlikle rahatsız edici bir tavır sergilemediler. Çok yardımseverlerdi. Kaldığımız oda çok genişti ve bizi memnun etti.

Televizyon eski tip küçük ekrandı. Banyonun elden geçirilmesi gerekir. Kahvaltı zenginleştirilebilir.

A localização e ótima, quartos confortáveis, mas principalmente a boa vontade e gentileza do dono do lugar, Sergio, fez a diferença.

O Sérgio (proprietário) nos fez sentirmos em casa, muito gentil e atencioso, realmente recomendo 100% o Pash Han e sem dúvida, ficaria novamente. Excelente localização.
