Fantastic place, perfect location on a posh street close to Galata tower, very easy to reach all the city's main attractions from there. We booked the cheapest available room and didn't expect it to be so beautiful and comfortable and with a nice view. We slept very well without being disturbed by noise. Breakfast was excellent, convenient price, great value for money

The breakfast was satisfactory as well as the room. The room was warm enough althought there was only an aiconditioner(no heating in the room). The room was clean enough and the staff could at least communicate in english. The staff was not very helpful and pleasant. It was kind of reluctant or unwilling in some issues. We had a problem with the code of access in the card we used to open the door and no one wanted to deal with it. We also asked for a smoking room and they gave us a non- smoking one and they did not change us room after our request.

İts very near to shoping place and metro ( under ground ), Hotel staf has a polite and smiling face. This hotel shows beatiful rooms at internet but thay sell very small and bad quality rooms . when you say its not same with internet what you showed before , they say we have a biger and nice rooms but you must pay 20-30 euro more per night. Also most of the rooms at the weekend get a noise from bar and night clubs , couse of this, you cant sleep till the early morning ( 3-4 am ).So This hotel not suitable to stay again.

After reading the comments on booking.com, I was very happy to get what I booked! The room was exactly like the picture shown, and there was a window, without a view, but this did not bother us in the least. The heater and the mini-bar worked, there was a kettle with complimentary coffee & tea, the bathroom was fine, and the room was cleaned everyday. The breakfast included in the room rate was very good; there were cheeses, cold cuts, olives, vegetables, fruit, jam, honey, yogurt, sausages, several types of bread and Turkish simiti, boiled eggs, and omelets or pancakes on different days; there was also tea and coffee + others. The staff were very nice and the people working at reception were wonderful in their help with questions/information and ordering taxis for us. The 2 lifts at the hotel worked and the location was brilliant; off Istiklal, next to the Pera Palace, so not very noisy, but at the same time very close to Istiklal. I highly recommend this hotel, if you want a 4 star hotel.

It was at a good location. Staff was attentive. Our room was clean. Our room was extremely small. It would have been fit for a single traveller but definitely not for two. We even had difficulty emptying our luggage as there was hardly any space to move for two with luggage. The room had a window but overlooking the empty space within the building so we did not have any light or proper fresh air. Make sure you ask for big room if you are keen to book at this hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect, the stuff was very friendly and eager to help. Very good breakfast and nice, comfortable rooms. We had asked for double beds, but we were given single beds. We stayed at the last floor (8th) and the noise from the electric generator above us was annoying.

The most attractive feature of the hotel is definitely its location. It's 50 m away from Istiklal street which makes it practical for shopping and nightlife while also being a bit away from the noisy pubs. The hotel staff was very friendly and ready to help when necessary. The room was very clean, and although our view was on a wall,we did not mind as we used it only for sleeping. The breakfast is abundant, although a bit of variation would have been appreciated. My only concern was that I specifically asked for a non smoking room and I was put on a smoking floor in a smoking room. Although we did not smoke in the room, the smell from neighboring rooms did bother us, and one night we could not sleep at all because we were suffocating. I think it was my fault that I did not inspect the room first, since by the the time this became a bothering issue, the hotel was fully booked and we couldn't be moved. The staff did try to help however, by changing all sheets and applying air fresheners. The bed in the double room is a bit small (and we are two person that are very fit and slim). It is also short. Another issue that was more of an inconvenience is that the hotel tried to promote tours and restaurant that they were affiliated with. It was not a problem for me because I have already made my trip homework and knew which places where a tourist trap. But my recommendation is for you to make your own homework and do not rely on Hotel Staff in any hotel when it comes to trip advices.

The location of the hotel is realy convinient for city tour visits, shopping, leasure, food, small restorants and cafeteria in the close neiburhood, going out in the evening. The room was confortable with sea view. The staff was very kind and frendly, ready to help you. The spa facilities were also nice, clean, except the price for massage (expensive). The breakfast very much satisfactory .
