Location. Interior design (not the rooms though). Breakfast. Single room and double room prices where the same, therefore I preferred to book a double room thinking that it would be more spacious. No one can convince me that it was a double room. Even the receptionist acknowledge and apologized. I had a hand luggage and there wasn't a proper place to fit it. No hair dryer and you have to pay €3 for a tea which should have been free from the mini bar. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, no value for money. I had to pay €69 for a night in a double coffin room which should have been around €35-€39.

Very good= location design - quality service Not good...: ->Noise during night (not problem for me) ->missing sound isolation between the bathroom and the room (because of lack of space the lavatory is at the main room, the toilet is separated from the room with a glass door, and the shower is separated by the toilet with another glass door ->two single beds instead of one double ->poor spa

The location of the hotel is great. Very central for any shopping or touristic visit. The Metro is just a step away. We didn’t use the Metro, but highly recommend to get used of the Metro because at time the traffic in Istanbul is terrible and by taxi may take for ever. Reception staff very helpfull and friendly Accommodation room smaller than expected. Gym & swimming pool small with low ceiling. Jacuzzi was out of order for the period of our stay Wanted to have a sauna and a turkish sauna one afternoon, asked 3 time attendant to bring temperature up of the saunas. We were unsuccessful on our request. Breakfast average for an international crowd and same every day. Now that we have visted around and saw other hotels layout I belive that for the price payed we could have had better hotel in Istanbul

Location is great, 3 min walk from Iskalal street, near Galata tower, near Tunel (short line of underground tram). Staff is polite, always at your service. Hotel is clean, rooms are clean. Swimming pool is with pleasant, warm water. They have free wi-fi, working excellent in the room. Breakfast is correct, but every day is the same choice of food. Hotel have all high quality equipment (marble sink, electronic key, plasma tv....) but everything is so small at the same time (lobby, lift, room, bathroom, corridors...). Extremely small rooms. When you open the door, on your left (in the corridor of the room) is marble sink with towels and shampoos. On your right is glass door of wc and when you enter the wc you have another glass door to the shower. Two persons can not stand at the same time in that space. Although bathroom is minimalist, everything is made of marble.

The whole hotel was designed very well. Rooms were a good size for the building. Breakfast was good and the staff were very attentive. I liked the design of the rooms and the bathroom a good size with a large shower area. There was also a spa/swimming pool which was a definite plus. Free internet is always a must these days and any hotel charging for this service is loosing customers because the cost of this service is basically free. There should be free coffee and tea included in the room but it was not and very expensive to pay 3 Euro for a Nescafe sachet or a tea bag even though there was a kettle and espresso maker in the room. Also... It may only be my room but the volume on the tv was very low even though I had it all the way to the top. Could have been a setting to not have the sound too high but I almost had to sit by the screen to hear anything.

Excellent location. Very close to Sishane Metro Station and Beyoglu Tunel. Very good transport connections to Sultanahmet Area, Ataturk Airport and new financial/shopping district. Pera area is an older and historical part of Istanbul, with a touch of a French atmosphere. Rooms are extremely small. Bathroom is also very small.

First time I was at this hotel in April 2011 in a bussiness trip. I booked a standard room. It was a very nice room, big, with double bed, bath tub, dvd-player, lcd in toillet. In february 2012 I was again in a bussiness trip and I came back to this hotel with the feeling I will stay in a same nice room. So I booked a single room. This time the room was very small, 2 beds, only shower, no dvd-player, no lcd in toillet. The price was almost similar between April 2011 and February 2012 but the difference between the rooms was significant. I was disapointed.

The hotel is really good, with plenty of services, a good decor and level of comfort. It is located at the very begginning of Beyoglu, a few meters from Istiklal, which makes it a perfect base for visiting Istanbul's bohemian district. The only thing that could be improved is the rooms spaciousness, they're a bit tight.

I've paid 54 for a double room with breakfast. It is a great hotel and I really enjoyed it. It's in the center of the city and the employees are really helpful. I strongly suggest it to anyone who wants to visit Istanbul. The bathrooms have doors made of a dark glass! I would prefer more privacy...

Great location. Helpful staff. The room was very small. Didn't worry me too much but my wife didn't like it for that reason. Also we couldn't get a Queens size or King size bed as we had requested (presumably because the room was small such a bed would never have fitted into the room. But apart from this we enjoyed our 4 day stay at the hotel. The staff were particularly helpful and to be recommended.

Friendly personell The pictures on the site are not the rooms offered, those are suites. The rooms are very small and the bathroom is made for people not heavier than 55 kg, everything is so tight, you cannot turn in the bathroom. There is no wireless and the breakfast is not at Turkish standards.

Location - couldn´t be better! Rooms are pretty small but with a balcony! Very clean. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nothing spectacular but really ok. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who is looking for one of the best locations ion Istanbul with a very ok price! Well, maybe the bathrooms were a bit funny, but for 3 nights it is ok.
