Staff are helpful and understand basic english, the hotel including the rooms are gorgeously decorated and although others have complained about the size of the rooms we stayed in a standard room which didn't seem too small at all. The location is excellent within walking distance to all the attractions, modern and historic. Breakfast is included in the price and is excellent - a self service buffet with hot/cold foods - basically everything that you could want. The bed's were too hard for my liking, however that's a personal preference and may be fine for others |

I liked the live guitar player and singer in the lobby. Room size is a bit small, but definitely you get good discount to cover this. |

Great location. The interior with a great taste and very clean. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The sauna was great. The room was very small. It was hard to tell from the picture on the website. Also, there was a bad smell coming from the shower drain. |

The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms and facilities were very clean. The hotel has it's own image, is modern with practical spacious rooms and bathrooms, nicely decorated and situated very close to the shopping street Istiklal. Lots of restaurants and clubs nearby so plenty of things to do. |

Location is perfect, city center. Well connected to metro stations and 2 min walking from Istiklal road. Late check out cost 30 euros untill 4pm. If your plane is at 8 pm you cannot pay half price but they charge you full day price. |

Nice room, very close to metro station and main walking street, nice staff. Night club was on the first floor thus it was not possible to sleep in the night. After strong requests they changed the room. |

the location of the hotel is reasonable however it was very noisy around the hotel and we couldnet sleep well affecting hour rest. and i think it is too expensive for the room as compared to other hotels related to size and locations. but the staff and servicess i can not say more than they are very kind and cooperative see above, the room very small as and the balacony is not safe it is easy to outdoors stairs |

the location!!! And also nice try for decoration, but just try!!! The room was incredibly small, I have never ever seen such a small room, the bathroom ( if can name it like that) is 1 square metter, you can basically hear what is going on in every room on your floor ( imagine the rooms next to you), it was amazingly hot (even the outside temperature was 10-15 degrees) may be they were safing from electricity. In total-very bad choise!!! |

The rooms were the smallest I have ever experienced, the twin beds were smaller than normal and the walls paper thin, could hear the man next door snoring. I had a 3 day booking but booked out on first morning and booked into a 5 star, realized cheap is nasty! Photo's on site totally deceiving, they most of taken photo's lying down to get such an elongated long shot. |

The main advantages why this hotel has been chosen were good location, nice design according to photos, fitness center and good price. Everything was as on pictures. Somebody thinks that rooms are a little bit small but there is everything you need. Rooms are clean, air condition works perfect and that was very important thing for me that hot water in shower was really hot (usually you should wait for some time when water becomes hot). Unfortunately, I couldn't try fitness center because we came late at night and left hotel early in the mornings but I hope I'll try it next time. |

overall the experience was positive. clean rooms good location, excellent breakfast and very good facilities e.g. spa Negative points were the lack of a swimming pool for three of our four day stay and the fact that receptioin staff did not always pass on requests. No money changing facility as advertised |

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the main shopping street and dozens of restaurants and bars. Great value for money. Nice design. Free wireless internet. The staff at the front desk could be a bit more cheerful and quick. Bathrooms are very cold - no heating in there. |
