I like the ease of travel from the hotel to Taksim square by Metro or a cheap 10 Lira by taxi - The Metro is a 3 min stroll left out the hotel. My check in and check out was easy and the hotel offered everything I required including free Wi-Fi in my room....Excellent!! The room was slightly on the small side but then if you want a huge room then there are many other hotels around at double the price, so all in all well done Pera Tulip - Good job. |

Location is perfect, nice design, helpful staff. Breakfast was good. Finally, free internet, hamam bath, swimming pool, gym were very nice extras although I didn't use them much Not much really. City map from reception could be given for free (5YTL) but that was minor. Everything else was perfect |

Convenient location, free internet and complimentary breakfast. Generally hotel makes a good impression The room I got was the smallest i've ever seen, much smaller then I even thought possible. It had space only for the bed, having sink right at the entrance with literally no place to put my things. |

the location was excellent, right in the heart of the city with easy walk to most areas and close to Metro for longer journeys. Very close to a number of lively bars but not affected by being close to them. It was slightly dissapointing that a hotel with such high standards didn't have a single english speaking news channel on the TV with so many other languages catered for. |

The television, the air conditioner and the refridgerator (mini bar) were all broken and not working!! It was a disaster. Various staff came to look at the problems - said they ere coming back to fix things but did not. I negotiated a slight discount on departure. I ate in the lobby restaurant - it is was almost inedible. It was simply a hambuger but the bread was stale. |

Though the breakfast itself is very good; the breakfast area is too small. Every morning we had to search for table, then search for cups, clean cutlery; sometimes people have to sit: two couples at a table for 4 - this is not very pleasant and relaxing. And once you get your sit - there are many others walking around you searching for available table. Definitely not well organized. |

The check in and the check out were very quick. Hotel's position was quite good for me. Both Spa and Fitness are are too small and useless. Hotel staff is not kind at all - it seems that they ignore guests. Installations are not good in rooms. |

The interior of the hotel very well finished. The buffet breakfast was quite traditional (Turkish) in choice but tasty and nicely laid out. Big flatscreen tv in room and lighting in the room had some nice touches. Free internet very positive. The rooms fairly small and no real bathroom (sink just as you enter and glass door to the loo and then another glass door to shower) very boxy and not very private even if you are married. Didn't get double bed as booked. Had the twin beds put together but it's never quite the same. |

Very central location, convenient to everything. There are lots of restaurants and cafes in the area. Hotel was clean, comfortable, but not outstanding. I don't like the modern style. To me, it is depressing, but others may like it. |

The hotel is very nice, very good design, but everything very small. The breakfast it's one of the good one... I've been many times there, but this time the jacuzzi was out of order all weekend. |

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean hotel and very good food. Easy to unwind with a sauna, steam bath, swim and for a fee a choice of massage. The hotel is well situated for visiting the attractions in Istanbul. Room was a little smaller than expected |
