Pera Tulip Hotel    

Almost everything was really nice.The hotel staff was helpful,the hotel was in a nice and quiet location close to Istiklal street.

The single/twin beds were too narrow and small.if you are more than 1,70 cm and want to turn around in your bed while sleeping, then you might have a problem.

- excellent location for sight seeing, transportations, shopping, restaurants

- classic double rooms in the back internal side of the hotel, three different places of the bathroom(wc, shower, sink)

The friendly staff, the design, location and the breakfast was very good

The internet connection was weak at 4th floor

receptionist are not so friendly my room was at 1st floor & was noisy light was very pale, view from my room was bad

The staff from all the guys at the reception to the housekeeping, concierge where always very kind and help full ,the rooms are very clean,with great location near Istiklal road. this hotel deserves a lot higher rating than 7.1

the staff are well trained,knowlegable and very helpful but they do not break the ice between them and the guests which is the main reason of the low rating.They should be trained on 4,10 feet rule known in hotel business,...etc.

the bed was not comfortable the lighting was not enough or adjustible the breakfast is the same for all the days.

This was my 4th time staying at this hotel and as always Zeliha the reception staff was really helpful!

Aytac at reception was very friendly and helpful. The door man, (I'm sorry to have forgotten his name) was also very helpful and polite. The email responses were always prompt, my room was tidied perfectly everyday and the location was excellent.

The room size at the price could have bigger.

Location is good if you are looking for Taxim area: Istiklal just few steps away. Breakfast was ok, just like every where. I know there is a spa, but i did not check.

rooms are ok, but not as clean as should be. on photo everything looks much better ;) Bathroom is funny, there is no door from bed room, just arch. Hotel is in the middle of area where lots of restaurants and bars, so be ready for night music. Also, I think they do not have a sea view rooms.

Location is great. Overall, it is a nice hotel. It's not fancy or luxurious but much more than a budget hotel. As a smaller hotel, you get the benefit of being able to walk in and out of without going through security or the problem of the hotel not letting you bring in food or drinks. In fact, there are two small convenience stores just outside the hotel so if you don't like the minibar prices or selection, you can get something there. Beyoglu is a nice area near Taxim where there are nice new restaurants and some nightlife. I got a good discounted price (other hotels were significantly more expensive).

Along with the nice nightlife is the noise from the nightlife... I always travel with earplugs though. The only real problems were with the wifi (which was honestly terrible - I had to sit outside in the hallway to maintain even a poor connection) and they tv connection. Internet connection is pretty vital for me, so next time I am not sure I would stay here. I don't need to be on the Internet for hours but I do need to check email for business regularly and this was a real pain.

Good value, nice spa and pool. Great location for Taksim area. Felt very nice, like the w in a lot of ways.

It is very noisy at night on the Friday and Saturday that we were there. Sunday was quiet. The in-hotel restaurant staff spoke very little english and couldn't understand that we were trying to order the happy hour special advertised in the hotel lobby, so they brought us extra stuff and then charged us more than we wanted to pay.

The room (on the fifth floor) was quite spacious. The breakfast.

We stayed for 3 nights (Friday-Saturday-Sunday). We were given a very small but decent room on the first floor looking at the alley behind the hotel's street.On Friday night we couldn't sleep because there is a bar on this alley!On Saturday morning we asked for a change of room in a quiter part of the hotel. Then we were given a room on the fifth floor, significantly bigger.

The staff were very kind and friendly especially reception staff and the house keepers very helpful. breakfast was okay but not much variety , close to the shopping .. Thank you.

The staff at the Spa and Swimming pool were not so friendly and did not help much he was busy was other thing beside us, the water was too cold he did not try to heat or worm the water and could not provide us with slippers the local phone calls was too expensive, rooms were small...
