I liked especially the reception- always cheerful, informative and very very helpful. The massage was good but not exceptionnel, as well as the spa area. the breakfast was very good too. The personnel especially for breakfast was quite unprofessionel. they didnt always pay attention to customers and were quite slow. |

I enjoyed the breakfast-fresh, varied, and tasty. The staff of the hotel were very friendly, helpful, and polite. If someone didn't speak English, there was always someone else who did. The rooms were cleaned every day. The room was small, but I expected that from reading the other reviews. |

Located in district with nice restaurants, close to main tourist attractions. Good gym and swimmingpool. Very good breakfast! Disturbing music from neighbour bar late in the evening. The room was small and had like a saloon-door to the WC. Very odd! |

Nice, modern interior decoration. Clean. Friendly personnel. Facilities and service not adapted to a fully booked hotel!!! When we were there in October 2009 the breakfast room was so small, that we had to wait for a table. Once we had a table we had to wait for another 15 minutes until we got cutlery and cups, etc. The spa is small and it was crowded. The swimming pool was closed due to "technical problems". Some of the rooms are extremely small: The size of our twin bed room was 3x3 M. The size of the twin bed 1,40m x 1,80m. |

It was situated near all the nightlife and near one of he busiest streets (Istikal Cad). The rooms were much smaller than expected. Beds a little stiff and the blankets on the bed were too thin. |

I've been impressed with the original design of the hotel. It could be featured in the top publications in the field! Excellent location, staff friendly but not always understanding and speaking English, which made them sometimes unhelpful. Telephone has not been working for the first three days. Breakfast is excellent, and everything else I had in the restaurant was delicious. As i said, the telephone not working. Could hire staff with better English, especially in the night. |

The location is great. The first night we were in a room with incredible noise from a bar/club in the street outside (until 2 or 3 am). The next day we were moved into a 3rd floor room at the front of the hotel which was fine. The rooms are very small. I think it's best to book the more expensive rooms. Breakfast selection was large but poor quality. |

The location of the hotel was excellent, as was the front desk staff. The breakfast was lovely, but service lagged behind guests for clean tables and coffee service. The top blanket is too small for the bed....at the very least a top sheet would have helped........the room is small and it was a problem with two medium suitcases to store. There neeeds to be another way to store the second case. There is no indication in the room as to whether paper is to be flushed or not. |

Overall ambiance, intimate surroundings, easy way to connect to cities major destinations. Not really. I would stay there again. My wife and I enjoyed stepping out in the evening to various restaurants and cafe that catered to all tastes. |

The service was above and beyond. Room decoration was very appealing. The location gives you access to too many restaurants and bars. |

The hotel is relatively new with very good features, an excellent location near top bars, restaurants and the major retail centre and represents good value for money. |

Perfect location to visit most wanted spots of the city for sightseeings or night life. Very close to the old city also even for someone who wants to walk there. Modern and pleasant disign. Breakfast could be better and with more choices. Rooms not so comfortable but for someone who goes there only to sleep for the night it's not so bad. On the other hand something that is not pleasant is a bad smell that comes from bathroom and maybe from clima. |

It was a nice clean boutique hotel with an excellent location. The rooms are bit too small and it would be better if they had better duvets on the beds as we just had a blanket and it was to cold with aircon on and too hot with out so some nicer covers would be good besides that were very happy. |

Clean, good location, comfortable, value for money, good and rich breakfast. There are some small rooms, be careful during check in. The street in front of the hotel is narrow and difficult to park. |

Η θέση του The idea of open bathroom is not attractive at all. Also getting into the room through the bathroom, unbelievable.I had to ask three times from the morning until evening in order to bring a toilet paper in the room that they forgot to put during cleaning. They must also improve the speed of check-in.We had to wait at least half an hour for such a simple task. The breakfast room is too small for the number of hotel guests. You have to wait until finding a table |
