very nice hotel design. warm and attentive staff. small size but comfortable environment. nice breakfast. i complained about the noise from back and was upgraded to a much nicer room on the inner courtyard which was quiet.

rooms facing the back are noisy on friday, saturday nights. bathrooms in the standard rooms are a bit tiny, ok for one person but a bit tight if sharing.

It was close to shops, restaurants and night life

The bed in the room was 2 singles joined together, which is not ideal for a happily married couple

We liked the location and the neighborhood. The hotel itself is new and the rooms modern and nicely designed.

There was a foul smell in the bathroom but the problem was not from the hotel itself.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved this hotel and would recommend it very much. The location was superb, it was clean, modern and fantastic facilities also. Im thinking of going back even.

I had to change my room as the drains smelt so bad in the bathroom. The superior rooms were quite small and although there was a huge flat screen on the wall, there were no television channels to watch. More movie choices and channels would be so much better if needing to relax alone a bit.

Rather good choice of cheese and other snacks for breakfast; accurate, attentive and professional personal at the restaurant and at the reception. Piano music at evening time created pleasant atmosphere. Speed wifi connection in room and everywhere in the hotel was very useful for business purposes.

If you need tea you have kettle at room and sugar, but you need to remind at the reception daily to ask your teabags and coffee which are expected to be in you room for free tea. It might also disappeare. As well as be attantive with your minibar and control it yourself in order not to waste time at the check out that explaining that you didn't consume anything there.

Stylish boutique hotel.

The room 1410 did not allow any sleep until 4.30am due to noise, and I am able to sleep through noise.

I liked the location in the city and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was not bad.

The rooms and the beds are too small. We had to change to a twin room after the first night because we could barely fit in to the 'double' bed.

I liked especially the reception- always cheerful, informative and very very helpful. The massage was good but not exceptionnel, as well as the spa area. the breakfast was very good too.

The personnel especially for breakfast was quite unprofessionel. they didnt always pay attention to customers and were quite slow.

I enjoyed the breakfast-fresh, varied, and tasty. The staff of the hotel were very friendly, helpful, and polite. If someone didn't speak English, there was always someone else who did. The rooms were cleaned every day.

The room was small, but I expected that from reading the other reviews.
