We Iiked the staff and the location Easy walk to dinner, hiking and open air museum
Room need a little more light and ventilation
The hotel is very well located, with a beautiful and quiet garden. The standard rooms are clean and well equipped.
One of the standard rooms had a bad smell due to humidity, but we have received another one, that was ok.
Everything was great, stayed in a Cave room for 2 nights and a regular double for another night. The staff was helpful in finding us a good tour, (The Green Tour), to see the sights and we spent the other two days travelling by foot. We were taking the overnight bus to Antalya the day we checked out, not only did they keep our bags, they let us shower when we picked up our stuff free of charge!
The bathrooms are not luxury, this is truly a value & location proposition.
1. Hospitality of hotel is amazing. 2. Staff very cooperative & supportive. 3. Ready to extend all kind of help. 4. Silent & comfortable atmosphere
1. Room could have been better furnished
We have slept in the cave and was amazing. Room very clean and also spacious. Breakfast rich and good.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was very basic, no wifi in the rooms, we had several times no water in the room, trips are sold at a higher rate than the actual cost, no room cleaning... I stayed in many hotels around Turkey and this hotel was by far the least value for money.
The room was clean and comfortable. We had circa 20m2 room with big bathroom. It was located on the first floor. The best thing of the hotel is its location - 100m from Goreme centrum, and from window you may see in the morning ( 6am - 7am) circa 80 flying baloons - in the short distance . The location of the hotel allows to get in short time to main attractions: Goreme city, ballons, valleys of Cappadocia, and others. The food and service in this hotel is also good. We recommend to stay at this hotel - Emilia & Jacek from Poland
Bad laundary service...colour sand whites where washed together
only location and staff
rooms need renovation, holes in the floors, the bathroom door could not be closed
Very convenient location (right in the center of Goreme). Staff are friendly. Rooms are good, so is the buffet breakfast.
There is no Wifi available in any rooms. Wifi is mainly available only in the reception. Not every room is a cave room, so before you check-in do find out if Cave room are available or not.
Great place, very helpful people (they gave us many very good advices and help to book trips). Thanks a lot from switzerland !!
We lived in a cave and it was very exotic. As the town is small we were close to everything.
The TV didn't work and the wi-fi was only outside. And on the second evening the taps suddenly went dry and we were not able to wash or brush our teeth or flush the toilet.
EVERYTHİNG for example: room type, room clean, room temperture, hospitaliy rude
Rooms not clean bathroom dated. No making up of beds or room cleaning. Breakfast rationed. Very basic
Location- very close to village When manager was in a good mood, he was friendly and helpful- otherwise a little abrupt! Gave us a lift to Ürgüp.
Wifi only worked outside near reception. Room cold- heating rarely on in Oct. When not busy, no breakfast buffet and breakfast plate was little stingy. Hot water not reliable.
We have been there for 2 days and we stayed in Deluxe Cave room. Room was nice, big and warm. Also staff was friendly.
especially cave rooms real ones.
during staying, was not enough hot water to take shower.
Kaya evde konaklamak
no hot water No wireless or internet Tv's are broken Some rooms are really cold
Was fun to stay inside a fairy chimney cave. The owners were very helpful and have information on all kinds of trips. They organised our airport transfers too. Basic hotel but best feature has to be the location. Superb spot in the centre of everything. Sufficient for a couple of days.
Breakfast was very basic, not impressed. I appreciate this is an economical place to stay, but bedlinen could do with a refresh. Old and stained.
The room is hot enough.
There is no tv and satelitte system in cave rooms, which informs as exist in the website, the room is not clean enough.Breakfast is poor, there is much better hotels in the region on the same fare range.
Good location. Nice breakfast. Quick reply on emails, they arranged airport transfer from Kayseri for 25 TL.
The main issue was that we had problems with hot water, so basicly we had to have cold shower and outside it was very cold (around 0 degrees). The first day they did not even switch the heating on! The room has never been cleaned in 4 days, so towels have never been changed (and a cave room is very humid, so the towels were always wet). The breakfast terrace (which should be very nice during summer) has no heating. Not worth the money.
cave room, location, people
Very good location and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast
Some mistakes in the bill, but everything was solved.
The staff was very friendly and always ready to help: great customer service, they helped us coordinate the shuttle to the airport and various tours in cappadoccia. We arrived really late the first day (2am) and there was someone waiting for us to do the checkin, which was very much appreciated! The hotel is very well located, very close to the Goreme Open Air Museum and the Rose Valley, and right next to the best spot in town to see the sunset. The terrace where breakfast is served is beautiful and feels like a refreshing little garden; great resting area for a break during the day in the hot summer.
The management and staff were very friendly and helpful. When we arrived , the standard room that we had booked, was not available, but we were upgraded to a cave room for the first night, which was a very different, unique experience. The recomendations of walks we could do unguided, by ourselves, were invaluble and the offer of running us up to the start of the trails by car, much appreciated.
