The personnel is extremely kind and helpful about every detail. Rooms are spotless and well decorated. The hotel owner, Oguz, is a very nice gentleman trying to make your stay as perfect as possible. Just sit on the porch and watch the endless view with your wine.
Staff accomadation value for money
nothing at all...
Immaculate presentation of cave suite. Staff work tirelessly around the clock to ensure a 5 star experience. Great traditional breakfast. Manager Aygul was born to be in the hospitality industry. Forever grateful to the owner of Perimasali for the upgrade to the breathtaking suite.
Should have stayed longer.
Staff, and hotel were amazing. Staff helped us book all our tours and were extremely friendly. The caves were amazing to sleep in and the breakfast was our best in Turkey
A bit far out but once we got our heads around local bus time table it was fine. Definitely worth the drive!
Beautiful little village, the hotel was in the middle of everything in that village. The owner Aygul was very, very helpful and nice. The hotel was very special!
Very friendly and helpful staff (we were even brought cushions and blankets when we sitting out on the terrace at night - there was a chilly wind). Room was great, clean and spacious with a large spa bath. The location is perfect for exploring the area, we had a hire car, but local tours can be arranged. Best to eat in Urgup at night, but we did dine locally one night which was fine.
Only there for 10 hours wish it was longer. Very beautiful room.
Wifi didnt work.
The amazing facilities, the breakfast, how well designed the caves were and the best views from the terrace.
The food options available in the evening and the town was quite quiet
The staff was very nice and helpful. We loved the healthy breakfast and the view from the restaurant. The room was superb -very clean, spacious, modern, cozy, warm, very nicely lit and decorated, bathroom was super fresh, clean and luxurious. We evenhad a jacuzzi! We would return any day!
We have nothing negative to say -even if we really try to come up with something!
We stayed at Perimasali Cave Hotel in mid November. The town of Mustafapasa was very quiet and partially closed for the winter. If traveling during the winter months, I would recommend staying in Urgup. Also, the staff was not very helpful for planning day activities or having knowledge on day adventures. Come with your own plans and reservations.
