full enough to say the kind staff and the manager... good location, nice breakfast at the terrace... We just stayed a night there, but they allowed us to check- in very early morning and to keep the luggage and spend time in the reception room until we got the night bus the next day...many thanks...

No AC, no fan. Do not expect the hotel is made of real cave. It is a cave style stone house and was too hot to stay at the hotel. Takes so long to have breakfast.

The location of the hotel is very good.

To start, they never clean the rooms. We stayed for 3 nights, and when we returned to the hotel after the first day in Cappadocia, the room wasn't cleaned, we spoke to the owner/manager (Omar) and he told us that it was a mistake and that it would not happen again. However, after our second day there, they still didn't clean our room, we spoke to the guy again and he apologized again, and gave us new towels. The worst came, the morning we left, we asked Omar to make the reservation for a shuttle service to Kayseri airport at 5 am. He told us it was OK, but when the transfer never arrived at 5 am, we spoke to Omar, and he told us that they would pick up us at 6 am instead, because we were the only people in the shuttle, we waited, and of the course the shuttle didn't came. We protested to him, and he faked he was sleeping while both of us were speaking to him for at least several minutes. Finally we had to leave, and take the first taxi that we could find at that time in the morning, we still had at least 1 hour of ground travel before we could reach the airport, and we had less than 1.5 hour to get there. The hotel says they have credit card, but they will ask and encourage you to pay by cash. Confort is so so, and the rooms are hot as hell in the summer.

    - Very friendly staff, helped booking all our tours; - The location;

    - The shuttle service that we book with the hotel, took 2 hours to pick us in the airport and when we got in the hotel we had to wait more half an hour to do our check in.

Clean and beautiful hotel, very close to everything and with a good view. The receptionist helped us with some advices and booking the city tours.

    Same breakfast every day.

It is in the middle of Göreme. Relatively cheap in comparison with the other options. Relatively good breakfast (but I would prefer more Turkish style instead of jam, honey, etc.)

The 4 bed room is quite small, basically for beds + a wardrobe. The breakfast never starts at 8 even if I wake up the staff (sleeping in the morning due to Ramadan?).

Omar was really helpful and helped us in giving us all the information we needed and even personally brought us to see the sunset from the best point in Goreme. It was a really cosy stay with good location.

Omar Sharif was an excellent host. He explained all the tourist options in Goreme and made us feel at home.

The breakfast was the worst in a month in Turkey. Quite an achievement.

The thoughtful and personal service to ensure guests are enjoying their stay (whether booking bus tickets, tours or upgrading a room) was exemplary! The unique local antique decor of the comfortable rooms, and dining with a view made my stay in Goreme a absolutely wonderful experience! As well as enjoying the delicious complementary breakfasts on the pretty terrace it is a great place to sit under the stars in the evening! I originally planned for 2 nights but ending up staying for a week. During my stay I took three tours reception booked for me with Nese Tours (as they promised they would be) were simply awesome! Particularly the Mt Nemrut Tour. I highly recommend the Terrace House Hotel!

The price - 25 euro/night is a very good price for a double room.

Don't reserve the green tour from the hotel - they charged for 110 TL/Person but it can be booked from tour agency with only 80-90 TL.

Co owner Omar Sherif was a friendly receptive and hospital person but his partner needs more interpersonal skills training; great location & good breakfast

No fruit or fruit juice for breakfast! Co owner Mr Murat needs a lot of interpersonal skills training!

staffs are very nice, and the breakfast as well. But the facilities are not as good as cities' hostels. Anyway, it's quite worthy.

The location is good because it near the bus/ coach station. The way to the open air museum is about 40 minute walking. The view of the balloon is so great!!!

The wifi is somewhat hard to connect. The restaurant next to the hotel is stronger I have to say.

The staff were great, I was the only one in the dorm and they fired up the heater for me especially. They were knowledgable, friendly and the breakfast was yummy. Great terrace to eat on.
