Very good hotel. Thanks for every thing. Some Cheat guys around Taksim area, where tourists are. Be careful, not to go for a walk alone and no talk with any one talk to you. Do not go Bar or answer strangers talk to you and dark resturant there. It was last time trip to Istanbul.

Mr. Cemil (Guest Relation Manager) was extremely helpful, friendly and mad our stay a wonderful experience.It was very good to know that you have somebody who really cares.All employees of the hotel were friendly, helpful and very sevice minded. It was the same at my first stay in this hotel.

The staff was very helpful, they all speak very good english. They recommended some good restaurants and locations for us to visit which was nice. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and the two daily complementary water bottles were a nice gesture. They even have a menu to choose from different types of pillows which we didn't really use but you could choose different pillow firmness. The location is just a 5 min walk to Taksim square and about 20 min walk to the Galata tower. You almost do not need to take a taxi or metro if you like to walk around.

Guest relations services girl (Seda if I'm not wrong) was very friendly and helpfull, helped us with organising city tours and shopping The breakfast was not good, didn't worth 20EUR, I attempted to cancel the breakfast booked online, but was refused by the hotel

Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Location. Reasonable value for money. Excellent facilities especially the business room with free internet. The Spa has everything a businessman can want and their staff are competent and friendly at the Spa.

The best trip ever ... Amazing hotel with an excellent location just 5 min walk to Taksim square where you can find everything ... The staff were amazing , friendly And helpful ... They helped us a lot with a beautiful smile and They all speak English .My suite was excellent with a beautiful sea view and has all the facilities a family needs . a special thanks to Mr Salih ( the front office manger ) who was really helpful , friendly and answered all my questions ... I highly recommend this hotel .

This is a 4 star hotel with a 5 class service.I Stayed in a junior suite for a week with my wife and was absolutely amazed by the quality of the warm welcome we received and the dedicated attention that the guest care agents provided us with in particular Mr Cemil,Seda and Semra.It is a dedicated team who answered all our queries,and whose valuable recommendations were a tremendous help throughout the stay.I Strongly recommend this hotel,perfectly situated and devoted entirely to the happiness of its clients

The hotel is fine as 4 star, and the location is excellent for tourists. The services were up to the expectation and the check out was very fast. The service in the restaurant was very fine and the view was charming. Bellboy was gentle and much cooperative. Definitely,we will come back again.The pool was fine too. The breakfast was rich, but didn't change for the whole 7 days. TV is small and doesn't have options for international tourists, only one channel in English and one in Arabic and the rest of channels were Turkish. When we arrived at 2:00PM the room was not ready and it was the case for other arrivals, we had to wait for about 30 minutes before the room got ready but it was fine, and the check in clerk was not friendly but we found out that most of the Turkish people were similar to him.

The fact that it is right next to Taksim was a plus. Close to the metro and possible one of the cleanest hotels in that area. The quality of the service, and I don't mean the speed, but the logic of when the door should be knocked for housekeeping, how they approach the guest and what they should say and not mumble "housekeepersadfd". Also the items in the room were faulty such as the water boiler and the drainage. The quality of the food was pathetic. My wife and daughter preferred not eating than eating the food from the room service. Lastly, they charged me even before I checked out specifically after mentioning this to them clearly, and worse yet, they charged the wrong card.

Location Hotel is next a main road and the rooms are noisy. The bed is soft and makes backache every morning..I Woke up very tired each morning due to bed.. The wellness facilities are very small and limited..

I liked about point hotel it's location in Taksim and near a Taxi station. Guest care personnel were helpful in suggesting places to go. You can hear people talking in other rooms.
