Point Hotel  

Mr. Cemil (Guest Relation Manager) was extremely helpful, friendly and mad our stay a wonderful experience.It was very good to know that you have somebody who really cares.All employees of the hotel were friendly, helpful and very sevice minded. It was the same at my first stay in this hotel.

We booked "Room 1, Deluxe Room - Non Refundable - Breakfast excluded " including an extra bed for our daughter (14). The staff was very welcoming and friendly and the room clean with sufficient space. The location is at aboout 300 m from the Taksim square and the main shopping street İstiklâl Caddesi, approximately three kilometers long, which houses exquisite boutiques, music stores, bookstores, art galleries, cinemas, theaters, libraries, cafés, pubs, night clubs with live music, historical patisseries, chocolateries and restaurants. You can easily walk to the old city in about 45 minutes (4 km).

It is advised not to take a taxi during rush time. A 15' ride will take about 4 times longer. Instead, use the metro.

Top floor restaurant lacked atmosphere

The fact that it is right next to Taksim was a plus. Close to the metro and possible one of the cleanest hotels in that area.

The quality of the service, and I don't mean the speed, but the logic of when the door should be knocked for housekeeping, how they approach the guest and what they should say and not mumble "housekeepersadfd". Also the items in the room were faulty such as the water boiler and the drainage. The quality of the food was pathetic. My wife and daughter preferred not eating than eating the food from the room service. Lastly, they charged me even before I checked out specifically after mentioning this to them clearly, and worse yet, they charged the wrong card.

Excellent in staff and location

most channels are Turkish, few English and one Arabic channel.

I liked the idea of a special desk for guest services during busy times so questions could be answered while there was a lineup at the font desk.

The best trip ever ... Amazing hotel with an excellent location just 5 min walk to Taksim square where you can find everything ... The staff were amazing , friendly And helpful ... They helped us a lot with a beautiful smile and They all speak English .My suite was excellent with a beautiful sea view and has all the facilities a family needs . a special thanks to Mr Salih ( the front office manger ) who was really helpful , friendly and answered all my questions ... I highly recommend this hotel .

Hotel Location is good the room is clean staff are friendly.

Excellent location - within walking distance form pedestrian street and Taksim square. Swimming pool is small but provides enough space to exercise a bit. Hammam offers a possibility to relax after a busy day. Splendid view from the breakfast room. Food is diverse with Turkish food well represented. I would recommed this hotel for business travellers.

Rooms are not at all soundproof - you can hear people walking in the corridor.

I stayed here for business,it was great .I also enjoyed a great massage and a turkish bath.Staff were very helpful espesially Seda which was incdredibly helpful and kind.
