It's a really good value for money. I would propose it with no hesitations The first impression at the reception was not good.......the manager of the hotel had replaced the reception clerk and while doing this he seemed that he didn't like it and he also seemed a little rude. But was only at the time we arrived. Another thing is that the staff was speaking the basic English. |

When we arrived we were shown to an extremely small room, not large enough to fit our suitcases, fortunately, it had not been cleaned so we were moved to a larger room. that room had an awful view of the backs of run down buildings. When we decided to cancel the remainder of our reservation, we were offered a suite. |

The hotel is OK, very well located and close to public transportation. They have free internet, Which I think is a plus. The only problem is the elevator. There is only one and it takes ages to be able to use it. |

Although it was very small, but it was modern and very clean. (comfy beds) The location was very convenient; next to a tramway station which was few stops away from all the historical attractions (you could even walk to the bazaar). I took the Havas bus from the airport to Aksaray and the hotel was in the street right at the back where I got off the bus. There were lots of local restaurants and supermarkets open until 1-2 am around the hotel. great house keeping and good breakfast. friendly and helpful staff. all in all, it was the best 3-star hotel i've ever stayed in (comparing to the U.S). great value for the money. very small rooms (which we didn't care, who wants to stay in the room in Istanbul?!). only one elevator that you had to wait for minutes to get into. got crowded at breakfast time and you had to wait for an empty table (the bar was small). the fridge smelled bad and whatever we would put in the fridge would smell bad as well. |

This is a good new hotel for city stay. Great location in the old city.Tram and buses stop ten steps away.Half an hour walk from Topkapi Palace.Surrounded by a lot of small stores for leather, textile and other wholesale/retail shopping.Fabulous breakfast.Stuff is friendly and helpful Very recomendid for short stay as the rooms are not big.. Bed matrasses are too soft for the hotel stay and uncomfortable. |

The Hotel was very new (3 months)...The room was spacious and the bathroom elegant. The bed was extremely comfortable...the room was quiet & the breakfast was delicious! Since the hotel is fairly new - they are still ironing the "bugs"....Overall the hotel was great - one of the best I"ve stayed at!!!! And I travel quite a bit... |

The hotel was well placed to visit the sights in Istanbul, very close to the transport system and taxis. The breakfast food and evening meal was also of good quality. The bedroom was rather on the small side, and more wardrobe space could have been a plus point. |
