Everything was great. Location is excellent just few minutes walk from metro station which is connected directly with the Ataturk airport. Tramway station is 200 m from hotel. Staff was very kind.

Sometimes you need to wait elevator for some time, but only minor problem :)

My daughter and I stayed in Polatdemir hotel for three nights and we were very satisfied. The hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful, room a bit small but clean and nice, very good breakfasts.

The hotel is located close to the main street so is a bit noisy.

We loved our stay at the hotel. Perfect location and the hotel very cleaned and confortable. The staff have been very nice and helpful. We really reccomend the hotel to friends for future trips.

Gd location. All the main attractions are just within a walking distance. All the staff are very helpful and attentive to your needs. Gd value for money.

Elevator very slow

very good location. a few minutes from Gran Bazaar and a 15 minutes walk from blue mosque and all the most important monuments. hotel was very clean. bathroom is good and modern.

we arrived at 16:00 and our room was not ready. We had to wait 1 hour. I think it's priced more than it offers. rooms are clean but very small and have a poor view. staff is not that helpful or kind. breakfast has poor quality food.

*The bathroom fan wouldn't work and was never fixed, even when requested. *Everything at the cafe was overpriced. *I was charged for drinks in the minibar that I did not even drink. *The price did not match the value at all.

Great location next to the tramway & excellent value for money. The staff were most helpful & courteous. We enjoyed the wide selection on offer at the breakfast table. The bathroom was clean & modern. Hardly any street noise at night a bonus.

Back-facing room looked out onto a pretty bleak courtyard.

Excellent location, 3 minutes walking distant to tramway. Breakfast is good, room is clean and everything works. Good value for money

Next to the main street, we compliant about the noise and they kindly moved us to the back of the building.

The hotel was nice to stay in. Lots of shops around and located 2-3 tram stations away from main attractions. Tram station was really close. All in all would stay again.

Only concern was room and toilet was smaller than we thought but was still alright.

Unfriendly management. became really mad, after they saw the discount price which I got from booking.com! they tried to ask me for copies of my Passport! ;( after I have already paid for the hotel.. so everything was nice, except every evening they would start harassing me and asking how could I get such low rate at their hotel and asking for further copies of my Credit Card and Passport! I was really sad because of that. the most strange emails came from the manager named: Tuba HAVALEOĞLU | Sales & Reservation!

This was our first time at this hotel and compared to our previous stay, everything seems fine

First of all the lication of the hotel is quite near the old city , second the hotel is nice small but clean modern and very nice breakfast. The receptionist was very helpful and welcoming. As conclusion the hotel can be rated as very good!!!
