I don't like this hotel . you can't bring from out side any thing . till water can't every thing must from hotel and every thing expensive . water price 2 dollars .service not excellent .room small . wc very small and not have every thing .this hotel 5 star but like 3.5 star . only breakfast good

I will rate this hotel at 4* because his lobby is very hot and dark , that becaue of saving ellectric , no air conditio no light during the day .

The food in the resturant was so delicious and the price was suitable with the quality.The room service staff was so cooperative. The mini bar was so poor only containing 1 can of coca cola and bottle of water and 2 bottles of unknown drinks which seem to be low quality. The room A.c was not good

The food is great exellent value for money and the facilities are great. Just the mini bar was almost empty but it wasn't so important we had everything from the bars.

Nice buffet and reasonable season price of room all inclusive. Location on coast and close to my business. But, a bit far from the town for other activities.

I was so surprised and delighted when we were given a suite because I was only expecting a double room with bathroom. We had two wonderful views of the beach and mountains. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. For the price I think we got excellent value. Helen Cannon. No complaints. All was excellent and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The staffs were all polite. The facilities are all very good. There are many activities. The quality of the food was not as good as a five star hotel!

Great and diversified menu for food. Delicious food. Free minibar with good drinks. Close to the beach with private underground passageway to the beach and private seats in the beach. A kind and welcoming night shift reception specially one of them named Mehdi. Small rooms. The air-conditioning system was going down when I was leaving the room so that the room was so hot in the way back. The lobby and the lift was intolerably hot. The cutlery was unavailable on the dining table. The facilities (E.G. Massage and after-midnight services) were so expensive even with the European standards. Foreign currencies were not accepted. Some of the staff were unable to speak English.

إقامة مريحة ومميزه، إدارة الفندق احترافيه، جميع العاملين بالفندق يعلمون ماذا يفعلون، دقيقين في التوقيت، خدمات الغرف حسب الوعد في 33 دقيقة، خدمات الفندق متكاملة، مطاعم، مقاهي، مسابح، العاب وخدمات وترفيه للأطفال بشكل مميز. بحاجة ماسة إلى تطوير اللغة الانجليزية لدى العاملين في خدمات الغرف والمطاعم.
