是我住到现在性价比最高的酒店了。服务很到位，房间也不错，我们定的是含三餐的，酒店吃的东西多的吃不过来- 。喜欢吃的朋友一定要选这里。

Ability to accommodate a family of 4. Have family rooms.

Airconditioners not working. Resort staff not fluent in English. Cater for Russian people. I booked bed and breakfast on-line. I decided to have dinner every day at the resort. I paid for each persons dinner. If I had taken a complete package it would have been more economical for me. Was not advised of this by the hotel staff. I also wanted to tour Region. Requested for adise on this. Was not advised appropriately abt this. I could have made much more economical choices with the right advice.

I loved how beautiful the hotel was and the food at the buffet was stunning!! Usually buffet food is mediocre at best but this was fantastic! The restaurant staff were really great as well.

The front desk staff seemed less knowledgeable than I would hope or expect but generally it was good.

all rooms are with sea view and have balcony.

the profile of the guests are worse than expected. the services are very very limited. there is not real a la carte restaurant or bar in the hotel. the alcoholic sipirits are very low quality. this hotel can only be convenient for summer vacations because of its distance to the sea.

I was so surprised and delighted when we were given a suite because I was only expecting a double room with bathroom. We had two wonderful views of the beach and mountains. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. For the price I think we got excellent value. Helen Cannon.

No complaints. All was excellent and the staff were helpful and friendly.

It contains everything I like the open buffet breakfast I like the mountain and sea view at once and my rooms view was great.

Location. I think that the hotel could have a courtesey bus running to the old city and airport even if for a small fee

The staffs were all polite. The facilities are all very good. There are many activities.

The quality of the food was not as good as a five star hotel!

Smell in the room and bad conditioning

I will rate this hotel at 4* because his lobby is very hot and dark , that becaue of saving ellectric , no air conditio no light during the day .
