Comfortable bed and decent shower.
The rooms are what you would expect a Hostel to look like (dated, run down and minimum decor). The room's floor was very dirty... When I walked on it the bottom of my feet left black marks on my sheets. The customer service from the hotel was poor. It was clear that the woman helping us at checkout literally got out of bed to assist us in her pajamas. The pool was dirty and wild dogs we're everywhere on the property. In my friend's room there was a broken outlet with wires hanging out and problems with the shower.
Close to the marina and restaurants
No balconys, drink expensive, dogs running round when eating,it's quite obvious that Booking.com have not visited this hotel as what you are told regarding certain things are not true,I recommend it for being close to the sea front.
bed was comfortable
the electricity didn't work; no wifi in rooms; electric socket hanging out of wall and not working; fridge didn't work; shower head didn't work and had to be rigged by me to work; wild dogs running around bothering us during breakfast; grungy and moldy swimming pool with plastic and other grime floating in it; the hotel is falling apart and hospitality doesn't exist; they do not have their act together; this place was a disappointment
The staff,the location.
Hotel is really nice and clean. Friendly staff and good breakfast.
Although the hotel is near the marina and many restaurants, it is about a 30 minute walk from the downtown area.
All night partying by owner around pool Dirty and poorly maintained facility Constant BBQ smoke from restaurant next door Taxi ordered by hotel never showed up - overbilled for stay but booking.com took care of that
Our room had a huge bed, very comfortable. Nice breakfast.
Floor in the bathroom was wet and there was some smell in it.
Quiet location, spacious room with fair access to the Internet, nutricious breakfast served by the swimming pool with a view over a bougainvillea plant :)
Difficult to find ...
Hotel staff niceness and affordable clean place to rest..
The pool which was big and clean ...and when we were there....all ours!!! :)
Really warm and friendly staff! Nice and peaceful place, cozy atmosphere... Recommend!
A/C didn't, workr, location too far away from Marina. Breakfast poor. Not a good value for the price
The staff are super. It's a short walk (7/8 mins) from the Marina which contains dozens of cafés restaurants and shops. The pool is lovely and has sunny and shade areas around it. The rooms are comfortable with AC and a fridge.
Hotel Diltua actually rescued us from an awful all-inclusive arrangement and was an Oasis. The entire staff was super helpful, the hotel was beautiful and the puppies were a great addition for the kids. Thanks to all at Hotel Diltua!
Good position in a quiet area (not far from center). Rooms are really big.
Hotel bulidings and furniture need to be renewed.
Good position in town: not too close to the noisy and turistic area but only 7-10 minutes walking from it
It wasn't clean; poor rooms; not good breakfast; the staff was not sufficient, like if they didn't know what to do
Rooms are large
The breakfast is served in tray as in a hospital, is insufficient and there is no choice. Wi-fi available just near the swim pool. Staff not so friendly and organized: their laundry service lost our linen...not to recommend. They have to improve.
Such a beautiful hotel with great location. You need to hire a car for your stay in bodrum. The staff are friendly and they speak English which is not very common in Turkey.
We loved the hotel it is suited for family's, singles and couples, strongly recommend to eat at hotel as the food was amazing, and the mojitos are Devine. The location was perfect close to the bars and restaurants within walking distance and far enough away to enjoy a quiet sleep.. The staff went above and beyond from what you would expect and this was a pleasant surprise for us.We had lovely days lazing by the pool and listening to a lovely collection of music. Great family run business environment will definitley return someday.
We had a great stay - the pool is lovely, the coffee with breakfast delicious! The rooms were spacious and there was on street parking for the car.
Great welcome by the new owner
Staff; friendly, helpful, spoke excellent English. Dealt well with any issues with speed. Room; large, bed comfortable, sofa to lounge on, bathroom good. Very clean. Grounds; low level buildings in garden. Pleasant pool area. New owners who have the opportunity to create a really good hotel rather than currently a medium standard hotel which admittedly provides good value in an expensive town.
Gardens need attention before they get too overgrown. Potentially they are a brilliant asset. Need more sun loungers around pool. Typical Turkish breakfast but very small. Need more choice, incl fruit and juices. Unsure whether family members were staff or guests, potentially creating unprofessional image.
This hotel had nice touches of caring kind people looking after their guests nothing too much trouble and we will go back again .
It was all good
The room was large. Easy walk to marina.
The attitude of the staff was abit of a shame. They have just bought the hotel and now seem to think they need do nothing to make it profitable. Very friendly when we first arrived but empty promises. We had a badly broken bathroom door that was never fixed, a broken window and a cleaner that arrived at 7pm to clean and seemed to do nothing except walk off with the towels. Ignore any offers of lifts anywhere, all rooms are doubles and there are no balconies. Sometimes felt like walking through family's home to get to room. Real shame. There are 2 other hotels in the same area, same price both nicer.
Pool Nice shower Migros supermarket and taxi station nearby
Food A bit far from the beaches, 20-30 min walk, Kitchen staff
