Puding Suite Hotel  

Le séjour dans la suite millenium a été exceptionnel, c'est un petit hotel avec 6 chambres differentes, chacune avec son charme, ideal pour lune de miel ou voyage en amoureux. Tres bien situé dans la vieille ville de Kaleiçi, pas de bruit. Hotel extremlement propre; Personel chaleureux.

Nous avions réservé la suite Millenium pour 3 nuits. Pour une raison que j'ignore, on nous avait attribué la suite Anatolian qui était très spacieuse avec lit de 2 mètres, décorée dans un style oriental avec des lustres très spectaculaires mais pas clinquants, un beau parquet, des rideaux très lourds avec stores, de nombreux rangements. La salle de bains était immense avec un jaccusi très agréable et douche avec jets. Le cadre était très romantique ; on a pu manger au bord de la piscine (qui faisait plus bassin que piscine),les tables étaient recouvertes d'une belle nappe blanche, bougies, musique douce, tout conférait au lieu une ambiance de charme . La cour ressemblait en quelque sorte à un patio d'un petit ryad. Le personnel était très avenant mais parlait peu l'anglais et le français.Notre séjour au Puding Suite Hôtel a été un des moments forts de notre séjour en Turquie.

Le seul point négatif était la demi-pension .Le petit déjeuner offrait une grande variété de plats mais rien de bien original. Le menu du soir consistait en une soupe, une salade, 3 plats au choix (toujours les mêmes) et comme dessert un panacotta ou fruit. Ce n'était donc pas bien varié ni excellent mais de bonne facture. On aurait apprécié des plats turcs.

Tout : la décoration de la chambre, la salle de bain avec jaccusi ultra sophistiqué, l'amabilité de l'accueil, le cadre... Nous regrettons de n'y avoir passé qu'une seule nuit.

The place is obviously set up to be a great boutique hotel during the peak summer months. Great rooms, great facilities, and a quaint location in the old city. Very good food as well and fast complementary wi-fi access.

The main issue for me was coming at off-season as a solo business traveller. As a luxury boutique hotel, I expected a 24/7 service. But it was clear that all services and amenities weren't really available during the off-season. For example, the restaurant seemed to shut down quite early. Also, I got the impression that they wanted you to get in at night within a reasonable hour. My room was great but it was quite dusty on my first night in particular. I was hungry when I came in but the restaurant was shut and the person who greeted me couldn't really speak English. He was nice guy though. The lack of great English amongst the staff meant that I couldn't really express myself properly. Finally, I had to pay with my own personal credit card at the end because I wrongly assumed that my company credit card, used to make the booking, had had payment made. This was decidedly inconvenient for me. So, in sum, I would definitely recommend Puding Suite Hotel to other travellers during the peak summer months. Off-season.... not really. Maybe for a couple who are content to stay in all day and night. For business travellers, it's really not suitable during the off-season.

The stuff was very helpfull and friendly, very big and nice furnitured rooms. Excellent food. The Hotel is directly located in the oldtown next to the harbour.

Friendly, helpful staff. Cute room and comfortably big. Fantastic bathroom! Very strategic location. Good value.

Location and the value of money - that means you got what you pay for ... special thanks for the girl work in reception she is helpful and respect person..

Good location, room is big, clean, and comfertable. Staff is helpful.

It would be more helpful, if more staff know english. When we check out, they charge us by Turkey money instead of Euro dollars when book on line which cost us more. I think they can do better at that rate which is the highest during our 2 week trip in Turkey, yet not the best we like.

Puding Suite Hotel is the best among hotels which I stay in Turkey. I think their service is perfect and location is center of the old town. It takes 5 minutes from the tram Station.

The swimming pool is not big as enough to enjoy, but it's not a problem

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Puding Suite Hotel. We were made very welcome by "Seda" at the Hotel. Everything was just perfect (apart from the weather unfortunately). Nevertheless we had a very enjoyable time. Ann and Tony Jay

The hospitality we were given was excellent - personal service in a luxury but intimate setting. Very relaxing!

Otelin konumu çok merkezi tarihi kale içinin kalbinde yer alıyor. Otel çok rahat , çok temiz , çalışanları ilgili ve güleryüzlü,kahvaltısı güzel,odadaki tüm aletler sorunsuz bir şekilde çalışıyor.Biz harem suiti kiraladığımız halde bize o sırada boş ve normalde gecelik fiyatı daha fazla olan Mediterranean Suiti vermeleri hoş bir jest oldu. Herkese özellikle Antalya'ya sonbaharda yolu düşecek olanlara gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.Gidin kalın memnun ayrılırsınız :)

Genelde memnun kalmadığım bir yönü olmadı.Fakat gece görevlileri odanın kullanımı hakkında yeterli bilgiye sahip olamayabiliyorlar.Bizim böyle bir perde problemimiz oldu.Odanın perdelerini açamadık ve gece görevlisi de tarif edemedi ancak gündüz görevlisinden konuyla ilgili daha sonra bilgi alabildik.
