Puding Suite Hotel  

The place is obviously set up to be a great boutique hotel during the peak summer months. Great rooms, great facilities, and a quaint location in the old city. Very good food as well and fast complementary wi-fi access.

The main issue for me was coming at off-season as a solo business traveller. As a luxury boutique hotel, I expected a 24/7 service. But it was clear that all services and amenities weren't really available during the off-season. For example, the restaurant seemed to shut down quite early. Also, I got the impression that they wanted you to get in at night within a reasonable hour. My room was great but it was quite dusty on my first night in particular. I was hungry when I came in but the restaurant was shut and the person who greeted me couldn't really speak English. He was nice guy though. The lack of great English amongst the staff meant that I couldn't really express myself properly. Finally, I had to pay with my own personal credit card at the end because I wrongly assumed that my company credit card, used to make the booking, had had payment made. This was decidedly inconvenient for me. So, in sum, I would definitely recommend Puding Suite Hotel to other travellers during the peak summer months. Off-season.... not really. Maybe for a couple who are content to stay in all day and night. For business travellers, it's really not suitable during the off-season.

The stuff was very helpfull and friendly, very big and nice furnitured rooms. Excellent food. The Hotel is directly located in the oldtown next to the harbour.

Puding Suite Hotel is a very comfortable hotel with an impressive interior design. The hotel (including the rooms) is exactly as the one presented in the virtual tour. The interior garden is small but very intimate and elegant, the pool being very clean and pleasant. The personnel including the management is very kind, friendly and helpful for any request you submit for it's attention. For example, me and my wife booked a hotel in Istanbul when we left Antalya but due to traffic problems we were in late. We phone to the Istanbul hotel to announce that we are coming but with a late and the person from there did not spoke English and could not understand us. We were in a foreign country and we did not know the language so we called to Puding and asked them to help with a phone to the Istanbul hotel which they did with so much politeness.

For me and my wife the breakfast was a little "boring" due to the fact that despite the quality of the food, the menu was every morning the same. No buffet breakfast; the morning food was established and served to the table by the waiter but it was not changed even once during our last 7 nights stayed in Puding. Also, we had the Harem suite where the internet was performed very slowly or did not exist. The Harem suite is located on ground floor so you could hear a lot of noise from the street especially in the night but, if you are comfortable with the air conditioning turned, then the noise is very much attenuated when the windows are closed. Do not worry about the possibility of the people from the street to look in your room; the windows offer the possibility to also have light day and to be keep off from the curious eyes.

Excellent breakfast and service.

I liked every single thing in this master piece hotel. The food was magnificent. The location is great and the staff ware more like a family to us.

In the last day of our stay the cook had to take brake and his replacement was not as good. Their are some small things like broken lights in our room, and broken shower handle

Great location and great atmosphere.

Difficult to find initially.

This boutique hotel offers you far more than the value for money. Located in the heart of the old city Kaleici, it gives you an ability to walk around tiny narrow streets and really feel like you are in the resourt town. My boyfriend and I went in the off-season at the end of April, and the streets were free from tourists and you could really enjoy your time there. The hotel itself is very very nice, the room we had, Harem suite, was the cheapest yet it had a king size bed and was itself very large with a big bathroom that had a hot tab. There was a fast wi-fi and a really nice swimming pool outside. The staff was very charming as well. Since we rented a car for our trip, there was also a free parking space.

Truly distinctive and pampering hotel Superb restaurant and ideal location in the heart of Kaleci the old quarter in Antalya. Freshly squeezed orange juice and an elegant breakfast brought to your table¿none of this running around with the standard hotel buffet- They bring the buffet to you. High quality coffee and bar service. Very pampering and well equipped bathroom.

Gute persönliche Betreuung, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage sehr zentral in der Antalya Altstadt. Zimmer (Suite) geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Sehr guter Wifi Empfang, kostenlos. Das Essen sehr gut, italienische Wurzeln des Chefs waren deutlich spürbar. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel verfügbar, ebenfalls ohne Zusatzkosten. Insgesamt macht das Ambiente des Hotels einen sehr guten, gepflegten und hochwertigen Eindruck.

Le séjour dans la suite millenium a été exceptionnel, c'est un petit hotel avec 6 chambres differentes, chacune avec son charme, ideal pour lune de miel ou voyage en amoureux. Tres bien situé dans la vieille ville de Kaleiçi, pas de bruit. Hotel extremlement propre; Personel chaleureux.
