I was last week for my study in Istanbul and we spent a week in Qinn Old City Hotel with my sister and mother. We were received very well. Hotel located in a great place. Station is at a walking distance. Staff was very helpful and nice. Especially papa Mehmet Bey, Cayan & Alican. We enjoyed our stay at Qinn Hotel very much. Pity that we could not personally say goodbye to them. We want to thank papa Mehmet, Alican, Cayan, Ozen, Adern, the manager (accounted) and all others for everything. You guys are the best!! If we might come to Istanbul in the future, we will certainly return to your Hotel! Thank you all again!
Nothing! You guys are the best!
Every is perfect
Staff was always very kind and helpful. The Hamam and Sauna area is quiet and very relaxing. Breakfast was simple but good.
Floor in the bathroom was broken.
Loved the location, Staff and food!
Wifi was a bit patchy at places. We stayed in 2 different rooms. We liked the second room more than the first one. The first room seemed like it was in one corner of the hotel.
Good location, Good breakfast,
wifi wouldnt work when there was allot of people in the hotel . I had to go down to reception to get good wifi. There was no facilities, Th eroom was small and the bed was just about comfortable
Staff is excellent. They are friendly and very responsive. My payment arrangement to them had to go through a complicated process involving www.booking.com and they faced that transfer process for the first time but they did not hesitate to take action and they completed it successfully. I am greatful for that. Rooms are very clean, I had to add another bed, and they did within minutes. The restarurant was cozy. The location is very good with access to metro line. Blue Mosques, Aya Sofya and many other historical spots are in a vicinity. Excellent hotel for the money you pay.
The wi-fi signal was weak.
staff, cleanliness, breakfast was very nice
excellent staff, location. I travel to Istanbul quite often and this is far cleanest hotel I stayed in.
wifi is really bad
Location of the hotel is at walking distance from Blue Mosque,Sulmam Misque,New Mosque..Both Musieum & of course grand Bazar..sea site is also at walking distance .. From Airport just by changing one train u can reach Hotel... Hotel Staff is very friendly...I Recommend if u r looking a reasonable Hotel ..comfortable stay in very less amount ..q inn
Location, service , staff, clean
Heater in my room was busted but they changed my room in a sec
The only problem was that the days we were here a part of the hotel was under construction and there was a lot of noise during the day
Luckily, the hotel room was well positioned, and we could not hear the Islamic calls for prayer from any of the nearby mosques. (fyi- miranets use loudspeakers, several times per day/night..)
The "twin" bed was comfortable, but relatively short and narrow by EU standards (for 2 people). Maybe we should have looked for a "queen" size.
This is what I would call for a 'hotel' with decent staffs, certain atmosphere, good room and room facility (kettle, mini-bar, safety box, amenity, good tight-sealed window). Everything was clean and good.
My room didn't have a 'please-do-not-disturb' sign to put outside the room door, which I really needed as I was sick and stayed in my room all day, didn't want to be disturbed. I thought that Turkish hotels didn't have that kind of system, but it was just a mistake (as I was given that plate on my last day). There was a noise started right after 7 in the morning (ventilation system?) that woke me up... also it is NOT the hotel's fault, but there was a construction just outside the building or inside the hotel's building (i don't know for certain), so it was noisy during the day. But I guess not many guests stay in their rooms during a day, so this is a minor issue.
The location is perfect, between the bridge and Sultanahmet area The stuff is very friendly, professional and helpful The Hotel has a good sauna, which is really great after a long walk in a rainy cold day The bed is big and comfortable The room is quite big comparing to other hotels in Istambul
Breakfast lacks toster and yogurt:) The floor in the shower could be more clean
Nice hotel, based not on the main street that makes it very peaceful. Great location for turists ant business people. Girl on the recepcion speaks good English, and all of them are very kind. Rooms are clean, good furniture, large windows.
They forget to wake me up for the early morning flight! Fortunately, my phone alarm didn't failed :)
Friendly and welcoming to guests. Arranged early check-in without any additional payments :) + welcome coffee with cakes :). Highly recommend.
Location was great!
Thanks Q inn for fantastic stay,it was myHusbands birthday while we were there and staff surprised us with a beautiful cake and sang happy both day to him, awesome,we will be back next year. Angela. Nottingham.
The location was perfect. The room was very clean and the stuff very helpful. The breakfast was very good.
Some noise, but that was not much of a problem...
The staff are wonderful. The manager Cem Dalci is great with responding to emails about questions that you may have. The staff were very accommodating with late check out as well as getting me a larger room when we had an unexpected guest arrive. They even arranged an early breakfast for those of us that were running in the marathon. I will always stay at this hotel when I visit Istanbul
Few people speak English!! not only in the hotel, but in the entire country.
only breakfast optin available
