Cause it was off season all the facilities were half as good for example the breakfast had nothing as much as it does at season or 2 out 3 saunas in the spa were off and so on and so fort...

I really like the SPA and the sauna, they were very relaxing, calm and clean, I also enjoyed the relax room with the tv. The stuff were very nice and helpful. The balcony and the view on pool was really nice also I enjoyed the bathroom and bedshoes. I liked the fact that they brought us the car infront of entrance of hotel when we left and took our luggages. The dinner was plenty of choices and I found pain en chocolat at breakfast, something difficult for me to find in Turkey. Also the wine was good at dinner

I was dissapointed when I learnt that the sauna is not free and that the big hammam from the website photo is close. I think it should be said on the website. I didnt like that we can hear people from other rooms, it should be more silence between rooms. The design of rooms is a bit old fashion for a radisson. compared to radisson dusseldorf it was very old style and I saw some hair on my bed :( I think the çipura were not freshed at dinner not so bad but unfreshed

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is new and all the facilities are in good condition.

Rooms were cleaned rather late.

This hotel is perfectly located between Cesme and Alacati, close to Ilica beach, one of the best places you can stay. Breakfast and dinner more than average 5 star otel, one of the best dinner & breakfast we had with my family. Excellent meals. We visited in November, so we can not use beach and swimming pool.

-While having dinner we've been offered drinks, after the dinner we received the pre-liminary invoice immediately. 1 bottle coke 9 TL and 1,5 liter water 6 TL, which is almost 9 times expensive than the market price. -Spa usage also chargeable 20 TL per day. Above charges should be added to daily cost and it is not fare to charge to customers these type of additionals. (Water, spa usage, etc.)

Bathroom is old Breakfast is a nightmare. No good products. Everything had bad flavor. Only fruits was good.

İt has a good location.

İt did not have alternative choice of restaurants, there was only one open buffet for dinner.

İt was ashort şebekende trip. Facilities suited my needs.Lots of space and play area for older kids(age 8-12).Nice service at the beach bar and the beach.Good buffet breakfast.Close to many attractions in Cesme.Nice beach,and comfortable room.

The sea is absolutely amazing. It was clean and clear with a nice sand beach. The staff at the hotel were very helpful. The breakfast was very good (I am half Turkish, so I had high expectations which were met) The staff was also very helpful to non-Turkish speakers, even though this hotel is mostly prefered by local tourists.

The prices at the hotel for food and drinks and any other shopping is absolutely sky high! My advice would be to buy your lunch/drinks from a local shop and bring it with you

Nice hotel for a couple of days in the sun. Basically has all you need to stay inside of the hotel for your stay, even though that would not be my choice. If you want to get around the area, a rental car is highly recommend, but there are also mini-busses stopping in front of the hotel that can get you to the town of Cesme. The rooms are good, be it somewhat standard style as you find in the bigger hotels. The hammam, outside pools, beach area and bar at the beach are all great ingredients for a couple of days of relaxation. The breakfast is excellent, one with the largest choice I have seen in a long time. You can find pretty much everything on the buffet.

Service

The sound isolation between rooms was terrible. You could almost hear whispering and all of your neighbors phone call although they were not making laud noises. They need to redo the sound insulation to give customers quietness and privacy.

Beautiful facility and a very friendly and helpful staff. Our young grandchildren had a wonderful time and our adult children enjoyed the spa.

Kahvaltısı ve akşam yemeği büfesi kaliteli, zengin. Otel temiz.

Gece yarısı 5 yıldızlı otele gidiyorsunuz. Kapıda sizi karşılayan kimse yok, eşyaları indirip, uyuyan çocuğunuzla resepsiyona geliyorsunuz, resepsiyonist ücreti peşin almak için kırk saat işlem yapmaya çalışıyor. Bir kredi kartı alırsın, imza alırsın eşyaları birisi odaya çıkartır, arabana park yeri ayarlar. Yok. Sanki Çeşme Belediye Oteli. Üstelik otel de dolu. Ayrıca bu fiyata NY Manhattan da çok iyi bir otelde kalabilirsin. Akşam yemeğinden sonra Otel ölü, lobinin ışıkları bile kapalı.

Odaların duvarları çok ince. Diğer odada ne varsa aynen duyuluyor. Personel sayısı çok azdı. En kötüsü sabah sekizde matkap insaat sesiyle uyandık. İşçiler deli gibi çalışıyordu. Kahve 15 lira ama makinada yapılıp gelen cok kotu kahveler ictik. Böyle bir fiyata yakışmıyor.

Yemekler fena değil. Personel güleryüzlü, sorun çözme odaklı.

Oda duvarlarında izolasyon çok zayıf. Kapalı havuz soğuk. Masaj fiyatları çok pahalı. SPA kullanımı için kişi başı 20 TL isteniyor.

Aızalı oda kapısından dolayı 1 gecelik konaklamamızı rezil ettiler. Dalga gecer gibi otelin en uzak odası verildiği gibi 3 kez bozuk kapı kartı ile odamıza girmek icin 2 saat mucadele ettik. Servis ile odamıza girebildik ve sorunu gideremediklerinden dolayı odamızdan cay icmeye gidemedik tekrar giremeyiz diye. Bozuk tv kumandası savaşımızda cabası. Bir daha kesinlikle gitmeyeceğim bir otel.
