Great location and friendly staff
The room was infested with flies. We order a queen bed and they pushed two beds next to each other with two small bed blankets instead of one big blanket
I was somewhat disappointed with the hair salon, makeup was too bright and hair was not done well at all
My friends who stayed with me created a family ambunce hospitable staff will come back
I recommended you to try bosphorus tour if you stay in this hotel. Bosphorus tour is a great You can go walking
Restaurant Café Reception
Lobby so small
Very poor value of money
This is my second stay and I loved it is near every thing the coffee shop is just around the hotel and the best potatoes are there best night life is there 5 minutes walk from it. Staff are always welcoming .
Location is great at the bosphouros, great view and comfortable say , pillow and bed are comfy.
Location is bit far from attraction but public transport is available bus and ferry etc
i like the help of Mr.Kaan to solve rooms problem
I will never go back I didn't like the room,l and I request 2 bed room phosphor view ,but i get one bed room with partial view and cost me more than what should pay, and really bad cost system every day different rate.
it's location right on the Bosporus
not value for money, not to the standard of 5 star hotel،staff try to change your room type and put on different location
We like the storege for our bags when we travel couples days and we keep the bags in store
We stay in the hotel sever time in one mounth they have to upgrade our room
Great location in ortakoy Breakfast and view from terrace were incredible.
Rooms need maintenance we spent first night in a room without Air conditioning. Had to change next day to a room that had bathroom sink plugged and uneven old mattress. there was no iron/ironing board in room had to ask for it everyday... stay was okay but not worth the price.
The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs as we were attending a wedding close by
Noise throughout the day and night from other guests, only to be told that it was normal as they had a lot of large families staying from the Middle East.
The staff were extremely helpful all the time. The view was amazing and location was great with a lot to do at all times. So many stalls and markets around.
The View of the Bosphorus from our room was stunning ! Location, you can walk to attractions and restaurants. Late check out - 13pm. Friendly staff and a good breakfast
Restaurant downstairs is a party spot, so a bit noisy in the room if you want to go to bed early.
The view and the location.
Excellent Location, Close Proximity to Restaurants and Nightclubs. Lively atmosphere around the area. Fabulous View.
Too much noise and loud music sound from Zuma Restaurant downstairs till really late in the night. Couldn't sleep because of all the noise.
Loved outdoor dining, Great menu options, Business Center Friendly staff Hair salon on property
The view from the hotel is amazing (get the ocean view rooms). Hotel is very clean and upscale. Bathroom (in ocean view room) was spacious too.
The noise- on our first night we were put into a room that was directly above the nightclub next door with an open terrace- the noise was too bad we couldn't sleep at all during the night. (On the other hand, the club next door, Angelique, is supposedly one of the best in Istanbul). So we requested a room change. Staff was understanding but not as friendly as some other hotels of the same tier I've stayed at. Overall the stay was good, but I liked the Marmara Pera better.
We had a junior suite with an excellent view of the Bosphorous. The staff were friendly and helpful.
We would not stay here again due to the excessive noise of music from the restaurant below and a nightclub next door. Ear plugs were not enough to block out the heavy thumping sounds til very late. Very disappointing.
room with balcony view on the Bosphorus terrace
The Radisson Blu Bosphorous is a 5 star hotel near the bridge between Europe and Asia. The restaurant is near the water and you may see the bridge in all its beauty.
The fact that I was tricked to pay more. When I arrived and booked a Junior Suite, the two men working at the desk offered me an upgrade to a suite. The issue is that when I asked to see both rooms, they showed me a regular double room instead of my Junior Suite that I booked. Of course that we liked more the Suite and we took it. We found out later, by looking on Radisson site's room pictures how we were tricked to pay more. Also, they don't deserve 5 stars. Maybe four. The price is huge and the services are low. They do not speak English very well. If I will come back to Istanbul, I will look twice before booking. And also I will take care to have a written booking, with pictures of the room I booked. Otherwise they may give me something else, at a lower price or they will offer me another more expensive room. I trusted them when they showed us our Junior Suite that we booked but when we saw it, in fact it was a regular double room, we have choosen the bigger one they offered, a Suite. Even so, the so called terace is just a window that opens in full and you stay in your living. Its a living room terrace. It is not what they pretend to be. Those pictures are made from such an angle to looks like a terrace, but is not. Sorry, but we are very dissipointed about this trick and the fact that cost us more. The difference between the two rooms was about 1,400 EUR. We were tired from our trip and we didn't realize that what they showed us is not the room we booked. So, be aware.
Great location, i got the room with terrece it was nice , the staff are friendly but the hotel it self needes good managment
The flooring is dirty , the shower is loos , the hotel is not maintained well , There is never a consirge at his office ,I have been there for 8 nights never saw him or her
