Close to the aiport for overnight stay.

Traffic was bad and the shuttle didnt show up. Had to wait in a line for a taxi for 40 minutes only to have a upset taxi driver for such a short trip. Was in a buisness room and it was worse than standard rooms that I have stayed in before at a Rad. A/C wouldnt turn off and kept blowing cold air. Was dirty. Staff was not so helpfull.

A simple instruction regarding "how to operate the air-condition equipment" would have been perfect to have had access to

The noise: it was so noisy because of a wedding party. I complained 3 times and each time the staff didnt really care. Same upon check out: I complained and my concerns weren't noted. I hardly slept at all and the whole purpose of my stay there was to rest before a flight.

Actually as per my knowledge when you have reservation with any hotel the swimming pool will be free but there they ask you to pay for the head cover cap as per their policy no problem for outside guest and when you want to sign on the room account they refuse they ask for cash for your kind information thanks

It was business oriented with quick check-ins and check-outs. Also, it has a very warm environment with very nice decor.

Too much noise from the Airplanes, since it is very near the Ata Turk Airport. But, if you are a heavy sleeper, you will not feel the noise.

Close to the metro and airport

1) staff is not kind. 2) Breakfast is foor 3) Wifi very slow in room (They had five star lobby, but the food and service are 3 star, not recommended!)

Location was practical. Room was very spacious. Nespresso

Very lousy internet service. Disconnection was regular and speed was slow. Business Room was very noisy due to Highway traffic. Pizza was anything but pizza. Omelet was not proper. Needed to have tea bags, sugar and Nescafe for room Only 1/2 Lit bottle of water is too little.

Nice and close to the airport for early flight out of Istanbul. Hotel supplied free shuttle.

Breakfast, not well organized

I got to the hotel late at night and they did not have the room ready, they kept me and my family 10 mins waiting outside of the room, when I entered the room it was poorly cleaned and asked for a room change. The pool and gym area were a mess, they were on construction and they should have closed them it is not safe for children or babies, I don;t think they are following hotel rules keeping the pool and other areas opened with construction workers and dust and dirty all over. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody, the price was ok but to save a couple of euros I would definitively stay elsewhere next time. The taxi drivers of the hotel are dishonest persons, I asked then to take me to Carrefour and they took me to a shopping mall and almost got into a fight with one of them, some of the hotel staff don't speak english this is a must!!!!

a very comfortable hotel, wonderful design close to airport for stay between flights morning shuttle service to airport was efficient

had arranged with hotel for shuttle bus to pick us up at 11.30 pm. we had to ring hotel when bus did not arrive we ended waiting about 40 minutes

Location is very convenient for Airport connection and regular Airport Shuttle

This hotel does not deserve its stars. My room was very cold, heating not working in the night, twice requested service to fix this and I got eventually some old small heater not efficient enough. My room was changed after I requested for the second night. Breakfast restaurant is too small and too crowdy.

Spa is not good. Food is average

Convenient for airport one night stay.

I used to stay in Radisson Hotels when travelling on business but perhaps their standards have slipped in that two lights in our room did not work, bath plug needs mending (room 253) and air conditioning was hit and miss.

The noise of the airplanes was very high. There is nothing's due to reduce the decibels. I have stayed in several airport hotels and never experienced such a loud noise. I chose the hotel as I had an esrly morning flight. In doing so I could get more sleeping hours and less stress of facing traffic jams to the airport. But the noise was so hight that I slept so little hours. The hotel shuttle had too little capacity for the number of guests. Many of us had to take a Taxi to the airport.

Restaurant was good and varied

On arrival at bat when asked for beer was given most expensive beer in bar - not a practice I like. Although the room was acceptable there was extremely loud music and was not informed this would be happening and as an airport Hotel where most had early start I thought staff would inform people at check in of potential disturbance

It is a hotel with a beautiful interior - airy and light. The staff were so attentive and helpful.

That I did not stay longer!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with anything we requested. We had a 1 am flight and therefore asked to checkout late and this was no problem. The staff tried to ensure that our stay was as comfortable as possible all the time. Would definitely use this hotel again and would recommend it to others.

It is close to the airport so there is a bit of noise from planes and car traffic but not too bad
