The crowd of noisy Americans - frequent visitors apparently - who kept us awake.

the owner could not do enough for his guests. offering rides to sites. you simply felt at home.

hot water was quirky, but they were trying.

The owner could not have been more helpful and the Rain restaurant operated by his brother provided an excellent dinner meal in a lovely friendly environment

Would have liked more than the provided thin and rather rough feeling blanket on the bed.. An added sheet would have been nice

It could have done with a light duvet on the bed rather than just a small think blanket even though it was warm.

One word sums up the Rain Hotel--EXCELLENT! The service is outstanding. The hotel is immaculately clean, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is bountiful and above all, the staff is friendly and helpful beyond call of duty. You will feel at home here. The care you are shown comes from the heart. Eateries are plentiful close by as is the beach. If I return to Kiskalesi and its delightful beach with the castle offshore that one can swim to,be assured that I'll stay at the Rain Hotel again. I already miss the owner and the staff. We needed to stay for just one night as we were travelling down from Cappadocia and catching a ferry to Cyprus from Silifke the next morning. The Rain Hotel was exactly what we needed, we had a spotlessly clean room with aircon, nice sized bathroom, little fridge and tv. The 'seafront' and bars and restaurants all within a 2 minute walk. Staff were warm and friendly, no complaints whatsoever and excellent value for money.

Manager Mehmet is a very friendly and helpful man. The whole hotel is spotless clean, our room was spacious and the airco was working really well!

We were able to bring our dog that was the main reason for picking this hotel. Pets are welcome. It was only a short walk to the beach, maybe 2min. You could see it once you walked outside the hotel door. B-fast was good.

The beds were very hard.

While the Rain Hotel might not be "right on the beach", it is within a minute walk. The hotel was immaculately clean and the owner could not have been more personable or helpful. He is very knowledgeable about his area and in directing to interesting things to see/ do in the area. We felt very much at home there and will make it our hotel of choice when we are in that area of Turkey.

The staff of this hotel worked very hard to provide anything we wanted. The beach is very nice and the town is wonderful. Paddle boats to the castle were provided. Access to other sites like the Heaven and Hell caves and the temple of zeus are a short ride. Local restaurants are very good also. I will return to the Rain next time I am in town.

Rooms are basic but nice. I am a diamond member at hilton and this was the first time I stayed at a local hotel. I slept fine, and who stays in the room.

We liked the friendly atmosphere and personal attention. The owner was very helpful - particularly advising us about places of interest nearby. I would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a quiet and relaxing holiday although having your own transport is essential to explore the surrounding countryside.

Das Hotel liegt in einer eher wenig ansprechenden Umgebung etwa 200m von der Uferpromenade.

der chef hat sich wirklich super um uns gekümmert , wir waren leider nicht zur richtigen zeit da (märz). da war nichts los in kizkalesi. wie ausgestorben. eine geisterstadt. im sommer ist es sehr gut.

Inhaber und Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend; Frühstück typisch türkisch, aber reichhaltig, Kaffee reichlich ; Hotel liegt nur einige Meter vom Sandstrand entfernt

Kafa dinlemek için mükemmel bir yer. Otel personeli her konuda yardımcı. Otel çok temiz ve plaja yakınlığı büyük avantaj :)

Der Hotelier, Sirin, spricht Deutsch und Englisch, war sehr hilfsbereit. Ausgesprochene Wünsche wurden umgehend berücksichtigt. Überhaupt gab er sich Mühe, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Auch andere Familienmitglieder, die nicht unmittelbar mit dem Hotel zu zun hatten, waren sehr hilfsbereit. Obwohl das Hotel sehr klein ist, war von morgens bis spät abends immer Service. Sicherlich nicht das biligste Hotel in Kizkalesi aber sein Preis wert.

Nicht direkt am Strand gelegen, ohne Meeresblick, dafür war das Zimmer sehr ruhig. Abends war es in Strandnähe Diskomäßig laut. Die Hotel eigene Sonnenliegen lagen nicht direkt davor am Strand sondern versetzt. Allerdings wurde dafürgesorgt, dass man immer Platz bekam.

Sehr nettes kleines Strandhotel, Frühstück war super, Personal sehr nett, eigene Liegen am Strand kostenfrei.

En cette période de septembre, cet hôtel permet, pour un prix raisonnable de profiter de la plage (bain de soleil et parasol gratuits) avec vue sur les châteaux. L'accueil est chaleureux. Le patron est très attentionné, toujours près à rendre service.

Das Rain Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse, jedoch sehr zentral gelegen. Bis zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuss. Super das es hoteleigene Liegen gibt. Frühstück immer frisch. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr hilfsbereit - Ausflüge werden mit organisiert / sie bieten auch einen Transportservice zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung an. Danke an Sirin für den tollen Bootsausflug.

Vriendelijke hoteleigenaar (Sirin Bey) die het belangrijk vond dat zijn gasten zich thuis voelen. Fijne personeel. Hoge dosis aan hygiene.

Albergo in ottima posizione rispetto alla spiaggia, stanze fresche e pulite, staff gentile disponibile e simpatico, ottima la cucina nel vicino Rain caffè che si distingue per la cortesia e simpatia del gerente. Nessuna difficoltà di comunicazione sia al Rain Hotel che al Rain caffè. Da consigliare!

Wow where should we start - how about an owner that really cares about his guests and will do anything to help make your stay enjoyable. He is also a great tour guide that will recommend places to visit and is always a phone call away to assist. They also have a family restaraunt, Rain Cafe, on the next street that is outstanding and not to be missed. This is a family that really cares about this community and donates numerous hours and $$ like a recent beach cleanup - this to make it better for all of us to enjoy!! We have made new friends and look forward to returning

Towels are fairly worn and no bathroom supplies such as shampoo, lotion, ..... Bar soap was supplied - Not a biggy just know before you come

Lage in Seitenstraße, deshalb vom Höllenlärm der Discos geschützt; kurzer Weg zum Strand. Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend!
