Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice and comfortable and the location of the Hotel is really great. Easy walking distance to all the major tourist attractions...had a great time here
- the courtesy & warm hospitality of the staff from the moment you walk in... always ready to help, friendly and concerned about how / what they could do to make your stay a pleasant one...
The staff are nice and friendly.
Most of the TV channels are only news channels. I like to watch sport channels
Staff were friendly and helpful; room was large.
Coffee cups were not cleaned/exchanged.
Location, reception staff, check in and check out process, brakfast, and restaurant staff.
There is no pipe soundproofing, causing noise emitted from waste water and drainage pipes. One receptionist was jocking with me when I arrived to the hotel, I didn't like this. The was alot of ants under my shoes at morning.
Everything was good
Only the bathroom and the window seperator is not very convenient for a double room and specially when you are travelling with a friend.
1. The location was away from noisy high ways. 2. The building was newly renovated. 3. Very spacious room with modern furniture. 4. Very Good WiFi reception. 5. Very friendly staff
1. There was no shower . The shower head available was for final rinse only. 2. Huge bathroom but no room to put my toiletry bag next to wash basin. 3. No room on the desk or the bed side table for any personal stuff. 4. The suite included an arm chair but no table even for the TV remote. 5. The standing lamp had no switch. you have to pull the plug to turn it off. 6. There was a coffee machine with 2 capsules for free. No replacements with or without charge. 7. Breakfast very limited with Hot dishes .
Rooms very small, breakfast very poor
only esspresso machine available in room, no tea was available taxi can not reach the hotel entrance
location and breakfast
Bedroom space was tight .. There was no kettle and breakfast had less choice for cereals
Hotel staff was superb, Edda, Youzit, Murad made our stay wonderful. You feel home while in Ramada with such a wonderful hospitality and quick service and very nice turkish people.
Nice hotel in central location. excellent value for money. kindness and professionalism of the staff
WiFi is good reception was friendly the breakfast is also nice .
The room is very small the bathroom with out a lock the design of the lights is not that good
It is not always the most expensive hotels that offer the best service and it’s not the cheapest hotels that give the best value. Hotels need to be up-to-date, clean, comfortable, well maintained and most of all hotels should be staffed with people that have a hospitality heart. In ramada hotel this site gives you a first-hand observation or reviews of hotel and their services. We had wonderful time staying in ramada. Thank you for all staff! Good luck!!!
The hotel really translated their slogan to reality" Be our guest"
Poor wifi in my room at 3rd floor
I like everything
Hotel slogan"Be our guest" is true. Staff & facilities were very helpful. In addition to its location.
Wifi Fi signal was very poor in guest room(at least my room). Health club lacks the famous Turkish bath facilities.
Breakfast was very awesome with the harp concert.
I want smoking room but my room was for non-smokers
very friendly staff, rooms are very modern, clean and comfortable. it is great value for money! The location is also very good. Just a couple of tram stops from the grand bazaar and Sultanahmet (Blue Mosque, Haghia Sophia and Topkapi Palace).
I wish they would include an iron board and iron in the room so that we wouldn't have to call reception to request it every time we need it. It would also have been nice to have coffee and tea facilities in the room but these are only minor issues.
The hotel location was the best as it is centrally located. Breakfast was also quite good and value for money.
Didn't like the pillows. Uncomfortable. Although we called and asked for a hard pillow, hotel had only standard soft pillows.
They rip me off
If you trash your money just visit this hotel. If you don't believe me just try, trying is free. -They are saying free parking but they don't have, they let you park in to government building parking lot and you are paying the parking ticket or they tow your car. -Area is not safe -Breakfast ??? Forget it !!!!!!! -Spa is under maintenance ?????
Staff was very helpful. Nice bathroom.
Wifi did not worked. Room was too small and noise from the corridor was strong.Rotten apple was offered as welcome dish.Constuctional problem in the bathroom was really unpleasant. After having a shower the whole bathroom was floaded.
Extremely clean and well furnished hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Front office desk personnel are very attentive to guests requests, especially Mr. Yücel the manager and Mrs.Eda. Will definitely stay there again.
it was my second stay in Ramada hotel grand bazaar on may'14, staff is helpful (especially Marianna and Erdal ) and gave me warm welcome made me feel like home. Without being asked , receptionists update me the latest information about istanbul.
