Neatness of the room
Nobody to attend to you at the spa
Good breakfast served in the morning. The staff mostly speaks english well.
Wi-Fi had been turned off for 15-20 times in 1 evening (the same situation for all 4 nights I have stayed here). The staff (some reception managers) always try to get some more money from you (currency exchange with low rates), the cost of the room will rise up greatly if you would like to stay one more night for example - so check the price from the staff and maybe even better to make a new reservation throw booking.Com it will be even cheaper. There are no parking at all: if the car comes to pick up you - you should go outside immediately or in other case you will be forced to go for a few hundred meters to be picked up.
the staff are very nice and helpful. its newly renovated, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. in the heart of Fateh district
the net is slow, one small left which is slow. the corridors are narrow (the building is converted to a hotel, and not originally designed as a hotel)
Staff are very friendly！Rooms are clean and tidy. Restaurant has good breakfast and dinner. Feel like being home.
single bed can be wider
The hotel is in a good location (5 minutes from the tram). We had an executive room that was spacious. The room overlooked a small park and was extremely quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bedding crisp and clean. The large bath was great but there was no shower, save the hair sprayer. It was a great idea to have a separate lounge area. The windows were big and light. The aircon and hot water perfect.
The hotel had no real public areas to relax, so we used another nearby hotel's coffee lounge! There appeared to be a lounge upstairs and by the restaurant but these were shut off. Strange in the winter freezing weather when the outside seating wasn't useable. The bedroom furnishings were basic but acceptable. The separate lounge area had just a small sofa, no table or chairs. We asked for at least a coffee table but this never appeared. One of the bedside cabinets was missing, the storage space was inadequate for a 10 day stay. There was too much visibility of electrical wiring - whilst not dangerous, it looked shoddy in places. The housekeeping was not of the standard I would expect (the bathroom floor was mopped just once in 10 days) and was entirely missed on one day when we left the room late - without the usual warning card that a specific call request should be made (as per other Ramada hotels). Basics like the provision of coffee or water were entirely random.
I concuously paid double price to have a big room called-deluxe-, it would have been 28 sqm. but just so similar to the standard rooms. I measured and saw that it was only 20 sqm approx. Next day passed to the standard room and also measured, saw it was just 18sqm. Selling the similar room under title of -deluxe- makes the change only on having a second tv and a small sofa in the room, not the dimension. Next time in case of necessity to use the same hotel, I will prefer the standard room paying the standard rate, not a double rate for almost same size room.
Clean and cozy with good breakfast
Rooms are little small and you can hear outside noises
Good location, extremely polite and friendly staff, good variety of breakfast, well designed and clean room, stable wifi connection
Good staff.. expecially Mr.Gokhan from reception was awesome person. He helped us a lot. Location is good
Rooms are little bit small
I'd like to thank Mr. Ozcan who works as a receptionist helped us a lot at our stay.
The staff were friendly and helpful, couldn't do enough for us, would definitely go back.
The room was large
The car to transfer us from the airport to the hotel was an hour late. The room I stayed in had not been finished to a very high standard
Really good location, felt safe, plenty of space and the staff were just great. They really looked after us...we loved it here.
Nothing to complain about at all
The location was very good about 5 mins walk to Aksaray Station and about 10 mins walk to the Metro Station. The hotel is behind the main street so its away from the city noise. A small garden outside the breakfast area is ideal for morning stroll. Rooms were clean and very well kept. Staff was very helpful and very polite. Special mentions for Ozlem and her staff took very good care of us. Wifi speed was fast and breakfast was also good. Highly recommended!
No negatives at all.
nice and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, very clean, location, hotel has own parking
Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice and comfortable and the location of the Hotel is really great. Easy walking distance to all the major tourist attractions...had a great time here
- the courtesy & warm hospitality of the staff from the moment you walk in... always ready to help, friendly and concerned about how / what they could do to make your stay a pleasant one...
The staff are nice and friendly.
Most of the TV channels are only news channels. I like to watch sport channels
Staff were friendly and helpful; room was large.
Coffee cups were not cleaned/exchanged.
Location, reception staff, check in and check out process, brakfast, and restaurant staff.
There is no pipe soundproofing, causing noise emitted from waste water and drainage pipes. One receptionist was jocking with me when I arrived to the hotel, I didn't like this. The was alot of ants under my shoes at morning.
Everything was good
Only the bathroom and the window seperator is not very convenient for a double room and specially when you are travelling with a friend.
1. The location was away from noisy high ways. 2. The building was newly renovated. 3. Very spacious room with modern furniture. 4. Very Good WiFi reception. 5. Very friendly staff
1. There was no shower . The shower head available was for final rinse only. 2. Huge bathroom but no room to put my toiletry bag next to wash basin. 3. No room on the desk or the bed side table for any personal stuff. 4. The suite included an arm chair but no table even for the TV remote. 5. The standing lamp had no switch. you have to pull the plug to turn it off. 6. There was a coffee machine with 2 capsules for free. No replacements with or without charge. 7. Breakfast very limited with Hot dishes .
Rooms very small, breakfast very poor
only esspresso machine available in room, no tea was available taxi can not reach the hotel entrance
