When I was checking-in, I requested to early check-in (at 09.30) since I had to change my clothes and dress for the meeting at 10.00. However the young receptionist said there was no room free and I could use the spa bathroom for dressing. I went downstairs with my suitcase, opened it in the room, and tried to get dressed in the toilet. Twice I was disturbed by 2 staff (one woman and later by a man - a cleaner) while I was dressing up. They even did not knock the door, just rushed and said,'oh, sorry I did not know there was somebody'. No door and no door knocking or yelling. I packaged up my suitcase and went to reception again, told about the disturbance while dressing, an other receptionist, said that they had free rooms and could check-me in. I was very angry to the other receptionist since he did not help me and made me come to nerves for dressing in that un-hygenic toilet. I don't know why they do this, and why they try to keep rooms while they are not occupied, and why they don't let you in till 14.00 even if there are free rooms. There should be some exceptions, for someone rushing to a meeting. By the way thanks to the other (more experienced) receptionist for helping me.
The room, the bathroom, the bed, everything was nice. It is near to Ato Congress Hall but takes 15 minutes to walk , and it is better to get a taxi. Armada shopping center is about 200 m. It is a nice hotel.
