Вообще абсолютно всё понравилось

вид из окна был потрясный: море, горы, солнце(!) - если бы не гнилой персонал, дал бы нормальную оценку.

номер грязный, как будто влажная уборка в отеле 5 звёзд не предусмотрена. персонал не знает как нужно работать в сфере обслуживания - хамы, никакой помощи. ладно русский не знают, большинство ещё и английский понимают только несколько фраз. в общем полный отстой по части сервиса. смотрел другие отзывы после того как столкнулся с отсутствием сервиса и хамством - очень похоже на правду. да, кухня так же не блещет разнообразием, поесть нечего.

к сожалению, фотографии ,заявленные на сайте не соответсвуют действительности(( нам пришлось менять номер с доплатой. да и уровень сервиса не соответствует 5 звездам. очень все медленно происходит.

The room was very modern. The room design was uplifting and pleasant The bed was very comfortable.

There is a lot to complain about this hotel. The hotel food was terrible. The food selection was very "limited" to other "all inclusive hotels" in Turkey. The hotel states it's all inclusive, however very little selection of hot food. I ate mostly from outside. Very expensive for drinks etc!! The amount of money that I payed for that hotel was overrated!! Very disappointed as this was my last week of stay before i came back to Australia. The electronic door was playing up every time I went in and out of the hotel room. I had to go downstairs several times to remind staff that this was an ongoing problem. I mentioned to Reception that the electronic door was not functioning properly and it was an ongoing problem since the day of my arrival. On one occassion it happened 6 times in the same day. It took me about 4-5 hours to gain entry into my room as I was going up and down the elevators repeately. I was getting tired from the heat and angry!! The staff were rude and especially one staff named Ozlem at reception started laughing at me after I was going to and from my room and telling her off, she thought that it was funny, when in fact it wasn't. I was getting frustrated because all the hotel levels did not have air conditioning apart from Reception which made it hard to breathe each time I was going to and from my room. The staff were also being busy bodies and asking me if I was alone?? On the first night I got food poisioned and had to go to the doctor. Never again will I chose Ramada!!!!

Hotel staff was very friendly. I always stay İn Ramada Plaza and I can suggest to everybody easly the best place for staying in center of Antalya. Breakfast has rich choices. Italian and fish restaurant perfect. Spa is the best spa i have ever experienced. View of rooms is full of sea and green. Kesinlikle bu oteli herkese tavsiye ederim.

There is nothing bad things for this hotel. All perfect.

This is a terrible hotel. The staff doesn't speak English, are rude, give wrong information and act like you are bothering them. The building is 5 star, but the hotel itself is 1 star. It has no beach, though it's described as having one. The service is slow and you have to ask multiple times for everything. The staff doesn't speak English, but when I spoke Turkish to them, they also didn't answer. The front desk agent lied about giving us the wrong information. I do not recommend this hotel. With all the options in Antalya, stay somewhere else. Ramada should be ashamed of this hotel.

Stay away. The hotel is a major let-down and I definitely would not recommend this to my friends or fellow travelers. Service is quite horrible and echoes similar reviews already on the web-site. As a "five- star" hotel - the service is worse than a road-side motel. I was charged at check-in (not sure why!), with no explanation other than 'thats how it is - take it or leave it". I found this unusual. Rooms were not cleaned properly, other than a cursory straightening of bed-sheets/linen etc. We had a used tea-cup lying in the room for 5 days. The inhouse restaurant staff frankly all need to be fired for their attitude, rudeness and general demeanor of ‘this is a waste of my life'. We had booked only breakfast originally, but then upgraded to include dinner and paid for it (remember - right at the outset!) at check-in time. And this was fine for 2 days, but then come day 3,4 & 5 - we always ran into some person who consulted a list and said 'dinner wasnt included', and I would explain - 'Aha, this was happened before, can you please check with reception since I upgraded and already paid'. This was only met with more of 'No, you didnt pay, list says so - if you eat - you have to pay', more argument etc.. Till finally on day 5 mid-way through dinner, the waiter (after all the explaining) brings us the bill (again!) and starts to shout at us for not paying and then I just walked out mid-way in disgust with my blood boiling . Went to reception and asked for my money back. After much arguing here as well, finally a god-send chap came along, and said sorry and returned the money for my remaining dinners. This turned out good in the end since the restaurants in the town and nearby streets generally provide great food, wonderful service and have warm and genuine staff.

This is a new hotel with all of the modern facillities you would expect from a 4 to 5 star hotel.

Food and alcohol prices are very expensive for a Turkish hotel. The hotel is not well situated and is some distance from the main part of Antalya however it is close to a shopping district. Staff were friendly but English language skills were sub-standard. Airconditioning appeared to be a token gesture. Changes to the controls made no impact on temperature. This could be an issue in summer.

The room is with plenty of space and a balcony with stunning nice view. It's really a great deal regarding the price we have paid. The Italian restaurant there is with excellent food and the price is amazingly cheap. The breakfast offered by the hotel is in world class quality.
