L'hotel, situat al centre d'Istanbul, és a 650 metres del Gran Basar. Disposa d'un restaurant turc i ofereix habitacions amb balcó i vista sobre el Bòsfor. Les habitacions del Rast Hotel estan decorades amb colors càlids i mobiliari elegant. Estan equipades amb Wi-Fi gratuïta i TV per satèl·lit. Location is excellent for Istanbul sightseeing. Good access to trams and all major sights. Roof terrace has great views. Our room also had a lovely balcony with a great view. Meeting at airport was efficient and reliable. No alcohol served in hotel. It would have been lovely to have a nightcap on the terrace. Transport back to the airport had to be paid in cash, this meant I had to change more money.

The location was excellent for all the major sites. Everything was in walking distance and there were many restaurants to choose from. The tram line was right next to the hotel which takes you to the Spice Bazaar and the docks for the Bosphorus cruises. We were a family of 5 and had 2 rooms. The triple room was very spacious and nice. The double room was extremely small (you couldn't even set out your suitcase). One side of the bed was against the wall so there was no bedside table or lamp. This was room 404 (all the "04" rooms were like this).

It was very near to the bazar, sea side is near by as well! It was a bit expensive but overall was ok to stay for a short period of time! Breackfast was excellent.... I will definitely recommend it to others and will soon go again :-)

Very nice hotel just in historical centre of Istanbul, hotel staff was very helpful and breakfast on terrace is very reach and delicious. Me and my family liked everything in this hotel during our stay.

Restraunt crow provides excellent services and breackfast is good. Dinner is not that good and one of the labby manager is kind of pushing to sell tour package to you.

The amazing rooftop view, location and staffs' friendliness especially the rooftop restaurant's staffs (for breakfast, lunch and dinner hours). The restaurant serve very good food with competitive price compared to the many restaurants/kebab houses around the area. From our experience, the quality of any kebab meal sold in the surrounding restaurants/kebab houses priced at less than 20tl per person are very poor. The kebab sandwich also do not have a lot of meat in it, so it is advisable to go to a slightly better restaurant if you are looking for good food. Rast Hotel's restaurant food is excellent for it's price! Also, we got a lot of tips from the very welcoming and helpful reception staff (while being served with biscuits and drinks) when we arrived on how to go around the city. Next time we're in Istanbul, we would definetely come back to this hotel for the rooftop view, location and it's staffs. Our room was not the best room as the view overlooks the roof of a nearby restaurant and the people in the building next to us can actually see our room. The hairdryer in the bathroom is not so strong, a disadvantage for 2 women with long hair.

The location is excellent and nice view especially with snowy weather. Faint lighting in the room, only Turkish channels so if u are not Turkish forget about TV. I got upset when I noticed that my facial cream disappeared , I told the reception to check with the housekeeper but they didnt do anything.

Although we had just booked a standard room, as soon as we arrieved they changed it for much better room with a beautiful view of blue mosque. The hotel was well located, it was clean and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was rich and varied, the bed was very comfortable (perhaps a little bit too comfortable cause we couldn't get up in the morning) The Grand Bazaar is about 600 meters from the hotel. Following the tram tracks on foot you can safely walk throughout the city as it is located in a strategic area. We loved our stay in the Rast Hotel and we highly recommend it to everyone. They are are doing construction work in the last floor, so it is quite noisy. But if you are touring the city and you are outside the hotel, you do not hear noise.

The location was exellent for the major sites and everything was in walking distance including tram line and many restaurants. Staff was very frendly and welcoming. Triple room that we have was nice and clean. The amazin rooftop view and good breakfast.On our leave they gave us CD with instrumental turkish music as present and it was very nice. I will definitely reccommend this hotel to everyone.

Very well located... Just 5 minutes walking to the Blue Mosque and 10 to the Museum of Sophia. The location couldn't be better. The are is very safe and offers a lot of restaurants. Also there's a tram's line very close, in case you need to go to another place far away. The staff is great, very helpful! And the view from the breakfast is amazing! There's no complain, since the price is a hotel value for money.
