The hotel is very good in almost all aspects. The staff is fantastic, very helpful and forthcoming. The room (standard double) was small but quite comfortable. The bathroom is very clean and well planed, though also small. The breakfast is very good and the view from the breakfast terrace is absolutely terrific. I would definitely stay there again. The noise from the restaurant on the 6th floor was heard in our room at the 5th floor (room 504). When we asked to move to another room, it was done right away. So we can only praise the staff for quick and positive response to our request. The only real negative experience we had at the hotel is related to the behaviour of the people in the neighboring room who made tremendous noise at quite a bizarre times of night: one day at 2:30 am and the other day at 0:40 am. We didn't see them during the day and only know that they spoke spanish. Also in this case the reaction of the staff to our request to "silence" the noise was quick and efficient |

I stayed at this hotel from 20 Feb to 24 Feb 2010 and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. What I liked about the hotel was : 1) it is new and it is felt everywhere - in design, state of firnuture and the rest of interior etc 2) perfect location, very convenient if you are in Stanbul for sightseeing 3) it has also an astonishing view over the historical part of the city from the last floor where breakfast is served every morning 4) they have free wi-fi all over the territory of the hotel, and in addition there are two computers on the ground floor with free internet access 5) there two massage chairs (also free to use !!!) where you can perfectly relax any time, which is especially good when tired after walking around the city all was very good |

The staff were excellent. the hotel facilities were comfortable for the price we paid and the view was spectacular and the location excellent Nothing of any real note to mention We did give the hotel a few tips that could improve the experience but were so minor they are not worth mentioning here. |

A very warm welcome. When we arrived we have got a nice cup of Turkish tea and the receptionist was very helpfull to tell us what to sea and where to eat in Istanbul. The room was nice and clean. The hotel is situated very close to the Blue Mosque and Haghia Sophia. In the breakfast room on top of the hotel you have a great view while having breakfast. The breakfast buffet is very good. A lot of things to chose and very fresh. Very friendly, helpfull staff. Great hospitality!!! |

the staff was very good in services.the rooms were clean and comfort.the breakfast was very nice and the view also from the breakfast room. the last afternoon we deal with the reception that the next morning the driver of hotel will carry us in the airport.07:30 we had apointement in reception.unfortunately the reception employe was there and tell us that the driver want 25 euro for the transport.so we decided that the taxi was best way to carry us in the airport.our problem it wasn't the price of 25 euro but that was unexpected behavior and out of deal. |

Location was superb and the staff very friendly, if not a little over attentive on arrival. We had a suite with views over the Bosphorous and Blue Mosque and it certainly lived up to expectations. A host of attractions were on the doorstep; Blue Mosque, Aya Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Topkapi and Grand Bazaar to name a few. At the rate obtained in February it reflected very good value for money. |

Great location. The staff were extremely helpful. The room was a good size and very clean. I would recommend this hotel. Very close to all the main attractions and really good choice of places to eat within walking distance. Only disappointment was the lack of a drinks or bar at the hotel. This was the only reason we did not dine at the hotel. |

The hotel has a very good location at walking distance from all tourist attractions and a very nice roof toop restaurant with an amazing view. Internet connection is super slow, you cannot basically do anything with it and that was a major issue for me. Hotel was overall ok but a little stuffy and the breakfast buffet not so rich. |

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location was perfect for an exploration of the famed sights of the old section of Istanbul. My room was comfortable, modern, and spacious enough for my needs. Fault can be found anywhere but it would take some great effort to find something worthy of mention here. |

The hotel is ideally situated close to the main historic attractions such as the Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff from the minute they picked us up at the airport right through the rest of our stay. The rooms are compact, cosy and attended to every day with fresh towels etc. Breakfast is adequate and for the rest of our meals we ate out as there is an abundance of authentic Turkish restaurants close by, each one very good value.Overall an excellent hotel for a short city break. Given the room rate it would be unfair to be too pernickety, although perhaps a wider selection / choice for breakfast if possible. |
