Rast Hotel  

İstanbulun en muhteşem yeri olan Sultanahmet içerisinde tarih kokan mükemmel bir hotel. Bu çevrede birçok otelde kaldım fakat Rast Hotel başka herşeyden önce çok temiz ve huzurlu. Boğaza karşı mükemmel kahvaltısı herşeye değer.

Rast Hotel'de beş kişilik bir arkadaş grubunu misafir ettim. Başlangıçta misafirlerimin beklentilerinin ne ölçüde karşılanabileceği konusunda ( odaları daha önce görmeme rağmen) ciddi endişelerim vardı. Ancak, konaklama süresince misafirlerim özellikle personelden çok memnun kaldıklarını, çatı manzarasının ve kahvaltının mükemmel, otelin de çok isabetli bir seçim olduğunu her fırsatta ifade ettiler. Beş günlük konaklama süresince ben de sık sık otel personeli ile muhatap oldum. Gerçekten seviyeli, güler yüzlü ve samimi davranışları benim de dikkatimi çekti. Bu nedenle Rast Hotel personeline teşekkürlerimi ve memnuniyetimi tekrar ifade ediyorum.

Dbl. yatak talebine çift kişilik yatak verilmesi hoş olmadı. Süper manzaralı çatı restoranda mutfak (uygulanan konsept gereği !?)yetersiz kalıyor.

Nice experience, excellent location, beautiful view from the terace

Location is excellent for Istanbul sightseeing. Good access to trams and all major sights. Roof terrace has great views. Our room also had a lovely balcony with a great view. Meeting at airport was efficient and reliable.

No alcohol served in hotel. It would have been lovely to have a nightcap on the terrace. Transport back to the airport had to be paid in cash, this meant I had to change more money.

It was very near to the bazar, sea side is near by as well! It was a bit expensive but overall was ok to stay for a short period of time! Breackfast was excellent.... I will definitely recommend it to others and will soon go again :-)

The amazing rooftop view, location and staffs' friendliness especially the rooftop restaurant's staffs (for breakfast, lunch and dinner hours). The restaurant serve very good food with competitive price compared to the many restaurants/kebab houses around the area. From our experience, the quality of any kebab meal sold in the surrounding restaurants/kebab houses priced at less than 20tl per person are very poor. The kebab sandwich also do not have a lot of meat in it, so it is advisable to go to a slightly better restaurant if you are looking for good food. Rast Hotel's restaurant food is excellent for it's price! Also, we got a lot of tips from the very welcoming and helpful reception staff (while being served with biscuits and drinks) when we arrived on how to go around the city. Next time we're in Istanbul, we would definetely come back to this hotel for the rooftop view, location and it's staffs.

Our room was not the best room as the view overlooks the roof of a nearby restaurant and the people in the building next to us can actually see our room. The hairdryer in the bathroom is not so strong, a disadvantage for 2 women with long hair.

The location is excellent and nice view especially with snowy weather.

Faint lighting in the room, only Turkish channels so if u are not Turkish forget about TV. I got upset when I noticed that my facial cream disappeared , I told the reception to check with the housekeeper but they didnt do anything.

Everything was nice. Good location, nice breakfast, clean rooms, very friendly staff.

Unfortunately, the roof terrace was closed for a renovation.

The location was exellent for the major sites and everything was in walking distance including tram line and many restaurants. Staff was very frendly and welcoming. Triple room that we have was nice and clean. The amazin rooftop view and good breakfast.On our leave they gave us CD with instrumental turkish music as present and it was very nice. I will definitely reccommend this hotel to everyone.
