No sound isolation in rooms

Best hotel location best ,friendly personal. Very comfortable ,very clean rooms,nice bathrooms.breakfast also good. Murat from the reception and the young lady from public relations[sorry I forgot her name] also did everything to make our stay unforgetable.

Some rooms are a little tight if you have lots of luggage, but they do have a luggage room.

I was disapointed when i discover that they dont support my mobile conection.

All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room beautifully serviced. V good breakfast (coffee aside) - the honeycomb every morning was wonderful. How an earlier reviewer was dismissive of the breakfast is beyond us. Quality of evening menu v good. We were very happy there and would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

I liked the hotel so much. Everything was aqlmost perfect. Staff are friendly and promptly responsive. When we were checking out they asked us if we want to leave out baggage at the hotel reception in a locked cupboard with name and badge on it. This was for free. Location is great. Cleanliness is legend. I didn't see such a clean hotel. The cleaner was doing her job perfectly.

The only problem was insulation. It's not a problem if you don't stay next to noisy kids room. We stayed 3 nights, it was but for the second night when a family stayed next room. We had to call the reception to mute off those zombies! They did promptly

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms and public spaces are nice. Location is very central in Sultanhamet.

Acoustic isolation is not very good (especially if neighbours are unpolite!). My room was at 3rd floor but, unfortunately, I could hear some noise from the street.

1). good and convenient location. 2). complimentary (fruit and wine).

1）A staff tried to ask for good recommendation on the day we left, sounds a bit forceful, which makes us feel uncomfortable . 2) Cleaning service wasn't very good, they only gave us one towel instead of two.

I stayed 3 nights in Raymond. Excellent location. It is very near to Gulhane Park, Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque. Just few steps away from Tram Station which is really very ideal. Very friendly staff. Whatever they commit, they fulfill it. I arranged a tour with them and airport drop service. Very well-organized. I strongly recommend this hotel to all of you.

Rooms are little bit small but who cares this factor in the wonderful city – Istanbul.

Limited variety to breakfast

The staff were awesome!!! Perfect value for price. Very silent comparing to other locations in Istanbul. Cheap mini bar. Higenie very nice. Restaurant is not bad, and they bring it to the room without charge and on normal price

- Walls in the rooms need to be repainted - could not check in before normal time ( it is ok ) - wifi in rooms are very very very poor - too many channels on tv -> no list of channels - good airport shuttle, but were not enough seats, so I was sitting on a "chair" between the driver and the other seat without back and belt... I was scared

The hotel is situated in a historical part, everything is nearby. The staff is very helpful anf friendly, the linen was changed everyday and the room smelled very nice! The room was new and very nice too. The breakfast is not very variable but absolutely sufficient for 4-5 days trip. The hotel leaves a very good expression, of course if you expect a city- kind hotel. There is a rooftop terrace which dissapointedly was not used properly during our stay ( in February) , however, there is a beautiful view over the city and waters from it. I am an experienced tourist and this is may be the first time when the hotel met my expectations perfectly and is absolutely value for money.

The only thing that disturbed us was noise from the small street because Turkish drivers like to beep whenevere it is possible and every morning we got awake without alarm clock. But most of the rooms I believe are quiet.

Again, the staff was excellent and very helpful. Breakfast each was very good with much variety. The room was quite nice, very clean and very quiet. The location was convenient to most everything in Sultanahmet. Many restaurants are very close and the tram is one block away so it's easy to get anywhere in Istanbul you like.

Hotel stuff and service were amazing (a nice touch to it is the fact that they will remember things you like, E.G. for me it was a nice cup of Turkish coffee every morning). Of course, location is great because you can reach all the sights in the historical part of Istanbul by feet and for the rest you have tram station that is just down the street, 50m from the hotel. Especially, I would like to emphasize the hygiene of the rooms. In conclusion, I can say that I felt like being home during my stay at this hotel!

The only thing that can be improved are currently extremely small closet that is not enough even for one person.

I like stuff a lot in the hotel. All are very friendly and location of hotel is amazing. Rooms are clean. For sure we will stay again in future.

The most thing that I liked in Raymond Hotel is the wounderful location in Sultan Ahamad area, very close to the Tram station. Also the friendly/ helpful staff working their.
