The location was great. We could easily walk to the St. John church, and the ruins of Ephesus were just a short 5 minute drive. There are also a couple very good restaurants near by. Our room was very large as well. Our room was not cleaned the day after our first night. Something in the bathroom was leaking and the floor was almost constantly wet. |

Very helpful owner/manager who sent on a jacket I left in the room which arrived the next day. Location good, Selcuk good and close to Ephesus which is amazing. The night was very noisy - trucks until midnight, dogs barking and chickens crowing until the call to prayer from the mosque outside the window at 0530, culminating in a loud explosion as the hot water system blew up at 0640. Most amusing had the bed not been among the hardest in the world and the breakfast being very limited, including only instant coffee. Judging by other reviews people enjoy this kind of hotel; horses for courses I guess. |

An excellent family run hotel in the very Turkish quarter of Selcuk, near the mosque and St john's basilica with views from roof-top bar/breakfast veranda of the Artemis ruin and the sea. Very close to Ephesus and hotel can arrange guide. Close to excellent restaurants. I highly recommend the Rebetica as a base for a magical visit to Selcuk and the ancient city of Ephesus. |

While the hotel staff was very nice, the hotel was dırty, the bed was hard as a rock and there was no hot water. The locatıon ıs great but I would not reccomend thıs hotel.

The great friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the lovely dinner the owner and his family cooked and served on their rooftop when we arrived. The roof view is extraordinary and it is an ideal and not too expensive base from which to make a trip to view Ephesus and the surrounding area. Nothing - it was all fine. We had 4 rooms and two of the bathrooms were perhaps a little 'tired', but it was excellent value, nobody complained and I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone. |

The staff were friendly, and my room was clean and spacious. When I arrived I was invited right away upstairs for breakfast on the rooftop patio. I had taken two night buses and hadn't showered in a while, and the owner was really friendly and allowed me to take a shower in a room where the people had just checked out. I had my own supplies and just needed the shower and they said no problem, as long as I didn't mind that it hadn't been cleaned yet. |

the hotel was very nice , the view from the terrace was great, well situated, clean(you can always ask for more), we had tv, AC, the room was quite big, the stuff very friendly, you can park the car on the hotel site. the noice is a problem everywhere in turkey because turkey is alive, so it really isn t a problem! the breakfast |

The staff is friendly. They have fast internet on a computer in the lobby. The Rebetika is not in the main town shopping and tourist area, so is peaceful there. Selcuk is a small town and the tourist area is a short walk away. |

The owner was very helpful and friendly. He recommended a tour guide and he was excellent and reasonably priced. Breakfast was good and in a nice setting. There is a mosque across the street so you may be woken by the call to prayer but it wasn't a problem for us. The beds were not that comfortable and there was some traffic noise we heard during the night. |

Helpful staff. Location, in a quiet street, close to the mosque, St. John Basilica, good connection with Ephesus but with the house of Virgin Mary is it a little worse. The taxidriver want to get for 9km about 50, 60TL. Breakfast is the weakpoint of this hotel. It is impossible to hang the dress although the room is spacious. The price is unreassonable. |

Excellent customer service, we even got upgraded to a room with a view. Breakfast was great and the room top terrace has excellent views of the castle and only a 5 minute drive to Ephesus and 10 minute drive to the beach. The bathrooms are in need of a refurb but given the price and the excellent location, this could be ignored for short stays. |

The location of the hotel is very nice: it is really next to the old Mosque, which you can actually see from the room balcony. The castle is a couple of minutes walk. The stuff is extremely nice, very helpful and honest. Our room was at the first floor and was very proper and cozy, with two balconies. |

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Our stay was out of the main season and the hotel was being renovated. The air con heating in the room worked but other areas of the hotel, especially the breakfast room, were very cold. Really think this is more of a budget hotel than a boutique hotel and wasn't worth 50 euros per night. |

The hotel was close to Ephesus and the sites of Selcuk. The owners were friendly and tried to be helpful. The hotel was still undergoing refurbishment and our room was cold with a leak in the bathroom. |
