No breakfast included in price and bit far from city centre. No metro close to it. You need Taxi to move around.

The rooms are very small And the hotel does not deserve to be a five stars, no free internet in the rooms and tv was off for more than two night
The staff were good and helpful

Room is small. Breakfast is poor compared with other hotels.
Very nice view if you have booked a room with Bosphorus view.

The list of things wrong with this hotel is a long one. So you don't have to waste your time reading our moaning, we'll stick to bullet-points: - Check in experience: length of time - over an hour. This is after an hour spent travelling from the airport, in the rush hour. We felt exhausted, but were not even offered a glass of water - we had to insist to get one. Then we were told we had to pay a €100 deposit a day for a mini bar - that we were to use (yes, in the future). Not sure if this is a standard policy or we came across as people who would drink all there is in the mini bar and not pay for it. - You then discover there is no bottled water in the mini bar. You call the reception - no answer. You call the room service - no answer. You then decide to press the button that says "Emergency" - yes, you guessed: still no answer. As one needs to have a coffee and some water to retain their cool, we managed to get a response from the room service - after around 30 minutes. We asked why nobody responded before and were told, rather abruptly, that the lady was on her own and it's busy and she could not manage. We asked how long it would take for a coffee and some water and learnt that this would take another 45 minutes. This is where we gave up, for that day. - We asked for the manager and when we spoke to him and explained that nobody was answering any of the numbers we called, he said that surely something had to be wrong with our phone in the room. No comment to this one. - The bar on the 17th floor has a spectacular view. However one should only go there if you have over an hour to spare as minimum 20 minutes is to be spent waiting for your drink. If you insisted on pushing that time estimate, expect to have a bottle of sparkling wine brought to your table, where it would be opened, with the content (bubbles one would expect with a drink of that sort) ending up on the table in front of you.

Breakfast, no value for its price.
Small but well equipped comfort room.

There's no free wifi in the room. .
We had a very good view of Istanbul. Free wifi in lobby. Lobby is very wide with lots of comfortable chair. Breakfast buffet is very good and selections are healthy.

A little bit too far from Istanbul's main attractions. Even though, a really nice neighbourhood. Have to visit the Aranvutkoi - Bebek area near by - great view of Bosphorus and the Asian part of the city.
Excellent services, great view overlooking the city from the room, tasty breakfast. Bar 212 from the top floor is a must! Loved this hotel and the staff!
