The staff were good and helpful
The rooms are very small And the hotel does not deserve to be a five stars, no free internet in the rooms and tv was off for more than two night
Very nice view if you have booked a room with Bosphorus view.
Room is small. Breakfast is poor compared with other hotels.
Breakfast wasn't excellent for a five star hotel but good enough.
The location, the view was perfect!
Nothing being honest
friendly staff, amazing view on bosphorus
The hotel is beautiful Good facilities The location is fantastic, in the middle between Bosphorus and malls
A small area of the room must ask housekeeping to arrange the room after noon time

Only The Room size little be small
Actually it was nice location. Helpful team, welcoming reception. And am going back again to it after 4 days.
The sizes of the room was small. Bathroom without water hose. However. In general it was nice. Nothing is perfect 100% in the life. Regards.
Breakfasts, view, bars, restaurants, facilities, location, excellent stuff and a wonderful spirit!
Everything! Style, stuff, price, location, BREAKFASTS!, view, Bosphorous view, lobby bar, facilities, roof top bar, lounge, comfort...God! It's outrages hotel! Happy to be here! Every time we feel like we are home...they will take care of us!
Lovely rooms, the concierge Anil was very helpful and went out of his way to assist us. The view is to die for!
The list of things wrong with this hotel is a long one. So you don't have to waste your time reading our moaning, we'll stick to bullet-points: - Check in experience: length of time - over an hour. This is after an hour spent travelling from the airport, in the rush hour. We felt exhausted, but were not even offered a glass of water - we had to insist to get one. Then we were told we had to pay a €100 deposit a day for a mini bar - that we were to use (yes, in the future). Not sure if this is a standard policy or we came across as people who would drink all there is in the mini bar and not pay for it. - You then discover there is no bottled water in the mini bar. You call the reception - no answer. You call the room service - no answer. You then decide to press the button that says "Emergency" - yes, you guessed: still no answer. As one needs to have a coffee and some water to retain their cool, we managed to get a response from the room service - after around 30 minutes. We asked why nobody responded before and were told, rather abruptly, that the lady was on her own and it's busy and she could not manage. We asked how long it would take for a coffee and some water and learnt that this would take another 45 minutes. This is where we gave up, for that day. - We asked for the manager and when we spoke to him and explained that nobody was answering any of the numbers we called, he said that surely something had to be wrong with our phone in the room. No comment to this one. - The bar on the 17th floor has a spectacular view. However one should only go there if you have over an hour to spare as minimum 20 minutes is to be spent waiting for your drink. If you insisted on pushing that time estimate, expect to have a bottle of sparkling wine brought to your table, where it would be opened, with the content (bubbles one would expect with a drink of that sort) ending up on the table in front of you.
Everything, especially the view from my room
Small but well equipped comfort room.
Breakfast, no value for its price.
We had a very good view of Istanbul. Free wifi in lobby. Lobby is very wide with lots of comfortable chair. Breakfast buffet is very good and selections are healthy.
There's no free wifi in the room. .
Excellent services, great view overlooking the city from the room, tasty breakfast. Bar 212 from the top floor is a must! Loved this hotel and the staff!
A little bit too far from Istanbul's main attractions. Even though, a really nice neighbourhood. Have to visit the Aranvutkoi - Bebek area near by - great view of Bosphorus and the Asian part of the city.
Hotel is wonderful, rooms are rather small but nicely decorated. The sitting area by the window is amazing, perfect for admiring the view. Bath is very new and clean. Staff is very nice and extremely helpful. Definitely recommended the hotel.
Breakfast is too expensive, cafes accords the street or by the Bosphorus are a much better option.
staff excellent friendly helpful facilities excellent food great in restaurent
cab drivers had difficulty locating , needed cab drive to reach old city
Nothing in specific
At titis cost it's not worth staying. Location wise also it's not on the happening area
The Bed...so comfort
Very nice hotel
it is not near a metro station so we took cabs everyday. I would n't recomend it for tourism.
Internet very expinsiv
Lovely Bosphorus View rooms are nice
I usually travel to istanbul twice a month. Tried most of the hotels in town . However this hotel is the best one of them. Staff is super . Management is awesome. Service is so fast and efficient. I would definetly give it 10/10 without hesitating.
Believe it or not .. nothing in this hotel you wouldnt like .
