“ Location was excellent regarding overlooking the coast, winter weather was great, clean rooms, friendly staff, long walks and many restaurants along the beach, gardens and benches every where, the spa and fitness classes were excellent, Turkish bath was great....enjoyed every bit of it. ”

- Close to airport (10 minutes drive) - free shuttle to and from airport in hourly basis - city centre shuttle (2x a day) - sea view - got a small heart shape chocolate cake + a small bottle of local champagne as my birthday gift - staff are friendly - Too far from main city attractions - no movies channels that is Free of charge. you must pay 16,50euro per movie or music channels or 29,50 euro for 24 hrs - all of the movies are old and not the updated one - kettle was very dirty - HK staff didnt pay attention to details while cleaning the room - room rate was expensive and room only. need to pay 30euro for the breakfast - breakfast menu was not that fancy - city centre shuttle collection timing is too early (at 4:30pm). No one will go back to hotel by that time, so i have to take taxi which cost me 40TL from downtown area (taksim)

Location was excellent regarding overlooking the coast, winter weather was great, clean rooms, friendly staff, long walks and many restaurants along the beach, gardens and benches every where, the spa and fitness classes were excellent, Turkish bath was great....enjoyed every bit of it. Was in the club room in 21st floor, basket of fruits only the first day, but not the rest of the stay, had to wait quite a time for the elevators, the room keys had to be changed daily for malfunction. Bath robes were not replaced when sent to laundry.

It was very convinient for me because I was transitting through Istanbul and the hotel is close to the airport and offers airport shuttle bus. Besides being close to the airport, it is a relly nice hotel, with great facilities and excellent view. It also has a great restaurant. Even though I indicated on my booking that I will be arriving earlier from the check in time and asked them nicely to have a room ready for me they still made me wait two hours for my room. I did not appreciate this at all after a 12 hour trip, this was not the welcome that I was hoping for.

Very clean and luxury. The location close to the airport and wonderul seeview. The room and the bed very comfortable. Sauna separate for women and men. It should also be a possibility for couples. At the dinner the serving time a bit slow.

1-The view from the room 2-distance from the airport 3-no airlines above the hotel 4-serenity of the place. 1-The feather pillows (I am allergic and should have been informed) 2-they charged my credit card with twice the price as a deposit without telling me before hand, I got notified by my bank via sms. 3-Late checkout is not guaranteed, even though I have informed them via booking.com, so after a long discussion I was kicked out from the room at 2 pm
