Comfort, food, facilities and security. Agresively cleaning room durind morning time. Many time asking the permition to clean the room. Very unconfortable and no privancy. |

Facilities like internet are all inclusive and not extra at charge. The hotel has a quiet and serene atmosphere. Personnel is very friendly. |

The staff was friendly, helpful, courteous, & overall great.It's a modern hotel with all the amenities, like pool(both indoor & outdoor), sauna, spa & some very nice restaurants. The ambience at the bar was just fantastic My room, on the ''executive'' floor, was well cleaned but on several days the glasses were not washed nor were the wet towels changed.The location is far from everywhere except the airport. But having said the train station is less than a 10 minute walk & all the tourist sights can be reached in 20 minutes. The train is only about US$1 each way. |

Health club was good and the room had a beautiful view of the sea. Wasn't sure if they were going to charge extra just for watching TV and usage of safe deposit box. Rates came up before usage. |

An excellent combination of quality and value convenient to Istanbul Airport. Ideal for a lay-over. Cost of breakast is exorbitant! |

The swimming pool and the fitness room with its numerous facilities Upon arrival late at night we were given a pool side room(10' walk from the elevators and climbig staircases) that seems to be used for "day use"!!! Disgusting, cigarette smoke smelling(we asked non-smoking!). Only after raisng our voices the room has been changed. |

Room was nice and clean, services are great. Reception were terribly unprofessional, I asked for a queen bed they gave me two twin beds, I asked for a smoking room they gave me non- smoking room. Too much extras on bill I checked and it says 'room fee' even though I was out of hotel most of time and didn't get anything from mini-bar. |

classy club lounge,nice indoor pool outdoor pool is very big but shoulbe heated by at least 3 degrees as it was cold despite 25C outdoor |

I was given a room in a far location late at night. Could not find the room for 15 minutes so late at night...was very uncomfortable...will not come back again. |

I like very much the room, the view to Sea, I like the staff and especially Ms. Gulsah which did every think to satisfy us. I like the fish restaurant and the outdoor pool. The fact that the shutle buss to city is rar. |

The staff were most helpful and attentive to all my requests. They had a smile on their faces at all times. I will come again, it was a most pleasant and enjoyable stay. Well done to all hotel staff. |

about 10 min far from the airport to be considered like a thief because had a problem with my credit card so the receptionist could not get enough amount guaranty for extra use from my credit card when checked in. Then when I was in room, a valet came and checked the minibar before locked it. Then when I ordered a room service he asked me to pay it by cash. |
